一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法,包括:从互联网采集预定的数据信息;从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容,并整合成对应的内容集;对所述内容集进行播发设置,并在到达设置的播发时间时,将该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端。相应的,本发明实施例还公开了一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统和数字电视接收终端。能够实现通过单向广播网向用户的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方 法、 系统及终端。 背景技术
目前, 互联网的日益发展, 使其成为信息资源分享的主要载体。 因此很多 信息的获取方式都依赖于互联网设备。 很多服务也逐渐与互联网体系相结合。 拥有广大用户群的数字电视与互联网体系的结合也日益深化。
现有的技术中, 可以通过连接在 WEB的个人计算机或其他互联网终端收 集来自互联网的信息,并将收集的信息内容通过接口连接的形式展示给连接网 络的数字电视接收终端,使数字电视接收终端可以使用互联网的信息。但是这 种获取信息的方式比较筒单随意, 只能通过计算机来下载互联网的信息。 同时 获取的信息量也很小,而且只能局限于传输到与互联网连接的数字电视接收终 端上,或者通过其他直接连接的方式进行传递, 例如通过配置在便携式数字媒 体播放器或者其他便携式存储装置内,然后再将信息转移到数字电视接收终端 上。 对于这种方式, 传输的信息量较少, 传输的范围非常有限, 只能适应于个 人或者小规模的使用, 同时设计多个不同类型的设备,很容易由于接口的不兼 容而无法实现, 或增加实现的难度。
另一种将数字电视与互联网体系的结合的现有技术是:通过多个网络型高 清晰度电视摄像装置、 数字录音机、 笔记本计算机、 PDA或台式计算机等实 现节目的现场采集,通过互联网络或专用网络将信号传输给网络服务器, 由网 络服务器将数据存储在 SAN等存储器中, 利用计算机和互联网在远程或近程 对已采集的节目进行编辑处理及后期制作, 形成成品节目源供系统自动播放。 这种现有技术只是通过互联网传输采集的电视节目信息,然后通过网络进行相 应的编辑。 用户最终收看到的仍然是电视节目, 而非互联网上的信息资源。 发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种基于单向广播网的互联 网信息应用方法、 系统及终端。 能够实现通过单向广播网向用户的数字电视接 收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种基于单向广播网的互联 网信息应用方法, 该方法包括:
从互联网采集预定的数据信息;
从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集; 对所述内容集进行播发设置;
在到达设置的播发时间时,将该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接 收终端。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供了一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方 法, 该方法包括:
数字电视接收终端通过单向广播网接收频点信息, 且在主频点搜索到
PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 存储所述 PVOD频点;
接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容 集并存储;
根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
相应的, 一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统, 包括:
信息采集装置, 用于从互联网采集预定的数据信息;
内容管理装置, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整 合成内容集;
编排装置, 用于对所述内容集进行播发设置;
播发装置, 用于在到达设置的播发时间时,将所述内容集通过单向广播网 播发到数字电视接收终端。
相应的, 一种数字电视接收终端, 包括:
频点处理模块, 用于通过单向广播网接收频点信息, 且在主频点搜索到 PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 并存储所述 PVOD频点; 数据接收模块, 用于接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数 据信息整合成的内容集并存储;
播放模块, 用于根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明 实施例作进一步地详细描述。
图 1 是本发明实现基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法的第一实施例 流程图。 如图 1所示, 该方法具体包括:
步骤 S101 , 从互联网采集预定的数据信息。
步骤 S102, 从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内 谷果。
步骤 S103 , 对所述内容集进行播发设置, 并在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
图 2 是本发明实现基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法的第二实施例 流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 S201 , 建立采集任务, 并根据所述采集任务设置的信息源从互联网 的网页源代码中采集所述采集任务设置的数据信息。
本实施例中, 建立采集任务, 包括: 输入任务名称、 设置任务种类、 设置 需要采集的数据信息和设置采集的信息源, 采集的信息源主要为网页 URL ( Uniform Resource Location, 统一资源定位符)等信息。 除此之外, 还可以 根据控制的需要设置其他的属性或者参数。 具体的采集步骤如下:
