일반적으로 퍼프는 파운데이션, 스킨커버 또는 파우더와 같은 색조화장품을 얼굴에 도포한 후 뭉침 없이 골고루 펴 바르기 위한 수단으로 사용된다.
상기 퍼프의 사용자는 화장품을 얼굴에 펴 바르기 위하여 퍼프의 일측면에 형성된 손가락삽입밴드에 일측 손가락을 끼운 상태에서 화장품을 도포한 부분에 대고 두드린다.
그러나 상기와 같이 손가락을 끼워서 인위적인 힘으로 퍼프를 얼굴에 두드리면서 사용하는 것은 사용이 번거러울 뿐만 아니라 화장을 자주 하지 않아 화장에 서튼 사용자의 경우에는 두드리는 힘이 일정치 않아 화장이 들뜨는 경우가 종종 발생한다.
한편, 퍼프를 자동으로 두드리는 전동퍼프에 대한 기술들이 개발되었으나 퍼프가 상하방향으로 진동하는 것이 아니라 불특정방향으로 진동하므로 화장이 얼굴로 잘 스며들지 못하는 문제점이 있다.
또한 진동퍼프의 위치에 따라 진동수가 일정치 않으므로 화장이 일부에만 흡수되고 전체적인 명도가 불균일하게 되는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 수평방향이 아니라 퍼프를 상하방향으로 진동시킬 수 있도록 된 두드림 도포구를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 고안은 퍼프의 진동수를 소정의 수치로 설정한 후 균일한 진동수를 유지할 수 있도록 함으로서 화장 후 얼굴의 전체적인 명도가 균일해지도록 하는 두드림 도포구를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀과, 상기 절연체 스풀의 주변에 권취된 코일로 이루어진 고정부와; 상기 절연체 스풀의 중공을 따라 승강이 가능하도록 삽입된 자석과, 상기 자석의 상부에 상기 자석과 일체로 형성된 진동판과, 상기 진동판의 떨림에 의해 진동하는 퍼프로 이루어진 진동부와; 상기 코일에 교류전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 상기 발진모듈을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구를 포함하는 두드림 도포구를 제공한다.
여기서 상기 전원공급부는 배터리와, 상기 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받아 직류를 교류로 변환시키는 발진모듈로 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 전원공급부는 100V 내지 220V 사이의 가정용 전원과, 상기 가정용 전원을 공급받아 전압을 강하시키는 변압모듈로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 퍼프는 NBR 또는 플로킹 퍼프로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 NBR로 이루어지는 퍼프는 압축률이 20% 내지 40%이고, 플로킹 퍼프로 이루어지는 퍼프는 모 길이가 0.6 mm 내지 1.4 mm 이 더욱 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 전동기의 원리를 이용하여 교류의 전기에너지를 자석이 길이방향으로 상하운동하는 진동에너지로 변환시켜 자석에 연결설치된 퍼프가 상하진동하도록 함으로서 화장이 얼굴에 잘 스며들게 되는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 발진모듈을 이용하여 주파수를 임의로 조절할 수 있으므로 주파수를 미리 설정한 후 설정한 주파수에 의해 일정하게 퍼프를 진동시키면 내요물이 골고루 퍼져서 화장한 얼굴의 전체적인 명도가 균일해지는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 내용물을 효과적으로 두드려 줌으로서 내용물과 피부의 밀착력이 향상되어 화장을 오랫동안 지속시켜 주는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 고안에 따른 두드림 도포구는 내용물을 얼굴에 두드려줌으로 맛사지효과로 인한 혈행이 촉진되어 더욱 화사한 화장을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 고안의 실시예들에 따른 두드림 도포구를 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
[제1실시예]
도 1은 본 고안의 제1실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구를 나타내는 외관사시도이고, 도 2는 본 고안의 제1실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구를 나타내는 분해사시도이며, 도 3은 본 고안의 제1실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 하강한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 4는 본 고안의 제1실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 상승한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
본 고안의 제1실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구는 고정부와, 고정부에 설치되어 진동하는 진동부와, 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 전원공급부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
고정부는 케이싱(10)과, 상기 케이싱(10)의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀(18)과, 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 주변에 권취된 코일(19)로 이루어진다.
