Abstract

본 발명은 LED조립체에 볼 조인트 지지구조를 채택하여 다양한 배향각도 설정에 따라 균제도를 극대화하고 눈부심을 방지하는 것은 물론 심플하면서 완전한 착탈 조립구조를 가짐에 따라 조립 및 유지보수가 용이하고 생산비용을 크게 절감할 수 있는 LED조립체, 이를 이용한 착탈식 LED조립블록 및 착탈식 블록 조립구조를 가지는 LED조명장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 본 발명은 판형상으로 이루어진 하우징 몸체; 상기 하우징 몸체의 외주를 따라 각각 원스텝으로 조립되며 블록몸체의 내측면에 개별적으로 배향각도가 설정되어 개별적인 광원 역할을 하는 다수의 LED조립체가 실장되는 다수의 LED조립블록; 및 상기 다수의 LED조립블록에 각각 장착된 LED조립체를 커버하는 다수의 보호커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 LED조립체는 내부에 LED칩이 내장된 LED패키지가 가동지지부와 고정지지부 사이에 볼 조인트 구조를 통하여 유동 가능하게 지지되어 가동지지부의 각도를 조절하여 LED칩으로부터 발산되는 광의 배향각도를 자유롭게 설정할 수 있다.