步骤 A1 , 下载所述采集任务设置的信息源的 HTML ( Hypertext Markup Language, 超文本标记语言) 源代码, 所述信息源为网页 URL。
步骤 A2, 分析所述 HTML源代码, 并提取所述采集任务设置的需要采集 数据信息。 在采集之前,可以根据实际的使用需要或者采集系统设备的使用情况先对 进行采集的系统设备进行系统设置, 配置系统运行参数、在数据采集存储设备 分配存储资源等。
对于需要采集系统的设备自动的实现多次的采集任务, 可以配置采集参 数, 所述采集参数用于指示执行所述采集任务的采集时间或采集频率。 该采集 参数可以指示采集系统的设备在到达设定的时间点时或者按照时间间隔,根据 建立的采集任务自动采集预先设置的数据信息;另一种实现方式是设置固定时 间段的采集频率, 采集系统的设备按照该采集频率自动采集互联网的数据信 息。
步骤 S202, 将所述数据信息存储至数据采集存储设备。
数据采集存储设备可以采用一个存储服务器来存储采集的数据信息,也可 以根据数据信息的类型设置多个存储服务器来分别存储不同类型的数据信息。 例如,将文本信息存储至文本存储服务器,将多媒体信息存储至多媒体存储服 务器。
步骤 S203 , 从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内 谷果。
本实施例中, 需要播发的内容可以按照运营商的服务需要来制定,或者根 据用户的订制来确定需要播发的内容。在确定需要播发的内容后从采集的数据 信息中提取出这部分的内容,并按照一定的组织方式进行整合成能够提供良好 阅读体验的内容集, 例如新闻图片、 新闻内容、 视频集等。 具体的整合方式可 以根据从数据采集存储设备存储的数据信息提取出相应的内容后, 生成本地 HTML文件, 组成静态信息网站, 形成内容集。
步骤 S204, 对所述内容集进行播发设置。
本实施例中, 对所述内容集进行播发设置包括:
步骤 B1 , 对所述内容集进行排期并设置播发通道。 本实施例中, 对所述 内容集进行排期, 用于设置内容集的播发开始时间、结束时间以及播发的次数 或频率等。
步骤 B2, 设置接收所述内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。 本实施 例中,该步骤设置接收所述内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录目的是指示 数字电视接收终端能够按照设定的目录进行有效的存储。 除此之外,还可以在 数字电视接收终端直接设置接收到内容集时的存储目录。
步骤 S205 , 将该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端。
本实施例中, 该步骤 S205包括:
步骤 C1 , 添加所述播发通道, 添加所述内容集的描述文件。 根据步骤 B1 设置的播发通道添加对应的播发通道,如果已经存在设置的播发通道则无需再 进行添加。 在确定播发通道后, 设置播发服务器信息、 流设置信息, 并添加用 于描述该内容集的描述文件, 还可以根据需要设置该内容集的文件属性信息。
步骤 C2, 在检测到当前有需要播发的内容集时, 获取该内容集并生成对 应的 TS流(Transfer Stream, 传输流), 通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收 终端。
本实施例中, 用于播发的设备启动监听功能,监听程序会自动检测存储设 备中用于播发的内容集, 当检测到当前时间有需要播发的内容集时,会启动播 发线程。 该检测可以设置为实时的, 也可以设置时间间隔, 按照该时间间隔来 检测当前是否有需要播发的内容集。从采集数据存储设备中获取内容集以及与 该内容集对应的设置的描述文件等其他信息, 并生成 TS流, 通过单向广播网 播发到数字电视接收终端。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
图 3 是本发明实现基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法的第三实施例 流程图, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 S301-步骤 S302同步骤 S201-步骤 S202, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 S303 , 从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内 谷果。
本实施例中, 需要播发的内容可以按照运营商的服务需求来制定,或者根 据用户的订制来确定需要播发的内容。在确定需要播发的内容后从采集的数据 信息中提取出这部分的内容,并按照一定的组织方式整合成能够提供良好阅读 体验的内容集, 例如新闻图片、 新闻内容、 视频集等。 具体的整合方式可以根 据从数据采集存储设备存储的数据信息提取出相应的内容后,生成本地 HTML 文件, 组成静态信息网站, 形成内容集。
在组成 HTML文件形成内容集后, 可以再另外设置一存储设备来存储已 经整合完成的内容集,让其他的设备能够更好的监控和使用该整合完成的内容 同时, 可以设置管理员用户, 并给不同级别的管理员授予不同的权限, 使 不同级别的管理员可以实现不同的操作。 该管理员用户主要对内容集进行新 建、 修改、 审核或删除等管理操作。
步骤 S304, 对所述内容集进行验证和审核, 如果通过所述验证和审核, 则保留该内容集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
该步骤用于避免自动采集的数据信息在提取整合形成含有问题的或者不 满足播发需要的内容集, 通过设置验证和审核条件来进行筛选, 例如设置关键 词审核、 特定图片审核等。 当然, 也可以通过步骤 S303中提到的设置管理员 用户来进行人工验证和审核。
步骤 S305 , 对所述内容集进行播发设置。
本实施例中, 对所述内容集进行播发设置包括:
步骤 B1 , 对所述内容集进行排期并设置播发通道。 本实施例中, 对所述 内容集进行排期, 用于设置内容集的播发开始时间、结束时间以及播发的次数 或频率等。
