Abstract
Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Brenngas aus einem festen Brennstoff (4) in einem Schachtvergaser (1), wobei der Brennstoff (4) dem Schachtvergaser (1) zugeführt wird, wobei der Brennstoff (4) in einer Entgasungszone (9) des Schachtvergasers (1) unter Zufuhr eines Oxidationsmittels von außen entgast und das so gebildete Pyrolysegas (11) aus der Entgasungszone (9) einer innerhalb eines Vergaserschachts (2) des Schachtvergasers (1) angeordneten und von der Entgasungszone (9) getrennten Oxidationszone (12) zugeführt wird, wobei die Oxidationszone (12) gebildet wird innerhalb einer Oxidationskammer (13), der das Pyrolysegas (11) über Pyrolysegasöffnungen (14) zugeführt wird, wobei das Pyrolysegas (11) in der Oxidationszone (12) durch Zufuhr eines Oxidationsmittels zumindest partiell oxidiert und thermisch gecrackt wird, wobei das Abgas (21) aus der Oxidationskammer (13) in einer der Oxidationskammer (13) nachgeschalteten Reduktionszone (22) durch den in der Entgasungszone (9) gebildeten Koks unter Wärmeentzug zu einem Brenngas reduziert wird, und wobei, vorzugsweise, der in der Entgasungszone (9) gebildete Reduktionskoks unter Umgehung der Oxidationskammer (13) der Reduktionszone (9) zugeführt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Pyrolysegas (11) zur Verlängerung der Verweilzeit in der Oxidationskammer ( 13) an wenigstens einem Einbauteil (27) der Oxidationskammer (13) mit Strömungsleitfunktion umgelenkt wird.
