交互式网洛电视 ( IPTV, Internet Protocol Television )是一种新兴的电视 业务, 相对于传统的电视业务具有交互性, 用户可以根据兴趣点播自己喜欢 的电视节目进行播放, 不受具体的时间限制, 还可以通过拖曳方式来收看电 视节目。
现有技术中提出了一种在交互式网络电视的点播节目中播放广告的方 法, 该方法主要包括: 将广告内容与点播节目内容进行视频拼接, 将视频拼 接后的视频保存在网络侧的媒体服务器上, 网络侧的媒体服务器在接收到终 端发送的点播节目播放请求后, 通过实时传送协议 ( RTP, Real-time Transport Protocol ) 流的形式将视频拼接后的视频发送给终端设备, 终端设备开始播放 包含广告的视频。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现, 现有的广告播放方法没有充分利用 互联网的交互性和实时性的特点, 不能针对用户提供个性化的广告, 广告的 针对性和有效性较差。

如果 EPG Server无法在本地查找到点播节目标识所对应的广告元数据和 广告播放指示信息, 则 EPG Server可以向广告服务器请求广告元数据和广告 播放指示信息, 在获得点播节目标识所对应的广告元数据和广告播放指示信 息后, 向用户设备发送该广告元数据和广告播放指示信息。
终端还可以向广告服务器发送广告元数据请求消息, 广告元数据请求消 息中携带点播节目标识, 广告服务器根据点播节目标识在本地查找并返回当 前的点播节目标识所对应的广告元数据和广告播放指示信息。

终端可以根据该会话描述协议信息向媒体服务器发送连接请求, 连接请 求由媒体控制器转发给媒体服务器, 媒体服务器接收到连接请求后向终端发 送广告数据流, 终端向用户播放广告数据流。 其中, 广告数据流可以通过实 时流传输协议 ( RTSP, Real Time Streaming Protocol )来发送。
步骤 Q12〜Q13、 终端继续播放暂停的点播节目。
终端在广告内容流播放结束后继续从节目内容暂停时间点继续播放点播 的节目内容。

步骤 S17〜S18、获取未播放的广告的内容描述,发送交互选项指示信息和 未播放广告的内容描述。 具体的, 媒体控制器可以在第二广告播放时机到来之前, 实时地根据广 告播放指示信息来获取当前未触发的广告播放时机对应的广告的广告标识, 然后向终端发送内容交互指示信息和与当前未播放广告的广告标识对应的未 播放广告的内容描述。
步骤 S19〜S20、 广告界面交互, 发送第四选择结果
终端接收到内容交互指示信息后, 可以通过交互界面将未播放广告的内 容描述呈现给用户, 用户根据交互界面选择需要提前播放的广告和第三广告 播放时机, 发送第四选择结果, 此时第三广告播放时机即为提前播放广告的 时间。 当然, 用户可以不需要选择提前播放的时间, 提前播放的时间可以设 置为默认, 例如在下一个播放时机到来时播放上述需要提前播放的广告。
步骤 S21〜22、 接收第四选择结果, 更新广告播放指示信息。
具体的, 媒体控制器可以接收终端转发的第四选择结果, 解析第四选择 结果获得用户选择的目标广告的第四广告标识。 媒体控制器通过修改第四广 告标识所在的广告播放时机为第三广告播放时机; 或在第四广告标识所在的 广告播放时机播放的广告中删除第四广告标识, 并在指定时间新增广告播放 时机, 播放时机对应的广告内容为第四广告标识对应的广告内容, 来播放广 告。
媒体控制器根据更新后的广告播放指示信息向媒体服务器发送广告播放 请求, 使得媒体服务器根据广告播放请求中的第四广告标识来播放相应的广 告, 从而使得用户选择的广告提前播放。 媒体控制器根据更新后的广告播放 指示信息来播放广告, 最终完成播放用户选择的目标广告。
本发明实施例可以根据用户的选择来播放用户选择的目标广告, 并且还 可以根据用户的选择来调整目标广告的播放顺序, 可以更好的满足用户的个 性化需求, 广告的针对性和有效性更好。
参见图 11, 图 11是本发明实施例提供的终端第一实施例的示意图。 在本发明实施例中, 终端主要包括:
第一接收单元 110, 用于接收节目点播请求, 解析节目点播请求获得点播 节目标识;
第一获得单元 120,用于获得与节目标识信息相对应的广告元数据和广告 播放时机, 广告元数据中包括目标广告的广告标识, 广告播放时机包括第一 广告播放时机;
第二接收单元 130, 用于接收用户发送的第一选择结果;
第二获得单元 140,用于根据第一选择结果和广告元数据获得用户需要播 放的广告的第一广告标识;
第一播放单元 150, 用于根据更新后的广告播放指示信息来播放广告。 在本发明实施例中, 广告元数据中还包括与目标广告的广告标识相对应 的内容描述, 终端还可以包括: 第一交互单元 160, 用于通过交互界面将目标 广告的内容描述呈现给用户, 以便于用户根据目标广告的内容描述来发送第 一选择结果。
参见图 12, 图 12是本发明实施例提供的终端中第二获得单元的示意图。 在本发明实施例中, 广告元数据中还包括与目标广告的广告标识相对应 的内容描述, 第二获得单元 140可以包括:
解析模块 141, 用于解析第一选择结果获得用户的广告播放指示信息; 选择模块 142,用于在广告元数据中选择与广告播放指示信息相对应的广 告的第一广告标识。