步骤 B2, 设置接收所述的内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。 本实 施例中,该步骤设置接收所述的内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录目的是 指示数字电视接收终端能够按照设定的目录进行有效的存储。 除此之外,还可 以在数字电视接收终端直接设置接收到内容集时的存储目录。
本实施例中, 对所述内容集进行播发设置的步骤也可以设置管理员用户, 并给不同级别的管理员授予不同的权限,使不同级别的管理员可以实现不同的 操作。 该管理员用户主要对内容集进行播发设置相关的操作。 同时也可以设置一同步骤 S304相同的审核步骤来确保将要播发至用户的 数字电视接收终端的内容集的可读性。
步骤 S306同步骤 S205 , 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集到的所述数据 信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将 该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用 户的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户 能够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规 模的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
图 4 是本发明实现基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法的第四实施例 流程图。该实施例主要从数字电视接收终端来描述,如图 4所示,该方法包括: 步骤 S401 , 数字电视接收终端通过单向广播网接收频点信息, 且在主频 点搜索到 PVOD ( Push Video On Demand,视频推送业务 )频点后,启动 PVOD 任务线程, 存储所述 PVOD频点。
步骤 S402, 接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整 合成的内容集并存储。
步骤 S403 , 根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
本发明实施例通过单向广播网接收由互联网采集预定的数据信息提取需 要播发的内容并整合成内容集,实现通过单向广播网向用户的数字电视接收终 端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能够便捷的通过数字 电视接收终端浏览互联网信息, 而运营商也无需进行大规模的数据移植, 能够 有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
图 5 是本发明实现基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法的第五实施例 流程图。该实施例主要从数字电视接收终端来描述,如图 5所示,该方法包括: 步骤 S501 , 数字电视接收终端通过单向广播网接收频点信息后在主频点 搜索到 PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 存储所述 PVOD频点。
步骤 S502, 将接收到的描述文件与数字电视接收终端中原有的描述文件 比较, 检测所述 PVOD频点是否有更新; 如果检测结果为有更新, 则接收所 述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容集并存储; 否则, 不进行接收。
步骤 S503 , 接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整 合成的内容集后, 获取设置的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。具体接收的过程 请参见图 10所示的数字电视接收终端接收流程图, 具体包括:
1、 接收程序 (App )进行模块初始化, 以接收 PVOD频点携带的由互联 网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容集的数据, 并通过操作系统 (Operating System, OS )分配资源;
2、 创建实例, 通过操作系统创建解析线程;
3、 进行 SDT ( Service Description Table, 业务描述表)、 PAT ( Program Association Table, 节目关联表)、 PMT ( Program Map Table, 节目映射表)解 析, 并获得 PVOD的 PID ( Packet Identifier, 包标识符), 该部分依赖于分离 模块 ( Demux );
4、 程序开始处理操作, 申请 Demux注册回调; 在返回 PVOD数据后, 对数据进行预处理, 通过文件系统(File System, FS )接收描述文件, 并对描 述文件进行处理; 根据处理结果返回报告更新文件数目。
5、 通过文件系统接收并存储数据, 对 PVOD数据进行回调处理, 返回所 述 PVOD数据, 并报告更新状态完成。 此时, 更新完成。
6、 进行版本检测, 过程中不断返回 PVOD数据。 版本检测完成后, 释放 Demux, 停止处理; 停止处理之后销毁创建的实例, 模块处理结束, 并释放分 配的资源。
步骤 S504, 将所述内容集存储到数字电视接收终端对应的存储目录。 步骤 S505 , 根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。 用户可以通过静 态网页浏览该本地 HMTL文件所包含的内容集。
本发明实施例通过单向广播网接收由互联网采集预定的数据信息提取需 要播发的内容并整合成内容集,实现通过单向广播网向用户的数字电视接收终 端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能够便捷的通过数字 电视接收终端浏览互联网信息, 而运营商也无需进行大规模的数据移植, 能够 有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
