Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fourniture d'informations relatives à l'érosion dans un système de production de pétrole et/ou de gaz qui comprend au moins un équipement/un ensemble de tuyaux. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir des résultats CFD relatifs à des points chauds dans l'équipement/l'ensemble de tuyaux à partir d'une analyse CFD de l'équipement/de l'ensemble de tuyaux pour une plage de pressions, de vitesses de flux et de vitesses de sable ; obtenir, durant la production, des données relatives aux vitesses d'érosion en un emplacement particulier dans le système ; et combiner lesdites données relatives aux vitesses d'érosion et les résultats CFD afin d'estimer et de surveiller des vitesses d'érosion de sable dans les points chauds du système. La présente invention concerne également un module réalisant les étapes du procédé ainsi qu'un programme informatique.
