Abstract

실린더 주위 유동특성을 이용한 다기능 공기 데이터 센서장치가 제시된다. 공기 데이터 센서장치는 상기 센서장치는 센서측정부와 신호처리부를 포함하며, 상기 센서측정부는 실린더 형태로서, 내부에 중공이 형성된 센서몸체, 상기 센서몸체의 외부에 복수개 형성된 압력측정홀, 및 상기 센서몸체의 일측에 부착된 써모스탯(thermostat)을 포함하고, 상기 신호처리부는 상기 압력측정홀과 연결된 압력센서, 및 상기 압력센서와 연결되어 계산을 수행하는 마이크로프로세서를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 압력측정홀 중에서 압력값이 큰 주요한 압력측정홀을 선정한 후, 압력 분포를 계산하고, 이를 이용하여 받음각(angle of attack), 정압(static pressure) 또는 전압(total pressure) 중 적어도 하나를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 받음각, 전압, 정압을 구하는데 있어서 오차가 적으며, 특히 저속 및 고받음각 조건에서도 신속하고 정확한 계산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 빙결 방지를 위하여 항공기용으로 사용시에 히터 삽입이 용이하도록 구성하여, 소형 경량이면서도 어는 문제를 방지할 수 있고, 실린더 주위 센서수를 증가하면 이에 비례하여 동일한 측정 정밀도로 받음각 측정영역을 확장할 수 있다.