会话描述协议获得模块 151,用于获得与第一广告标识相对应的广告的会 话描述协议信息;

Claims

1、 接收节目点播请求, 根据所述节目点播请求获得节目标识信息; 获得与所述节目标识信息相对应的广告元数据和广告播放时机, 所述广 告元数据中包括目标广告的广告标识, 所述广告播放时机包括第一广告播放 时机;
接收用户发送的第一选择结果, 根据所述第一选择结果和所述广告元数 据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标识;
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 播放与所述第一广告标识相对应的广 告。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告元数据中还包括 与所述目标广告的广告标识相对应的内容描述, 在所述获得与节目标识信息 相对应的广告元数据和所述接收用户发送的第一选择结果之间, 还包括: 通过交互界面将所述目标广告的内容描述呈现给用户, 以便于所述用户 根据所述目标广告的内容描述来发送第一选择结果。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告元数据中还包括 与所述目标广告的广告标识相对应的内容描述, 所述根据第一选择结果和广 告元数据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标识, 包括:
解析所述第一选择结果获得用户的广告播放指示信息;
在所述广告元数据中选择与所述广告播放指示信息相对应的广告的第一 广告标识。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据第一选择结果和 广告元数据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标识, 包括:
根据第一选择结果和广告元数据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标 识和用户选择的广告位形式;
所述在第一广告播放时机到来时, 播放与所述第一广告标识相对应的广 告, 包括:
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 按照所述用户选择的广告位形式播放 与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告播放时机中还包 括第二广告播放时机, 所述广告元数据中包括所述目标广告的广告标识对应 的内容描述, 在所述播放与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告之后, 还包括: 在所述第二广告播放时机到来之前, 获得当前还未播放广告的广告标识; 通过交互界面将与所述未播放广告的广告标识对应的内容描述呈现给所 述用户, 以便于所述用户根据所述未播放广告的内容描述来发送第二选择结 果;
接收第二选择结果, 解析所述第二选择结果获得第二广告标识和第三广 告播放时机;
在所述第三广告播放时机到来时, 播放与所述第二广告标识相对应的广 告。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述播放与第一广告 标识相对应的广告, 包括:
获得与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告的会话描述协议信息;
根据所述会话描述协议信息获取广告数据流, 播放所述广告数据流。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得与所述点播 节目标识相对应的广告元数据和广告播放时机, 包括:
向广告服务器或电子节目菜单服务器发送广告元数据请求消息, 所述广 告元数据请求消息中携带所述点播节目标识;
接收广告服务器或电子节目菜单服务器发送的与所述点播节目标识相对 应的广告元数据和广告播放时机。
8、 一种广告播放方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收节目点播请求, 根据所述节目点播请求获得节目标识信息; 获得与所述节目标识信息相对应的广告元数据和广告播放时机, 所述广 告元数据中包括目标广告的广告标识, 所述广告播放时机包括第一广告播放 时机;
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 接收用户发送的第一选择结果, 根据 所述第一选择结果和所述广告元数据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标 识; 播放与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告元数据中还包括 与所述目标广告的广告标识相对应的内容描述, 所述方法还包括:
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 通过交互界面将所述目标广告的内容 描述呈现给用户, 以便于所述用户根据所述目标广告的内容描述来发送第一 选择结果。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告元数据中还包 括与所述目标广告的广告标识相对应的内容描述, 所述根据第一选择结果和 广告元数据获得用户需要播放的广告的第一广告标识, 包括:
解析所述第一选择结果获得用户的广告播放指示信息;
在所述广告元数据中选择与所述广告播放指示信息相对应的广告的第一 广告标识。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述播放与第一广告标 识相对应的目标广告, 包括:
获得与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告的会话描述协议信息;
根据所述会话描述协议信息获取广告数据流, 播放所述广告数据流。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告播放时机中还 包括第二广告播放时机, 所述广告元数据中还包括所述目标广告的广告标识 对应的内容描述, 在所述播放与所述第一广告标识相对应的广告之后, 还包 括:
在所述第二广告播放时机到来之前, 获得当前还未播放广告的广告标识; 通过交互界面将与所述未播放广告的广告标识对应的内容描述呈现给所 述用户, 以便于所述用户根据所述未播放广告的内容描述来发送第二选择结 果;
接收第二选择结果, 解析所述第二选择结果获得第二广告标识和第三广 告播放时机;
在所述第三广告播放时机到来时, 播放与所述第二广告标识相对应的广 告。
13、 一种广告播放方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收终端发送的节目点播请求, 解析所述节目点播请求获得点播节目标 识;
获得与所述点播节目标识相对应的广告元数据和广告播放时机, 所述广 告元数据中包括目标广告的广告标识和内容描述, 所述广告播放时机包括第 一广告播放时机;
向终端发送所述广告元数据和内容交互指示信息, 以便于所述终端在接 收到内容交互指示信息后根据用户选择的目标广告发送第三选择结果;
接收终端发送的第三选择结果, 解析所述第三选择结果获得用户选择的 目标广告的第三广告标识;
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 向媒体服务器发送携带所述第三广告 标识的广告播放请求, 以便于所述媒体服务器根据所述第三广告标识向终端 发送相应的广告内容。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述解析第三选择结果 获得用户需要播放的广告的第三广告标识, 包括:
解析所述第三选择结果, 获得广告位形式选择结果和用户需要播放的广 告的第三广告标识;
所述在第一广告播放时机到来时, 向媒体服务器发送携带第三广告标识 的广告播放请求, 包括:
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 按照所述广告形式选择结果向媒体服 务器发送携带第三广告标识的广告播放请求。

