Abstract

熱交換器5の放熱フィン6に挿通された管7の管口部7bから圧入可能な拡管用マンドレル2に往復動自在に外嵌可能で,前記管7の長手方向と交差する方向で放射状に拡縮自在な複数の管当接部材3fを有し,該管当接部材3fの外面には,対向する管7の管口部7b側に向かって拡がる方向に傾斜した傾斜面3bが形成され,該管当接部材3fの傾斜面3bを管の長手方向に往復自在に摺動する摺動手段を介して管当接部材3fの夫々を放射状に拡縮させる熱交換器挿通管の掴持体3であって,前記放射状に拡縮自在な複数の管当接部材3fが拡管用マンドレル2の往復動方向に沿った掴持体3の長手方向に複数設けられた所定幅寸法3uのスリット状隙間3aを介して形成されてなり,しかも該スリット状隙間3aが所定箇所から前記管7の管口部7b方向に向かって前記所定幅寸法3uを徐々に拡大した拡大幅寸法3xを有すべく形成されてなることを特徴とする。
