Abstract

본 발명은 ｐ21 단백질을 함유하는 소고기 특이적 월령 판별용 마커, p21 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 소고기 특이적 월령 판별 키트, 및 소고기 근육조직에서 소고기 특이적 월령 판별용 마커인 p21 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 이용한 항원-항체 결합반응을 통해 p21 단백질을 검출하여 소고기의 월령을 판별하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 p21 단백질은 30개월령 미만의 소고기 근육조직에서는 매우 높게 발현되고 30개월령 이상의 소고기 근육조직에서는 거의 발현되지 않으므로, 소고기 특이적 월령 판별용 마커로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
