It is therefore especially preferable to use the blowing device in such milking stalls since it secures that the milking animals always leave the milking stall in time such that unnecessary delays between the milking processes are avoided.

It is also possible to open more than one air nozzle 14a-c in order to direct several concentrated air streams towards a cow 1 in the milking stall.

Since different kinds of concentrated air streams are used, there is no risk that the cow 1 becomes accustomed to the different kinds of concentrated air streams. Thus, the cow will be surprised each time it is hit by a concentrated air stream . The cow 1 wakes up and pays the attention to the fact that it is time to leave the milking stall.
  • By means of such a blowing device it is possible to motivate substantially all cows 1 in a herd to leave the milking stall immediately when the exit gate 7 is open. It is thereby possible for the milking stall to operate without delays between the milking processes depending on cows which do not leave the milking stall in time. Fig .

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une stalle de traite pour la traite d'animaux (1). La stalle de traite comporte un chasse-animal configuré de façon à inciter un animal (1) à quitter la stalle de traite. Le chasse-animal comporte un dispositif (12-15) de soufflage capable de générer plusieurs types différents de jets d'air concentrés en direction d'un animal (1) se trouvant dans la stalle de traite et une unité (10) de commande configurée de façon à sélectionner au moins un type parmi lesdits types différents de jets d'air concentrés lorsqu'un animal (1) est entré dans la stalle de traite et à activer le dispositif (12-15) de soufflage de telle sorte qu'il génère le type sélectionné de jet d'air concentré en direction de l'animal (1) lorsque le moment est venu pour l'animal (1) de quitter la stalle de traite.