케이싱(10)은 상부케이스(14)와 이 상부케이스(14)에 탈착이 가능하도록 구비된 하부케이스(10)로 이루어지며, 상부케이스(14)와 하부케이스(10)에 의해 내부에 공간이 형성된다.
절연체 스풀(18)은 상기 하부케이스(12)의 하부에 설치되며 상하부가 개방된 원통형으로 이루어진다. 상기 절연체 스풀(18)은 자석(20)이 절연체 스풀의 하부로 소정의 행정만큼 내려갈 수 있도록 상방으로 돌출된 지지대(15) 상에 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 상기 절연체 스풀(18)은 강도와 절연특성을 고려하여 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
코일(19)은 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 주위에 권취 형성되며 교류전원을 인가하여 후술하는 자석(20)을 상하운동시키기 위한 전기장을 형성한다.
진동부는 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 내부에 승강이 가능하도록 삽입된 자석(20)과, 상기 자석(20)의 상부에 일체로 형성된 진동판(22)과, 상기 진동판(22)의 떨림에 의해 진동하는 퍼프(24)로 이루어진다.
상기 자석(20)은 양극과 음극 또는 음극과 양극이 상하부에 각각 형성된 봉상으로 이루어지며 상기 코일(19)에 권취되는 전류의 방향에 따라 상방 또는 하방으로 이동하게 된다. 여기서 자석(20)의 이동방향은 플래밍의 왼손법칙에 의해 코일(20)에 흐르는 전류의 방향에 따라 결정된다.
상기 진동판(11)은 자석의 상부에 설치되며 퍼프(24)를 뒤집어 씌울 수 있도록 디스크판 형상으로 이루어진다. 따라서 상기 자석(20)이 상하방향으로 진동함에 따라 상기 진동판(11)이 연동되어 상하방향으로 진동하게 된다. 상기 퍼프(24)는 상기 진동판(11)의 떨림에 의해 진동하도록 설치된다.
상기 퍼프(24)는 링(26)에 의해 상기 진동판(11)의 테두리에 형성된 단차부(16)에 끼워져 고정된다. 따라서 상기 퍼프(24)는 상기 자석(24)의 상부에 형성된 진동판(11)을 덮도록 설치된다. 이와 같이 상기 진동판(11)이 퍼프(24)에 의해 덮혀 있으므로 상기 진동판(11)의 떨림에 의해 퍼프(24)가 진동하게 된다. 상기 퍼프는 NBR 또는 플로킹 퍼프로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 상기 퍼프(24)는 NBR을 사용할 경우 피부 밀착감이 좋으며, 들뜸이 없는 자연스러운 화장 마무리가 가능하고, 플로킹 퍼프를 사용하면 사용감이 좋으며 화사한 화장 마무리에 적합하게 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 상기 NBR 퍼프는 진동을 효과적으로 전달하기 위하여 압축률이 20% 내지 40%이고, 상기 플로킹 퍼프는 사용감과 진동효과 동시에 우수하도록 모 길이가 0.6 mm 내지 1.4 mm 인 것이 바람직하다. 상기 퍼프(24)로 도포할 수 있는 내용물로는 루스파우더, 프레스트 파우더, 액상의 파운데이션, 메이크업 베이스, 프라이머 제형, 케익 타입의 베이스 메이크업과 포인트 메이크업 등이 있다.
전원공급부는 상기 코일(20)에 교류전원을 공급하도록 설치된다. 상기 전원공급부는 배터리(30)와, 상기 배터리(30)로부터 전원을 공급받아 교류로 변환시키는 발진모듈(32)로 이루어진다.
