Abstract

본 발명은 차량 시트용 라운드 리클라이너에 관한 것으로서, 홀더(110)는 원주방향으로 이웃하는 복수의 록기어 가이드 돌기(113)의 사이마다 함입 형성되는 복수의 스프링 수용부(118)를 가지되 각 스프링 수용부의 이면은 상기 홀더의 외측면으로 돌출되는 엠보(116)를 형성하며, 상기 복수의 스프링 수용부(118)는 각각 내측에 위치하는 캠 수용부(114)와 연결되고, 각 스프링 수용부(118)에는 스프링(140)이 수용 및 지지되어 상기 스프링의 일단부(142)가 캠(130)을 회전하도록 탄성 가압하도록 구성되며, 상기 섹터기어의 기어림을 수용하는 상기 홀더의 기어림 수용부는 상기 기어림과의 사이에 반경방향으로 0.03 내지 0.05 [mm]의 여유간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 차량 시트용 라운드 리클라이너의 안전성을 향상시키면서도 중량을 낮추고 공간 효율성을 높일 수 있다.
