在本实施例中, STB设备是一嵌入式操作系统, 并且该 STB设备中驻留 有守护进程(Daemon )应用服务器, PC通过访问 STB设备中驻留的 Daemon 应用服务发起对无线数据卡的安装控制命令, STB设备收到 PC设备的控制 命令时, 由其嵌入式操作系统进行无线数据卡的安装以及初始化, 安装无线 数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件。
PC设备, 用于通过 STB设备与无线数据卡进行交互通信, 管理和控制 无线数据卡, 以及通过无线数据卡访问 IPTV系统网络中的门户 ( PORTAL ) 服务器, 接收来自 IPTV网络的各种请求响应信息, 将这些信息通过 PC设备 展示给用户;
其中, PC可以访问 STB设备中驻留的 Daemon应用服务, 以发起对无线 数据卡的安装控制, 当 STB嵌入式操作系统安装无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管 理软件后, PC通过无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件与无线数据卡进行交互 通信, 以及实现对 Modem的管理和控制。
无线数据卡,是 IPTV终端设备与 IPTV网络相连接的中介,用于实现 STB 设备的无线接入, 利用移动网络为用户提供 3G宽带 IPTV网络服务。
下面详细介绍上述系统实现 IPTV业务的具体过程,如图 2所示, 包括如 下步骤:
步骤 200: 用户将无线数据卡( Modem ) 以及 PC设备分别与 STB设备 建立连接, 其中, 用户通过 STB设备的 USB接口与无线数据卡连接;
步骤 210:用户通过 PC设备访问 STB设备中驻留的 Daemon应用服务器, 通过 Daemon应用服务器控制 STB设备的嵌入式系统安装无线数据卡 WEB 浏览器管理(也可以称为 UI )软件;
该步骤中 PC通过 Daemon应用服务器控制嵌入式操作系统进行无线数据 卡的安装。
步骤 220: 用户通过 PC设备启动无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件, 并 在无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件中设置无线宽带接入参数,控制无线数据 卡宽带接入连接;
该步骤中, 启动无线数据卡宽带接入连接, 即指 STB设备可以通过无线 数据卡接入到 IPTV网络。
步骤 230: 用户通过 STB设备访问 IPTV网络中的 EPG服务器, 或者通 过 PC访问 IPTV网络中的 PORTAL月良务器, 选择业务, 实现交互式电视体 验;
该步骤中, 用户通过 PC设备访问 PORTAL服务器从而接入 IPTV网络 的具体过程如图 3 ( a )所示, 其中, PC通过端口 8080访问 IPTV网络中的 PORTAL服务器, 而 PORTAL服务器再根据 PC的请求通过内部端口 1521 与 IPTV网络中的管理( MANAGER )服务器进行交互,最终实现 IPTV业务, 如图 3 ( b )所示; 通过电视机与 STB设备的方式接入 IPTV网络的具体过程, 如图 4 ( a ) 所示,该方式是在 STB设备与 IPTV网络通过数据卡建立网络链路的基础上, 用户通过 IPTV遥控器操作 STB设备访问电子节目单( EPG ) WEB服务器, 然后 STB设备将 EPG页面信号转换为视频信号传给电视机,这样用户就可以 通过电视机进行 IPTV交互式体验,其中 , STB设备通过端口 8080访问 IPTV 网络中的 EPG服务器, 图 4 ( b )所示。
在上述流程中,步骤 200至步骤 220中用户通过 PC启动无线数据卡宽带 接入连接的具体过程, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 501: 当 PC与 STB设备连接后, 用户通过 PC访问 STB设备中的
Daemon应用服务器, 控制 STB设备安装无线数据卡;
其中, STB设备嵌入式操作系统中驻留的 Daemon应用服务器, 作为系 统的应用服务随 STB设备的启动而启动 (即 STB设备启动后, Daemon应用 服务器即刻启动) , Daemon应用服务器启动后, 对 STB设备的服务端口进 行监听。
步骤 502: STB设备中 Daemon应用服务器接收 PC的控制指令, 安装无 线数据卡, 安装无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件;
该步骤中, PC设备通过传输控制协议 /因特网互联协议(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol , TCP/IP )网络访问 Daemon应用服务器的监 听端口, Daemon应用服务器若收到 PC发起的安装无线数据卡的控制指令, 则检测无线数据卡是否已安装, 如果已经安装, 则返回给用户设备已安装的 提示, 否则启动无线数据卡的安装, 并将安装结果反馈给用户;
步骤 503: 用户通过 PC启动无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件, 并通过 无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件控制和管理无线数据卡,其中, PC设置 APN 参数用于管理无线数据卡接入网络, 其中, APN参数是用于网络接入的用户 帐户信息, 该信息由无线数据卡注册的网络运营商提供, 同时提供的还有用 户身份鉴权信息;
该步骤中, PC接收到 STB设备中 Daemon应用服务器返回的无线数据卡 安装成功的消息 (即表示 Modem与 STB之间建立起了通信链路)之后, 发 送启动无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件的指令。 在这个过程中 Modem所需 要的驱动程序和驱动安装工具已经预先安装在嵌入式操作系统指定目录下, 安装 Modem时通过 PC控制发起安装命令并启动驱动安装工具, 驱动安装工 具根据 Modem的 ID值将驱动安装在系统驱动 ( driver ) 下, 这样 Modem与 STB设备的通信端口就建立起来了。