상기 배터리(30)는 직류전원을 공급하도록 구비되며 1차 전지와 2차 전지 모두 가능하다. 상기 배터리(30)는 충전이 가능한 2차 전지를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 발진모듈(32)은 직류를 교류로 변화시키는 모듈로서 주파수를 변환할 수 있도록 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
제어부(40)는 상기 발진모듈(32)을 제어하도록 구비되며 상기 발진모듈(32)의 주파수를 제어함에 따라 상기 자석(20)의 진동수를 변환시킬 수 있다.
[제2실시예]
도 5는 본 고안의 제2실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구를 나타내는 분해사시도이며, 도 6은 본 고안의 제2실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 하강한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 7은 본 고안의 제2실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 상승한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
본 고안의 제2실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구는 고정부와, 고정부에 설치되어 진동하는 진동부와, 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부로 이루어진다.
고정부는 케이싱(10)과, 상기 케이싱(10)의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀(18)과, 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 주변에 권취된 코일(19)로 이루어진다.
케이싱(10)은 상부케이스(14)와 이 상부케이스(14)에 탈착이 가능하도록 구비된 하부케이스(10)로 이루어지며, 상부케이스(14)와 하부케이스(10)에 의해 내부에 공간이 형성된다.

상기 가정용 전원(50)은 교류전원으로서 일반적으로 100V 내지 220V 사이의 전압을 공급한다. 상기 가정용 전원(50)은 전원의 인가가 용이하도록 단상으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 변압모듈(52)은 인가되는 가정용 전원(50)을 미세한 작동을 요하는 낮은 전압으로 강하시키는 모듈로서 적어도 15V 이하로 강하시키는 것이 바람직하다.
[제3실시예]
도 8은 본 고안의 제3실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구를 나타내는 분해사시도이며, 도 9는 본 고안의 제3실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 하강한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 10은 본 고안의 제3실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구의 자석이 상승한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.
본 고안의 제3실시예에 따른 두드림 도포구는 고정부와, 고정부에 설치되어 진동하는 진동부와, 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 전원공급부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
고정부는 케이싱(10)과, 상기 케이싱(10)의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀(18)과, 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 주변에 권취된 코일(19)로 이루어진다.
케이싱(10)은 상부케이스(14)와 이 상부케이스(14)에 탈착이 가능하도록 구비된 하부케이스(12)로 이루어지며, 상부케이스(14)와 하부케이스(12)에 의해 내부에 공간이 형성된다. 또한 상기 하부케이스(12)의 외주면에는 퍼프(24)를 고정시키기 위한 링(26)이 설치된다.
절연체 스풀(18)은 상기 하부케이스(12)의 하부에 설치되며 상하부가 개방된 원통형으로 이루어진다. 상기 절연체 스풀(18)은 자석(20)이 절연체 스풀의 하부로 소정의 행정만큼 내려갈 수 있도록 상방으로 돌출된 지지대(15) 상에 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 상기 절연체 스풀(18)은 강도와 절연특성을 고려하여 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
코일(19)은 상기 절연체 스풀(18)의 주위에 권취 형성되며 교류전원을 인가하여 후술하는 자석(20)을 상하운동시키기 위한 전기장을 형성한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 하부에 설치된 절연체 스풀과, 상기 절연체 스풀의 주변에 권취된 코일로 이루어진 고정부와;
    상기 절연체 스풀의 중공을 따라 승강이 가능하도록 삽입된 자석과, 상기 자석의 상부에 상기 자석과 일체로 형성된 진동판과, 상기 진동판의 떨림에 의해 진동하는 퍼프로 이루어진 진동부와;
    상기 코일에 교류전원을 공급하는 전원공급부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전원공급부는 배터리와, 상기 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받아 직류를 교류로 변환시키는 발진모듈과, 상기 발진모듈을 제어하는 제어부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전원공급부는 100V 내지 220V 사이의 가정용 전원과, 상기 가정용 전원을 공급받아 전압을 강하시키는 변압모듈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 퍼프는 NBR 또는 플로킹 퍼프로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 NBR로 이루어지는 퍼프는 압축률이 20% 내지 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 플로킹 퍼프로 이루어지는 퍼프는 모 길이가 0.6 mm 내지 1.4 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 두드림 도포구.
