Abstract

La présente invention concerne une articulation ronde pour un siège de voiture. Un support (110) comporte une pluralité de parties (118) de logement de ressort encastrées entre plusieurs bossages guides (113) d'élément denté de verrouillage qui sont contigus dans le sens de la circonférence et un bossage (116) faisant saillie sur la surface extérieure du support est façonné sur l'autre côté de chacune des parties de logement de ressort. La pluralité de parties (118) de logement de ressort sont reliées respectivement à des parties (114) de logement de came façonnées à l'intérieur de chacune des parties de logement de ressort. Chacune des parties (118) de logement de ressort loge et supporte un ressort (140) de façon à ce qu'une partie terminale (142) du ressort mette sous pression élastique une came (130) pour la faire tourner. La partie de logement de la couronne d'engrenage du support loge la couronne d'engrenage du secteur denté et présente un jeu radial de 0,03 à 0,05 mm entre la partie de logement de la couronne d'engrenage et la couronne d'engrenage. Ainsi, l'articulation ronde pour siège de voiture améliore la sécurité de celui-ci, réduit son poids et améliore l'efficacité en encombrement.
