Description

마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기
본 발명은 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 피부에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블을 공급시켜서 피부의 각질, 모공속의 피지와 모공충 등 피부에 트러블을 유발시키는 이물질을 흡입하여 제거할 뿐만 아니라, 세정수에 포함된 마이크로 버블이 피부의 트러블을 유발시키는 이물질의 접착성을 와해시켜서 쉽게 제거되도록 하는 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기에 관한 것이다
일반적으로, 건강하고도 깨끗한 피부로 유지하기 위하여 다양한 피부 관리 방법이 사용되고 있으며, 피부 관리 방법 중에는 화장품을 사용하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있으나, 이러한 화장품을 사용한 피부 관리는 피부에 바르는 화장품의 특성상 노폐물의 제거에 한계를 가지므로, 피지나 오염의 제거 효과를 향상시킨 피부 관리기가 사용되고 있다.
종래의 피부 관리기는 피부에 발생되는 각질, 주근깨. 기미, 여드름 등을 건강상 및 미용상 제거하기 위하여 다양한 방식이 사용될 수 있는데, 이를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 종래의 기술에 따른 피부 관리기를 도시한 구성도이다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 종래의 기술에 따른 피부 관리기는 대한민국 특허청에 출원된 실용신안등록출원 제2002-0035510호의 "피부 박피장치"로서, 관체로 된 핸드피스(1)를 진공펌프(2)에 연결하여 사용하는 것으로, 핸드피스(1)가 관체로 되어 진공펌프(2)에 연결됨과 아울러 선단에는 연마팁(미도시)이 부착되는 본체(4)와, 본체(4)의 단부에 근접한 일측으로 관통되어 소독액 용기(7)와 연결되는 보조관(5)과, 핸드피스(1)와 진공펌프(2)의 중간에 설치되어 핸드피스(1)로부터 유입되는 분진과 소독액이 집진되는 집진용기(3)를 포함한다.
이와 같은 종래의 피부 관리기는 핸드피스(1)의 선단부에 보조관(5)이 설치됨으로써 식염수 등의 소독액을 피부에 접촉시키고, 이를 흡입하도록 한다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 피부 관리기는 박피되는 부위에 소독약이 공급되도록 함으로써 피부를 소독하는 작용을 하나, 피부의 이물질이나 모공속의 피지 등이 피부에 부착되지 못하도록 하는 작용을 하지 못하여 피부 관리에 한계를 가지며, 이로 인해 원하는 피부 상태를 얻지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있었다.
또한, 상기한 바와 같은 소독약을 이용한 피부 관리기 외에도 초음파나 레이저를 이용한 피부 관리기들이 사용되고 있으나, 이들은 고가일 뿐만 아니라 전문가용이기 때문에 일반인이 사용하는데 어려움이 있으며, 그 효과에 대한 신뢰성을 정확히 보장할 수 없는 문제점을 가지고 있었다.
이러한 종래의 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은, 피부에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블을 공급시켜서 피부와의 밀착성을 향상시키면서도 피부에 존재 내지 부착되는 이물질이나 모공의 피지를 흡입하여 제거할 뿐만 아니라, 세정수에 포함된 마이크로 버블이 피부의 이물질이나 모공의 피지가 가지는 접착성을 와해시켜서 쉽게 제거되도록 하며, 이로 인해 피부의 상태를 효과적으로 개선시키도록 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 피부 관리기에 있어서, 피부에 접촉되는 접촉팁이 마련되고, 상기 접촉팁에 홀이 형성되는 핸드피스와, 상기 접촉팁의 홀을 통해 흡입하도록 상기 핸드피스에 진공을 공급하는 진공펌프와, 상기 진공펌프로부터 상기 핸드피스로 진공을 공급하는 경로상에 이물질을 수집하도록 설치되는 이물질용기와, 상기 접촉팁의 홀을 통해 피부에 세정수를 공급하도록 상기 핸드피스에 세정수를 공급하는 세정수용기와, 상기 피부에 상기 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블이 공급되도록 상기 세정수용기에 마이크로 버블을 공급하는 마이크로버블발생기를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 핸드피스의 홀은 상기 세정수용기로부터 세정수가 공급되는 공급홀과, 상기 진공펌프로부터 진공이 공급되는 흡입홀을 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기에 의하면, 피부에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블을 공급시켜서 피부와의 밀착성을 향상시키면서 피부의 각질, 모공속의 피지와 모공층 등 피부에 트러블을 유발시키는 이물질을 함께 흡입하여 제거할 뿐만 아니라, 세정수에 포함된 마이크로 버블이 피부로부터 트러블을 유발시키는 이물질의 접착성을 와해시켜서 쉽게 제거되도록 하며, 이로 인해 피부의 탄력도를 개선함과 아울러 깨끗하도록 하여 피부 상태를 효과적으로 개선시키도록 하는 효과를 가진다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예는 당해 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 더욱 완전하게 설명하기 위하여 제공되는 것이며, 하기 실시예는 여러 가지 다른 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 하기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.