步骤 504: PC在当前 APN账户下通过无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件 向 Modem发起网络连接;
步骤 505: 网络侧首先根据 APN和用户身份鉴权信息对用户进行身份鉴 权认证, 如果鉴权失败, 则网络侧反馈失败信息给 STB设备, STB设备收到 失败信息后以消息的方式通知给无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件,无线数据 卡 WEB浏览器管理软件再将该失败信息显示给用户;如果鉴权成功,则网络 连接建立成功, 即 STB设备的接入层就建立了。
从上述实施例可以看出, 本发明技术方案实现了 IPTV用户终端设备接 入宽带网络的无线化。 同时凭借 3G移动通信网络更快、 更宽的网络技术支 持, 使得人们可以随时随地的享受 IPTV交互式体验。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方案, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限与此, 任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化和替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应该以权力要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性 本发明技术方案实现了 IPTV 用户终端设备接入网络的无线化, 使得 IPTV终端设备具有空间上的可移动性, 扩展了 IPTV系统的应用场景。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种交互式网络电视(IPTV ) 系统的实现方法, 该方法包括: 通过个人计算机(PC )在电视机顶盒(STB )设备安装无线数据卡, 与 STB设备建立连接, 并启动所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络; 以及
通过所述 PC或者 STB设备访问所述 IPTV网络资源, 实现 IPTV业务。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述安装无线数据卡的步骤包括:
通过所述 PC访问所述 STB设备中驻留的守护进程应用服务器, 向所述 守护进程应用服务器发起安装所述无线数据卡的命令;
所述 STB设备根据所述安装所述无线数据卡的命令启动所述无线数据卡 的安装程序, 并安装无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述启动所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络的步骤包括:
通过 PC启动所述无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件,并通过所述无线数 据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件控制所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述通过所述 PC访问所述 IPTV网络资源实现 IPTV业务的步骤包括: IPTV用户通过 PC访问所述 IPTV系统网络中的门户( PORTAL )服务器, 以 实现 IPTV业务。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述通过所述 STB设备访问所述 IPTV网络资源实现 IPTV业务的步骤包 括: IPTV 用户通过 STB设备访问所述 IPTV 系统网络中的电子节目菜单 ( EPG )服务器, 以实现 IPTV业务。
6、 一种交互式网络电视(IPTV )系统,该系统至少包括个人计算机(PC ) 和电视机顶盒 ( STB )设备, 所述 PC设置为: 根据用户控制在所述 STB设备安装无线数据卡, 与所 述 STB设备建立连接, 并启动所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络; 以及 在所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络后,根据用户控制访问所述 IPTV网 络资源, 实现 IPTV业务;
所述 STB设备设置为: 在所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络后, 根 据用户控制访问所述 IPTV网络资源, 实现 IPTV业务。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PC是设置为: 根据用户控制向所述 STB设备发起安装无线数据卡 的命令;
所述 STB设备是设置为: 接收所述安装无线数据卡的命令, 并根据所述 安装无线数据卡的命令启动无线数据卡的安装程序,并安装无线数据卡 WEB 浏览器管理软件。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PC是设置为: 启动所述无线数据卡 WEB浏览器管理软件, 并通过 所述无线数据卡 WEB 浏览器管理软件, 控制所述无线数据卡无线接入到 IPTV网络。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PC 是设置为: 根据用户控制访问所述 IPTV 系统网络中的门户 ( PORTAL )服务器以实现 IPTV业务。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述 STB设备是设置为: 根据用户控制访问所述 IPTV系统网络中的电 子节目菜单( EPG )服务器以实现 IPTV业务。
