Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態1においては、情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、不一致フラグのクリア回数を特定できる情報を取得する。
本発明の実施形態2においては、情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、OPC領域の各々における次に使用可能なブロックのアドレスの変化回数を特定できる情報を取得する。レーザ光の記録パワーや記録波形の調整を行うためのOPC領域は、情報記録媒体が情報記録再生装置に装着されるたびに少しずつ消費される。このため、OPC領域の次に使用可能なブロックアドレス(OPC領域をアドレスの昇順に使用する場合は未使用領域のうちの先頭アドレスであり、OPC領域をアドレスの降順に使用する場合は未使用領域のうちの最終アドレスである)の変化回数は、情報記録媒体が情報記録再生装置から取り出された回数に一致し、情報記録媒体が情報記録再生装置から取り出された回数を特定できる情報とみなすことができる。
本発明の実施形態3においては、情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、情報記録再生装置の交換回数を特定できる情報を取得する。
本発明の実施形態4においては、情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、日付を特定できる情報を取得する。日付を特定できる情報は、具体的な年/月/日でもよい。または、日付を特定できる情報は、所定の日付が指定され、一時管理情報の探索がすでに行われた場合において、その前回指定した所定の日付を基準にした、相対的な日数でもよい。
本発明の実施形態5においては、実施形態4と同様に情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、日付を特定できる情報を取得する。
本発明の実施形態6においては、情報再生装置100の外部から、使用する一時管理情報(TDMS)の特定情報として、論理オーバーライトの対象ブロックのアドレスを特定できる情報とそのブロックに対して遡る論理オーバーライト回数を特定できる情報を取得する。

- 追記型情報記録媒体から情報を再生する情報再生装置であって、
前記追記型情報記録媒体は、
ユーザデータを記録するためのユーザデータ領域と、
一時管理情報を記録するための一時管理情報領域と
を備え、
前記一時管理情報は、前記一時管理情報が記録された日付に関する記録日情報を含み、
前記追記型情報記録媒体に論理オーバーライトが適用され、前記一時管理情報領域に複数の一時管理情報が記録されている場合において、前記情報再生装置は、
前記情報再生装置の外部から、日付を特定できる日付特定情報を受け取り、
前記日付特定情報が示す日付と一致するかまたは前記日付特定情報が示す日付より前の日付を示す記録日情報を含む少なくとも1つの一時管理情報のうちの最新の一時管理情報を、前記一時管理情報領域から再生し、
前記再生した一時管理情報に従って、前記ユーザデータ領域のデータ再生を行う、情報再生装置。 - 前記情報再生装置は、前記追記型情報記録媒体への記録を行う記録部を備え、
前記再生した一時管理情報が、前記一時管理情報領域に記録されている最新の一時管理情報ではないときは、前記追記型情報記録媒体に対する記録を禁止する、請求項1に記載の情報再生装置。 - 追記型情報記録媒体から情報を再生する情報再生装置であって、
前記追記型情報記録媒体は、
ユーザデータを記録するためのユーザデータ領域と、
一時管理情報を記録するための一時管理情報領域と
を備え、
前記ユーザデータ領域の各ブロックには、ユーザデータとともに、直前記録アドレスが記録されており、
前記一時管理情報は、交替エントリを含む欠陥リストを含み、
前記追記型情報記録媒体に論理オーバーライトが適用され、前記一時管理情報領域に、複数の一時管理情報が記録されている場合において、前記情報再生装置は、
前記情報再生装置の外部から、論理オーバーライト対象ブロックのアドレスを特定できる情報と、遡る論理オーバーライト回数を特定できる情報とを受け取り、
前記複数の一時管理情報のうちの最新の一時管理情報の前記欠陥リストに含まれる交替エントリを参照して、前記論理オーバーライト対象ブロックが交替記録されている交替先ブロックを特定して、前記交替先ブロックを現在ブロックとし、
前記現在ブロックに記録されている直前記録アドレスを再生して、当該直前記録アドレスが示すブロックを新しい現在ブロックとする処理を、遡る論理オーバーライト回数だけ繰り返して、目的の現在ブロックを特定し、
前記論理オーバーライト対象ブロックから前記目的の現在ブロックへ交替記録されていることを示す交替エントリを含む欠陥リストを含む少なくとも1つの一時管理情報のうちの、最新の一時管理情報を探索して再生し、
前記再生した一時管理情報に従って、前記ユーザデータ領域のデータ再生を行う、情報再生装置。 - 前記情報再生装置は、前記追記型情報記録媒体への記録を行う記録部を備え、
前記再生した一時管理情報が、前記一時管理情報領域に記録されている最新の一時管理情報ではないときは、前記追記型情報記録媒体に対する記録を禁止する、請求項3に記載の情報再生装置。 - 追記型情報記録媒体から情報を再生する情報再生方法であって、
前記追記型情報記録媒体は、
ユーザデータを記録するためのユーザデータ領域と、
一時管理情報を記録するための一時管理情報領域と
を備え、
前記一時管理情報は、前記一時管理情報が記録された日付に関する記録日情報を含み、
前記追記型情報記録媒体に論理オーバーライトが適用され、前記一時管理情報領域に複数の一時管理情報が記録されている場合において、前記情報再生方法は、
情報再生装置の外部から、日付を特定できる日付特定情報を受け取るステップと、
前記日付特定情報が示す日付と一致するかまたは前記日付特定情報が示す日付より前の日付を示す記録日情報を含む少なくとも1つの一時管理情報のうちの最新の一時管理情報を、前記一時管理情報領域から再生するステップと、
前記再生した一時管理情報に従って、前記ユーザデータ領域のデータ再生を行うステップと
を包含する、情報再生方法。 - 追記型情報記録媒体から情報を再生する情報再生方法であって、
前記追記型情報記録媒体は、
ユーザデータを記録するためのユーザデータ領域と、
一時管理情報を記録するための一時管理情報領域と
を備え、
前記ユーザデータ領域の各ブロックには、ユーザデータとともに、直前記録アドレスが記録されており、
前記一時管理情報は、交替エントリを含む欠陥リストを含み、
前記追記型情報記録媒体に論理オーバーライトが適用され、前記一時管理情報領域に、複数の一時管理情報が記録されている場合において、前記情報再生方法は、
情報再生装置の外部から、論理オーバーライト対象ブロックのアドレスを特定できる情報と、遡る論理オーバーライト回数を特定できる情報とを受け取るステップと、
前記複数の一時管理情報のうちの最新の一時管理情報の前記欠陥リストに含まれる交替エントリを参照して、前記論理オーバーライト対象ブロックが交替記録されている交替先ブロックを特定して、前記交替先ブロックを現在ブロックとするステップと、
前記現在ブロックに記録されている直前記録アドレスを再生して、当該直前記録アドレスが示すブロックを新しい現在ブロックとする処理を、遡る論理オーバーライト回数だけ繰り返して、目的の現在ブロックを特定するステップと、
前記論理オーバーライト対象ブロックから前記目的の現在ブロックへ交替記録されていることを示す交替エントリを含む欠陥リストを含む少なくとも1つの一時管理情報のうちの、最新の一時管理情報を探索して再生するステップと、
前記再生した一時管理情報に従って、前記ユーザデータ領域のデータ再生を行うステップと
を包含する、情報再生方法。