핸드피스(110)는 피부에 접촉되기 위한 접촉팁(111)이 단부에 마련되고, 접촉팁(111)의 단부가 피부와의 접촉을 용이하게 하기 위하여 경사지도록 형성될 수 있으며, 접촉팁(111)에 홀(112)이 형성된다.
접촉팁(111)은 피부에 접촉되기 위한 여러 가지 형상 및 재질로 이루어질 수 있고, 필요에 따라 지압이나 박피 등이 가능한 구조나 재질을 가질 수도 있다.
홀(112)은 단일로 이루어질 수 있으며, 이와 달리 세정수가 공급되기 위한 경로와 진공이 공급되기 위한 경로가 분할됨으로써 피부 관리 효과를 증대시키기 위하여 본 실시예에서처럼 다수로 이루어질 수 있으며, 이 경우 세정수용기(140)로부터 세정수가 공급되는 공급홀(112a)과, 진공펌프(120)로부터 진공이 공급되는 흡입홀(112b)을 포함할 수 있다.
공급홀(112a)은 접촉팁(111)의 끝단 중심에 형성될 수 있으며, 흡입홀(112b)은 공급홀(112a)의 주위에 위치하도록 접촉팁(111)의 끝단 가장자리를 따라 다수로 형성될 수 있다.

마이크로버블발생기(150)는 피부에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블이 공급되도록 마이크로 버블을 발생시켜서 세정수용기(140)에 공급하는데, 이러한 마이크로 버블이 미세한 크기를 가짐으로써 내외 압력차가 증가하여 파열시 고압을 발생시킴과 아울러 비표면적이 현저하게 증가하여 피부에 존재 내지 부착된 이물질의 흡착이나 이동에 유리하도록 하며, 이로 인해 피부를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 한다.
마이크로버블발생기(150)는 세정수용기(140)에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블이 순환 공급되기 위한 순환라인(151)을 통해 연결될 수 있으며, 이로 인해 세정수용기(140)에 마이크로 버블이 함유된 세정수를 연속적으로 순환 공급하도록 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기의 작용을 설명하기로 한다.
피부에 핸드피스(110)의 접촉팁(111)을 접촉시키면, 진공펌프(120)로부터 발생되는 진공이 접촉팁(111)의 흡입홀(112b)에 공급됨으로써 접촉팁(111)과 피부사이에 진공압이 생기며, 이러한 진공압에 의해 세정수용기(140)에 저장된 화장수 등의 세정수가 접촉팁(111)의 중심에 형성된 공급홀(112a)을 통해 피부에 공급된다. 이 때, 마이크로버블발생기(150)에 의해 발생된 마이크로 버블이 세정수와 함께 피부에 공급된다.
피부로 공급된 세정수는 진공압에 의해 접촉팁(111)의 끝단면을 따라 흐르면서 접촉팁(111)의 가장자리에 형성된 흡입홀(112b)을 통해 핸드피스(110) 내측으로 흡입되어 이물질용기(130) 측으로 이동하며, 이물질용기(130)로 유입된 세정수나 이물질은 이물질용기(130)에 수집된다.
한편, 세정수와 함께 피부에 공급되는 마이크로 버블은 작은 지름으로 인해 내외 압력차가 증가하여 파열시 고압을 발생시킴과 아울러 비표면적이 증가하게 되어 피부에 존재 내지 부착된 이물질이나 모공속의 피지 등의 흡착이나 이동에 유리하여 피부의 각질 및 모공 속의 피지와 모공충 등 피부에 트러블을 유발시키는 이물질을 쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 한다.
이와 같이 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기를 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 이루어질 수 있음은 물론이다. 그러므로, 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이러한 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 피부 관리기에 있어서,
    피부에 접촉되는 접촉팁이 마련되고, 상기 접촉팁에 홀이 형성되는 핸드피스와,
    상기 접촉팁의 홀을 통해 흡입하도록 상기 핸드피스에 진공을 공급하는 진공펌프와,
    상기 진공펌프로부터 상기 핸드피스로 진공을 공급하는 경로상에 이물질을 수집하도록 설치되는 이물질용기와,
    상기 접촉팁의 홀을 통해 피부에 세정수를 공급하도록 상기 핸드피스에 세정수를 공급하는 세정수용기와,
    상기 피부에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블이 공급되도록 상기 세정수용기에 마이크로 버블을 공급하는 마이크로버블발생기
    를 포함하는 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 핸드피스의 홀은,
    상기 세정수용기로부터 세정수가 공급되는 공급홀과,
    상기 진공펌프로부터 진공이 공급되는 흡입홀
    을 포함하는 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 핸드피스의 홀은,
    상기 공급홀이 상기 접촉팁의 끝단 중심에 형성되며, 상기 흡입홀이 상기 접촉팁의 끝단 가장자리를 따라 다수로 형성되는 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 마이크로버블발생기는,
    상기 세정수용기에 세정수와 함께 마이크로 버블이 순환 공급되기 위한 순환라인을 통해 연결되는 마이크로 버블을 이용하는 피부 관리기.
