Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydrotraitement d'une matière première hydrocarbonée liquide, comprenant : (a) le mélange d'une matière première hydrocarbonée liquide, partiellement vaporisée et/ou vaporisée avec de l'hydrogène moléculaire ; (b) l'introduction dudit mélange dans un réacteur à compression ; (c) la compression dudit mélange à une pression, à une température et pendant un temps de séjour suffisants pour : i) craquer thermiquement au moins une partie des molécules d'hydrocarbures dans ladite matière première hydrocarbonée, et ii) mettre en réaction l'hydrogène en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation avec des parties instables des molécules craquées, formant ainsi un produit hydrotraité ; et (d) l'expansion dudit mélange pour réduire la pression et la température, réduisant ainsi les réactions indésirables ultérieures.