请参见图 6, 图 6为本发明基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统的第一 实施例示意图。 如图 6所示, 该系统包括: 信息采集装置 610、 内容管理装置 620、 编排装置 630以及播发装置 640。
信息采集装置 610, 用于从互联网采集预定的数据信息。
内容管理装置 620, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集。
编排装置 630, 用于对所述内容集进行播发设置。
播发装置 640, 用于在到达设置的播发时间时, 将所述内容集通过单向广 播网播发到数字电视接收终端。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
请参见图 7, 图 7为本发明基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统的第二 实施例示意图。 如图 7所示, 该系统包括: 信息采集装置 710、 内容管理装置 720、 编排装置 730以及播发装置 740。
信息采集装置 710, 用于从互联网采集预定的数据信息。 该信息采集装置 710具体包括: 参数配置模块 711、 采集模块 712和存储模块 713。
参数配置模块 711 , 用于配置采集参数, 所述采集参数用于指示执行所述 采集任务的采集时间或采集频率。
本实施例中,在采集之前, 可以根据实际的使用需要或者采集系统设备的 使用情况先通过参数配置模块 711对进行采集的系统设备进行系统设置,配置 系统运行参数、在数据采集存储设备分配存储资源等。对于需要采集系统的设 备自动的实现多次的采集任务, 可以配置采集参数, 所述采集参数用于指示执 行所述采集任务的采集时间或采集频率。该采集参数可以指示采集系统的设备 在到达设定的时间点或者时间间隔根据建立的采集任务自动采预先设置的集 数据信息; 另一种实现方式是设置固定时间段的采集频率, 采集系统的设备按 照该采集频率进行采集互联网的数据信息。 采集模块 712, 用于建立采集任务并根据所述采集任务设置的信息源从互 联网的网页源代码中采集所述采集任务设置的数据信息。
本实施例中采集模块 712主要用于建立采集任务, 包括: 输入任务名称、 设置任务种类、 设置需要采集的数据信息、 设置采集的信息源, 主要为网页 URL ( Uniform Resource Location, 统一资源定位符)等信息。 除此之外, 还 可以根据控制的需要设置其他的属性或者参数。 具体的采集方式请参见步骤 A1和步骤 A2, 在此不再赘述。
存储模块 713 , 用于存储所述数据信息。 存储模块 713可以采用一个存储 服务器来存储采集的数据信息,也可以根据数据信息的类型设置多个存储服务 器来分别存储不同类型的数据信息。例如,将文本信息存储至文本存储服务器, 将多媒体信息存储至多媒体存储服务器。
内容管理装置 720, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集。 该内容管理装置 720具体包括: 整合模块 721和审核模块 722。
整合模块 721 , 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整 合成内容集。
本实施例中, 需要播发的内容可以按照运营商的服务需要来制定,或者根 据用户的订制来确定需要播发的内容。 在确定需要播发的内容后整合模块 721 从采集的数据信息中提取出这部分的内容,并按照一定的组织方式整合成能够 提供良好阅读体验的内容集, 例如新闻图片、 新闻内容、 视频集等。 具体的整 合方式可以根据从数据采集存储设备存储的数据信息提取出相应的内容后,生 成本地 HTML文件, 组成静态信息网站, 形成内容集。
审核模块 722, 用于对所述内容集进行验证和审核, 如果通过所述验证和 审核, 则保留该内容集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
本实施例中,该模块用于避免自动采集的数据信息在提取整合形成含有问 题的或者不满足播发需要的内容集,通过在审核模块 722设置验证和审核条件 来进行筛选, 例如设置关键词审核、 特定图片审核等。
编排装置 730, 用于对所述内容集进行播发设置。 该编排装置 730具体包 括: 设置模块 731和二次审核模块 732。 设置模块 731 , 用于对所述内容集进行排期并设置播发通道, 还用于设置 接收所述内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。 具体设置请参见步骤 S204, 在此不再赘述。
二次审核模块 732, 用于对所述内容集进行二次验证和审核, 如果通过所 述验证和审核, 则保留该内容集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。 该模块主要是 再次的审核将要播发的内容集是否可行, 当然, 内容管理装置 720中的审核模 块 722, 能够很好的验证和审核时或采集的数据信息足够精确时, 可以不设置 该二次审核模块 732。
播发装置 740, 用于在到达设置的播发时间时, 将所述内容集通过单向广 播网播发到数字电视接收终端。 该播发装置 740具体包括: 配置模块 741、 描 述模块 742、 监控模块 743以及发送模块 744。
配置模块 741 , 用于添加所述播发通道。 根据设置模块 731设置的播发通 道添加对应的播发通道, 如果已经存在设置的播发通道则无需再进行添加。
描述模块 742, 用于添加所述内容集的描述文件。 在确定播发通道后, 通 过描述模块 742添加描述该内容集的描述文件。还可以根据需要设置播发装置 信息、 流设置信息, 根据需要设置该内容集的文件属性信息。
监控模块 743 , 用于检测当前是否有需要播发的内容集。 监控模块 743的 监听程序会自动检测存储设备中用于播发的内容集,当检测到当前时间有需要 播发的内容集时,会启动播发线程。该检测可以将监控模块 743设置为实时的, 也可以设置时间间隔, 按照该时间间隔来检测当前是否有需要播发的内容集。
发送模块 744, 用于获取该内容集并生成对应的 TS流, 通过单向广播网 播发到数字电视接收终端。 当检测到当前时间有需要播发的内容集时,会启动 播发线程, 发送模块 744获取该内容集并生成对应的 TS流, 通过单向广播网 播发到数字电视接收终端。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
