Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil d'ouverture/fermeture d'une porte coulissante, entraîné par une vis de transfert. L'appareil comprend : un moteur, une vis-mère rotative reliée à un arbre du moteur, comportant une rainure en spirale correspondant à la distance de coulissement de la porte ouverte/fermée, un écrou-mère couplé à la rainure en spirale de la vis-mère et se déplaçant linéairement conformément à la rotation de la vis-mère, un rail de guidage comportant une partie de rail formant un rail de coulissement de la porte ouverte/fermée sur la ligne parallèle au centre de la vis-mère, un ensemble de rouleau possédant un rouleau guidé par le rail de guidage et maintenant la porte tenue sur celui-ci et se déplaçant en association avec celle-ci, et un ensemble de liaison reliant l'écrou-mère et le moyen de support de porte de telle sorte que l'écrou-mère et le moyen de support de porte peuvent se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre au moins dans la direction verticale et peuvent se déplacer en association. L'appareil absorbe facilement les vibrations entre un côté d'entraînement et la porte dans une largeur de porte approximative, permettant ainsi à la porte d'être ouverte/fermée doucement. C'est-à-dire qu'on réduit au minimum la largeur nécessaire à l'installation de l'appareil d'ouverture/fermeture d'une porte coulissante, et qu'on peut appliquer ainsi un système d'entraînement à vis de transfert aux portes de trains électriques classiques ayant un espace d'installation étroit, et améliorer efficacement la sécurité et la performance des portes usées de trains électriques.
