Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Hochdruck-Wasserstrahlen in geschlossenen Kanälen (41) mit einer Düse (13) mit zumindest einer Düsenöffnung (14) zur Erzeugung eines gerichteten, gebündelten Strahls eines flüssigen Strahlmediums, einer Düsenhalterung (11), einem motorisierten Fahrwagen (1) zum gleichförmigen Bewegen der Düsenhalterung (11) durch einen Kanal (41) während der Wasserstrahlbearbeitung, mit einer Stützvorrichtung (31), mit der die Düse (13) auch während der Fortbewegung in einer Position im Querschnitt des Kanals (41) gehalten wird, mit einer Medienzufuhr (17), zur Versorgung der Düse (13) mit einem unter Hochdruck stehenden Strahlmedium und mit einer Steuereinheit. Mittels der Düsenhalterung (11) ist die Düse (13) derart schwenkbar gehalten, dass die Düsenöffnung (14) um eine Schwenkachse (15) mit einem Winkelbereich von 360° schwenkbar und mittels der Steuereinheit sind sowohl dieses Schwenken als auch der Antrieb des Fahrwagens (1) steuerbar ist.