请参见图 8, 图 8为本发明基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统的第三 实施例示意图。 如图 8所示, 该系统包括: 信息采集装置 810、 内容管理装置 820、 编排装置 830以及播发装置 840。
信息采集装置 810同图 7所示信息采集装置 710, 在此不再赘述。
内容管理装置 820, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集。该内容管理装置 820具体包括:整合模块 821、审核模块 822 和用户管理模块 823。
整合模块 821、 审核模块 822同图 7所示整合模块 721、 审核模块 722, 在此不再赘述。
用户管理模块 823用于设置管理员用户,并给不同级别的管理员授予不同 的权限,使不同级别的管理员可以通过用户管理模块 823实现不同的操作。该 管理员用户通过用户管理模块 823对内容集进行新建、修改、 审核或删除等管 理操作。
编排装置 830, 用于对所述内容集进行播发设置。 该编排装置 730具体包 括: 设置模块 831、 二次审核模块 832和用户编排模块 833。
设置模块 831、 二次审核模块 832同图 7所示设置模块 731、 二次审核模 块 732, 在此不再赘述。
用户编排模块 833用于设置管理员用户,并给不同级别的管理员授予不同 的权限, 使不同级别的管理员可以通过用户编排模块 833 实现不同的编排操 作。 该管理员用户通过用户编排模块 833对内容集进行播发设置相关的操作。
播发装置 840同图 7所示播发装置 740, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例通过从互联网采集预定的数据信息,并从采集的所述数据信 息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集, 在到达设置的播发时间时, 将该 内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端,实现通过单向广播网向用户 的数字电视接收终端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能 够便捷的通过数字电视接收终端浏览互联网信息,而运营商也无需进行大规模 的数据移植, 能够有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。 另外, 本实施例通过用 户管理模块和用户编排模块可以更方便有效地管理不同级别的管理员使用本 系统。
图 9 是本发明通过单向广播网接收的互联网信息内容集的数字电视接收 终端的结构示意图。 该数字电视接收终端包括: 频点处理模块 910、 更新检测 模块 920、 数据接收模块 930和播放模块 940。
频点处理模块 910, 用于通过单向广播网接收频点信息后在主频点搜索到
PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 并存储所述 PVOD频点。
更新检测模块 920, 用于将接收到的描述文件与数字电视接收终端中原有 的描述文件比较, 检测所述 PVOD频点是否有更新; 如果检测结果为有更新, 则数据接收模块 930接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信 息整合成的内容集并存储; 否则, 不进行接收。
数据接收模块 930,用于接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的 数据信息整合成的内容集并存储。 具体的接收流程请参见步骤 S503 , 在此不 再赘述。
播放模块 940, 用于根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
本发明实施例中的数字电视接收终端包括但不限于:机顶盒( Set Top Box,
STB )、 IPTV ( Internet Protocol Television, 网络电视)、 电视手机、 数字电视 一体机等具有接收数字电视功能的终端。
本发明实施例通过单向广播网接收由互联网采集预定的数据信息提取需 要播发的内容并整合成内容集,实现通过单向广播网向用户的数字电视接收终 端发送由互联网采集的数据信息整合成的内容集。使用户能够便捷的通过数字 电视接收终端浏览互联网信息, 而运营商也无需进行大规模的数据移植, 能够 有效节省资源并降低用户使用成本。
以上所列举的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 从互联网采集预定的数据信息;
从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集; 对所述内容集进行播发设置;
在到达设置的播发时间时,将该内容集通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接 收终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从互联网采集预定的数 据信息具体包括:
建立采集任务,并根据所述采集任务设置的信息源从互联网的网页源代码 中采集所述采集任务设置的数据信息;
将所述数据信息存储至数据采集存储设备。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
配置采集参数,根据采集参数实现多次的采集任务, 所述采集参数用于指 示执行所述采集任务的采集时间或采集频率。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述采集任务 设置的信息源从互联网的网页源代码中采集所述采集任务设置的数据信息具 体为:
下载所述采集任务设置的信息源的 HTML 源代码, 所述信息源为网页 URL;
分析所述 HTML源代码, 并提取所述采集任务设置的数据信息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从采集的所述数据信息 中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成内容集后还包括:
对所述内容集进行验证和审核, 如果通过所述验证和审核, 则保留该内容 集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述内容集进行播发 设置包括:
