Abstract

蓄電池を備え複数の建物を含む規定の地域に敷設された地域電力網を介して各建物との間で蓄電と給電とを行う共用電源と、地域内の少なくとも一部の建物に設けられ建物に給電するとともに余剰電力を共用電源に供給する分散型電源と、各建物において商用電源から供給された電力量を計測する第1の電力計と、各建物において地域電力網を介して共用電源との間で出し入れした電力量を双方向に計測する第2の電力計と、第1の電力計と第2の電力計とにより計測された電力量に基づいて共用電源の電力を地域に分配する分配制御装置とを有し、分配制御装置は、各建物ごとに第2の電力計により計測された共用電源に蓄電した電力量と共用電源から給電した電力量とが相殺されるように電力量を管理するとともに、いずれかの建物において第1の電力計により計測された単位期間ごとの電力量が規定値に達すると共用電源から電力を供給し、当該建物において第1の電力計により計測された単位期間ごとの電力量が規定値よりも低い値である復帰値を下回ると共用電源に電力を返却させる電力供給システムを提供する。
