Abstract

Es wird eine Modulbypassschaltung (30) für ein Photovoltaikmodul (2) angegeben. Die Modulbypassschaltung (30) umfasst eine Bypassdiode (33) und ein zu dieser parallel geschaltetes Schaltelement (46), sowie einen Steuerschaltkreis (64), der die über der Bypassdiode (33) anliegende Diodenpannung (Ud) erfasst, und der das Schaltelement (46) bei einer außerhalb vorgegebener Grenzwerte liegenden sprunghaften Änderung der Diodenspannung (Ud) mittels eines Auslösesignals (A) aufsteuert.
