高速铁路建设过程中, 必须现场拌制专用的沥青水泥砂浆 (也称 CA砂浆或 BZM砂 浆) , 需要使用制浆的砂浆车。 而砂浆中的沥青、 水、 外加剂含量多少对沥青水泥砂浆 的流动性、 含气量等性能均有显著影响, 因此这些液体类的成分的配方与计量控制非常 重要, 也非常关键。 由于修建高速铁路的地理位置不同, 需要的配方不一样, 因而各种 成分用量也就不一样, 例如砂浆所用的沥青往往一个箱体不能储存足够的用量, 需要用 多个箱体同时储存。 在砂浆车不同工作阶段需要的沥青也不一样, 例如在施工前期, 要 进行试验阶段, 需要的沥青不多, 而在正常工作阶段, 需储存的沥青越多越好。 而在现 有技术中, 多个箱体之间的连接管道均为刚性管, 这种连接结构的拆装不方便, 且对各 箱体的摆放布局均有不同程度的限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 拆装 方便的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统及砂浆车。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提出的技术方案为: 一种用于砂浆车的沥青存储 系统, 包括一个主沥青箱和一个以上的辅助沥青箱, 所述主沥青箱的输出端设有主沥青 箱出口管组件,所述主沥青箱出口管组件的输入端通过一根以上的连接管分别与所述辅 助沥青箱相连, 所述连接管为可拆卸式柔性管。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述辅助沥青箱的输出端设有辅助沥青箱出口管组 件,所有辅助沥青箱出口管组件的输出端均通过所述连接管与一中间连接组件的输入端 相连通, 所述中间连接组件的输出端与所述主沥青箱出口组件的输入端连通。
所述中间连接组件上设有排空阀。
作为本实用新型的又进一步改进,所述辅助沥青箱的输出端设有辅助沥青箱出口管 组件,所述辅助沥青箱出口管组件的输出端分别通过所述连接管与所述主沥青箱出口管 组件的输入端相连。 所述一根以上的连接管上设有排空阀。
所述连接管上设有控制阀。
所述连接管的两端分别设有管接件, 所述管接件为连接法兰或管接头。
一种砂浆车, 包括底盘和固定于底盘上的上装, 所述上装内设有上述的沥青存储系 统。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统,主沥青箱出口管组件的输入端通过一根 以上的可拆卸式柔性管分别与辅助沥青箱相连, 并在各柔性管上设有控制阀, 既可方便 的实现连接管之间的拆装, 还可以根据生产需要, 选择采用一个沥青箱、 两个沥青箱或 更多的沥青箱工作, 可满足在不同工作情况下需要不同量的要求, 更有效地利用材料, 避免不必要的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
本实用新型的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 包括一个主沥青箱 3和一个以上的辅助 沥青箱, 主沥青箱 3的输出端设有主沥青箱出口管组件 2, 主沥青箱出口管组件 2的输入 端通过一根以上的连接管分别与辅助沥青箱相连, 主沥青箱出口管组件 2的输出端通过 主连接管 1与泵阀管道连通, 所有连接管均为可拆卸式柔性管。 利用可拆卸式柔性管, 可方便实现管道之间的拆卸与安装, 也方便各沥青箱的摆放布局。
实施例 1 : 如图 1和图 2所示, 本实施例中辅助沥青箱有两个, 即第一辅助沥青箱 8和 第二辅助沥青箱 12, 也可以按实际生产需要采用更多的辅助沥青箱。 第一辅助沥青箱 8 上装设有第一辅助沥青箱出口管组件 7, 其输出端连通有第一连接管 4, 第二辅助沥青箱 12上装设有第二辅助沥青箱出口管组件 11, 其输出端连通有第二连接管 9, 第一连接管 4 和第二连接管 9的两端分别设有管接件, 该管接件为连接法兰或管接头, 这两根连接管 先与一中间连接组件的输入端相连通,该中间连接组件的输出端再与主沥青箱出口组件 2的输入端相连, 并在该中间连接组件上设有排空阀 5, 工作结束后用于清空各管道。 各 连接管上还设有控制阀, 如第一连接管 4上设有第一控制阀 6, 第二连接管 9上设有第二 控制阀 10, 可分别控制相应管道的启闭, 以方便选择使用沥青箱。
本实用新型中, 主沥青箱出口管组件 2、 辅助沥青箱出口管组件以及中间连接组件 均可为三通、 四通或其他, 视不同情况而定。
工作原理: 在砂浆车的试验阶段, 只需要使用主沥青箱 3, 此时只向主沥青箱 3加入 沥青, 关闭第一控制阀 6和第二控制阀 10, 可避免沥青的浪费。 在正常工作阶段, 如果 要用两个沥青箱的用量, 此时可打开第一控制阀 6和第二控制阀 10中的一个控制阀, 关 闭另一个控制阀。 如果要用到三个沥青箱的用量, 此时可同时打开第一控制阀 6和第二 控制阀 10。 但无论采用几个沥青箱, 在工作状态下都要关闭排空阀 5, 工作结束后, 需 要清空各连接管道中的沥青时, 就打开排空阀 5以及所有的控制阀, 清空完后再关闭排 空阀 5和各控制阀即可。
实施例 2: 在实际应用中, 各连接管与主沥青箱出口管组件 2连通的方式不做限定, 只要能实现连通且方便有选择性地使用沥青箱即可。 如图 3所示, 与实施例 1的区别在于 第一连接管 4和第二连接管 9可分别与主沥青箱出口管组件 2的输入端相连, 并在其中任 意一根连接管上设有排空阀 5, 省去中间连接组件。 其工作原理与实施例 1类似, 在此就 不再赘述。
实施例 3 : 如图 4所示, 本实用新型进一步提供一种砂浆车, 包括底盘 14和固定于底 盘 14上的上装 13, 该上装 13内设有上述的沥青存储系统。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,本实用新型的保护范围并不仅局限于上 述实施例, 凡属于本实用新型思路下的技术方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 应当指 出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理前提下的若干改进 和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1、 一种用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 包括一个主沥青箱(3 )和一个以上的辅助沥 青箱, 所述主沥青箱 (3 ) 的输出端设有主沥青箱出口管组件 (2) , 所述主沥青箱出口 管组件(2) 的输入端通过一根以上的连接管分别与所述辅助沥青箱相连, 其特征在于: 所述连接管为可拆卸式柔性管。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 其特征在于: 所述辅助沥 青箱的输出端设有辅助沥青箱出口管组件,所有辅助沥青箱出口管组件的输出端均通过 所述连接管与一中间连接组件的输入端连通,所述中间连接组件的输出端与所述主沥青 箱出口组件的输入端连通。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 其特征在于: 所述中间连 接组件上设有排空阀 (5 ) 。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 其特征在于: 所述辅助沥 青箱的输出端设有辅助沥青箱出口管组件,所述辅助沥青箱出口管组件的输出端分别通 过所述连接管与所述主沥青箱出口管组件 (2) 的输入端相连。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 其特征在于: 所述一根以 上的连接管上设有排空阀 (5 ) 。

8、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于砂浆车的沥青存储系统, 其特征在于: 所述连接管 的两端分别设有管接件, 所述管接件为连接法兰或管接头。
9、 一种砂浆车, 包括底盘 (14) 和固定于底盘 (14) 上的上装 (13 ) , 其特征在 于: 所述上装 (13 ) 内设有权利要求 1〜8中任一项所述的沥青存储系统。