对所述内容集进行排期并设置播发通道。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述内容集进行播发 设置还包括:
设置接收所述的内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述内容集进行排期 并设置播发通道后还包括:
对所述内容集进行验证和审核, 如果通过所述验证和审核, 则保留该内容 集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将该内容集通过单向广 播网播发到数字电视接收终端具体包括:
添加所述播发通道, 添加所述内容集的描述文件;
在检测到当前有需要播发的内容集时,获取该内容集并生成对应的 TS流, 通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端。
10、 一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 数字电视接收终端通过单向广播网接收频点信息, 且在主频点搜索到
PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 存储所述 PVOD频点;
接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容 集并存储;
根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收所述 PVOD频点 携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容集并存储前, 还包括: 将接收到的描述文件与数字电视接收终端中原有的描述文件比较,检测所 述 PVOD频点是否有更新;
如果检测结果为有更新, 则接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预 定的数据信息整合成的内容集并存储; 否则, 不进行接收。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收所述 PVOD 频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容集并存储具体为: 接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数据信息整合成的内容 集后, 获取设置的数字电视接收终端的存储目录;
将所述内容集存储到数字电视接收终端对应的存储目录。
13、 一种基于单向广播网的互联网信息应用系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 信息采集装置, 用于从互联网采集预定的数据信息;
内容管理装置, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整 合成内容集;
编排装置, 用于对所述内容集进行播发设置;
播发装置, 用于在到达设置的播发时间时,将所述内容集通过单向广播网 播发到数字电视接收终端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述信息采集装置包括: 参数配置模块, 用于配置采集参数, 所述采集参数用于指示执行所述采集 任务的采集时间或采集频率;
采集模块,用于建立采集任务并根据所述采集任务设置的信息源从互联网 的网页源代码中采集所述采集任务设置的数据信息;
存储模块, 用于存储所述数据信息。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容管理装置包括: 整合模块, 用于从采集的所述数据信息中提取需要播发的内容, 并整合成 内容集; 审核模块,用于对所述内容集进行验证和审核,如果通过所述验证和审核, 则保留该内容集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
16、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述编排装置包括: 设置模块, 用于对所述内容集进行排期并设置播发通道。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述设置模块还用于设置 接收所述的内容集的数字电视接收终端的存储目录。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述编排装置还包括: 二次审核模块, 用于对所述内容集进行验证和审核,如果通过所述验证和 审核, 则保留该内容集; 否则修改或删除所述内容集。
19、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述播发装置包括: 配置模块, 用于添加所述播发通道;
描述模块, 用于添加所述内容集的描述文件;
监控模块, 用于检测到当前是否有需要播发的内容集;
发送模块, 用于在所述监控模块检测到当前有需要播发的内容集时, 获取 该内容集并生成对应的 TS流, 通过单向广播网播发到数字电视接收终端。
20、 一种数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
频点处理模块, 用于通过单向广播网接收频点信息, 且在主频点搜索到 PVOD频点后, 启动 PVOD任务线程, 并存储所述 PVOD频点;
数据接收模块, 用于接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数 据信息整合成的内容集并存储;
播放模块, 用于根据播发指令播放所述内容集携带的内容。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的数字电视接收终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 更新检测模块, 用于在接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的 数据信息整合成的内容集并存储前,将接收到的描述文件与数字电视接收终端 中原有的描述文件比较, 检测所述 PVOD频点是否有更新; 如果检测结果为 有更新, 则数据接收模块接收所述 PVOD频点携带的由互联网采集预定的数
