Abstract

본 발명은 천연 원목과 같은 성질의 물성을 유지할 수 있는 폴리우레탄 폼을 사용함으로써 반탄력(튕겨나오는 힘)이 우수한 경륜장 바닥과 유사한 경도 및 강성을 지녀 자전거 주행시 편안함과 속도감을 줄 수 있는 자전거 도로의 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자전거 도로의 구조는, 기층과 그 상부에 형성된 표층으로 구성되는데, 상기 표층은, 상기 기층의 상부면에 형성되며, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜과 아크릴레이트계 고분자 및 실리카를 포함하는 주재(主材)와, 경화제를 동시에 분사하여 발포시켜서 형성한 폴리우레탄 폼 층; 상기 폴리우레탄 폼 층 상부에 형성되는 황토혼합층으로 구성된다.