在所述第二广告播放时机到来之前, 获得当前还未播放广告的广告标识; 向终端发送内容交互指示信息以及与所述未播放广告的广告标识对应的 内容描述, 以便于所述终端通过交互界面将所述未播放广告的内容描述呈现 给所述用户, 并根据所述用户的选择来发送第四选择结果;
接收终端发送的第四选择结果, 解析所述第四选择结果获得第四广告标 识和第三广告播放时机; 在所述第三广告播放时机到来时, 向媒体服务器发送携带第四广告标识 的广告播放请求, 以便于所述媒体服务器根据所述第四广告标识向终端发送 相应的广告内容。
16、 一种广告播放方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收终端发送的节目点播请求, 解析所述节目点播请求获得点播节目标 识;
获得与所述点播节目标识相对应的广告元数据和广告播放时机, 所述广 告元数据中包括目标广告的广告标识以及内容描述, 所述广告播放时机中包 括第一广告播放时机;
在所述第一广告播放时机到来时, 向终端发送所述广告元数据和内容交 互指示信息, 以便于所述终端在接收到内容交互指示信息后根据用户选择的 目标广告发送第五选择结果;
接收终端发送的第五选择结果, 解析所述第五选择结果获得用户选择的 目标广告的第五广告标识;
向媒体服务器发送携带所述第五广告标识的广告播放请求, 以便于所述 媒体服务器根据所述第五广告标识向终端发送相应的广告内容。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述解析第五选择结果 获得第五广告标识, 包括:
解析所述第五选择结果, 获得广告位形式选择结果和第五广告标识; 所述向媒体服务器发送携带第五广告标识的广告播放请求, 包括: 按照所述广告位形式选择结果向媒体服务器发送携带第五广告标识的广 告播放请求。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告播放时机中还 包括第二广告播放时机,, 在所述向媒体服务器发送携带第五广告标识的广告 播放请求之后, 还包括:
在所述第二广告播放时机到来之前, 获得当前还未播放广告的广告标识; 向终端发送内容交互指示信息以及与所述未播放广告的广告标识对应的 内容描述, 以便于所述终端通过交互界面将所述未播放广告的内容描述呈现 给所述用户, 并根据所述用户的选择来发送第六选择结果; 接收终端发送的第六选择结果, 解析所述第六选择结果获得第六广告标 识和第三广告播放时机;
在所述第三广告播放时机到来时, 向媒体服务器发送携带第六广告标识 的广告播放请求, 以便于所述媒体服务器根据所述第六广告标识向终端发送 相应的广告内容。
