本实用新型涉及到躺椅, 尤其涉及一种可方便展开、 折叠的躺椅。 背景技术
现有的躺椅各式各样, 根据不同的人群或在不同的场合下使用而设计, 为 的是更方便人们的使用, 但是现有有躺椅的体积都较大也比较笨重, 即使在折 叠后也占较大的空间,放置起来和携带都不够方便,比如郊游或在郊外休闲时, 如要携带体积较大的躺椅就显得不方便。 目前还没有一款能轻松展开、折叠和 占用空间小且方便办公室和休闲使用的躺椅。
因此, 如何设计出一款能轻松展开、折叠、 人性化、 占用空间小和重量轻 的躺椅是业内亟待解决的一个技术问题。 发明内容
本实用新型为解决现有的躺椅存在的技术问题, 提供一种能轻松展开、人 性化、 占用空间小、 重量轻和方便携带的折叠式躺椅。
为解决所述技术问题, 本实用新型提供的技术方案是: 一种折叠式躺椅, 其包括两条可卷叠且展开后侧视呈躺椅状的躺椅支撑脊装置,该两条支撑脊装 置两端之间通过两个金属条部件连接起来,该两条支撑脊装置之间通过多个支 承部件连接起来。
所述支撑脊装置的一方案包括呈 "凸"字状并在凸起部位开有一孔的受 力部件、开有两孔的连接块,每个所述支承部件上连接有至少一个该受力部件, 每相邻两个所述支承部件之间通过至少一个该连接块连接起来,在该受力部件 与该支承部件之间均设置有圆形金属管状部件。
其中, 通过螺钉将所述连接块固定在所述支承部件上。
其中, 所述支承部件为金属连接件。
其中, 设在所述支撑脊装置上的所述受力部件两端的高低不完全相同。

与现有技术相比, 本实用新型由两条支撑脊装置、 两个金属条部件和两 条支撑脊装置之间的支承部件构成, 未使用时可以卷起来, 不占大空间方便携 带, 两条支撑脊装置上不同位置的受力部件结构不全相同, 就决定了其展开后 形成近似 "S"形状与人体相适配的躺椅, 在躺椅底部垫放一个分散受力装置 就可放在地上或其它平台上使用了, 适合室内外使用, 办公室内或休闲时使用 很舒适, 在郊外使用更为方便舒适自如, 更人性化。 附图说明

如图 12、 图 19所示, 本实用新型两个较佳实施例, 一种折叠式躺椅, 包括 两条可卷叠且展开后侧视呈躺椅状的躺椅支撑脊装置 1, 该两条支撑脊装置两 端之间通过两个金属条部件 2 (用于固定作用)连接起来, 该两条支撑脊装置 之间通过多个支承部件 3连接起来。
如图 2a至图 7b所示,包含了上述技术特征,支撑脊装置 1的一个具体方案: 其包括呈 "凸"字状(或近似 "凸"字状)并在凸起部位开有一孔的受力部件 4和开有两孔的连接块 5, 每个支承部件 3上连接有至少一个该受力部件 4, 支撑 脊装置 1不同部位上根据弯曲的需要, 受力部件 4的结构有一定变化, 所述受力 部件 4两端的高低不完全相同, 即凸起部位的高度不相同, 如图 la、 图 lb、 图 lc所示, 图 la的受力部件 41设置在支撑脊装置向上弯曲部位(如图 8所示) , 图 lb受力部件 42设置在支撑脊装置水平部位、图 lc受力部件 43设置在支撑脊装 置向下弯曲部位(如图 9所示), 每相邻两个支承部件 3之间通过至少一个该连 接块 5连接起来, 相互紧扣, 使受力部件 4和连接块 5可以相对活动, 通过螺钉 6 将连接块 5活动固定在支承部件 3上, 使连接块 5不会脱出, 支承部件 3为金属连 接件如: 铁、 铜等条状部件, 受力部件与支承部件(选用金属材料)之间均设 置有圆形金属管状部件, 有利于打开和折叠活动。 如图 10所示, 上述方案构成的躺椅的侧视图, 与人体休息时的体型相适 配, 并且形状不会改变, 如图 11所示, 在躺椅下设置有一弧形的分散受力装置 9, 从而不会使重力全部由一个受力部件承担。在分散受力装置 9下还可以设置 有一支撑架 10, 可以拉伸和折叠, 如图 21所示, 这样可以增加高度。
如图 14a、 图 14b、 图 14c所示的支撑脊装置, 替换了上述的支撑脊装置 1, 其具体方案为: 其包括主视为梯形侧视为椭圆形(或圆形) 的并开有两孔的受 力部件 7 (如图 13a所示为一种结构) 、 开有两孔的连接块 8 (如图 13b所示) , 该受力部件 7两端开有与该连接块 8的一半相吻合的凹槽,相邻两个该受力部件 7之间通过螺钉和该连接块 8活动连接起来,使受力部件 7和连接块 8可以相对活 动,支撑脊装置 1上向下弯曲部位的受力部件呈上小下大的梯形(如图 15所示), 支撑脊装置 1上水平部位的受力部件上下大小一致(特殊梯形), 支撑脊装置 1 上向上弯曲部位的受力部件呈上大下小的梯形(如图 16所示) 。 在受力部件 7 侧面还开有一通孔(如图 13a所示) , 用一绳 (如钢丝绳)通过该通孔将全部 受力部件 7串起来, 该绳的两端固定在两端的两个金属条部件 2端上, 起到固定 展开后的支撑脊装置的作用。 支承部件 3可以设置为金属或有弹性的连接件, 如: 橡皮筋或弹簧或其他带弹性的合成材料, 有弹性的连接件与受力部件 7连 接, 弹性的连接件的连接方式各样, 如图 19、 图 20所示的两个连接方式, 还可 以根据需要任意设计。
如图 17所示, 后一方案构成的躺椅的侧视图, 与人体休息时的体型相适 配, 并且形状也不会改变, 如图 18所示, 在躺椅下设置有一弧形的分散受力装 置 9, 从而不会使重力全部由一个受力部件承担。在分散受力装置 9下还可以设 置有一可以拉伸和折叠的支撑架 10, 如图 21所示, 这样可以增加高度。
不使用时可以将躺椅卷叠起来, 使用时像展开席子一样, 并形成一个固定 的躺椅形状,使用极为方便,也不占用过多的空间,可以在很小的场合下使用。
以上结合较佳实施方式对本实用新型进行了具体描述,但是本技术领域内 的技术人员可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或变化,这些变更和变化应落入 本实用新型保护的范围之内。

1、 一种折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 包括两条可卷叠且展开后侧视呈躺 椅状的躺椅支撑脊装置(1 ) , 该两条支撑脊装置两端之间通过两个金属条部 件(2)连接起来, 该两条支撑脊装置之间通过多个支承部件(3)连接起来。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑脊装置包 括呈 "凸"字状并在凸起部位开有一孔的受力部件(4) 、 开有两孔的连接块
(5) , 每个所述支承部件(3)上连接有至少一个该受力部件(4) , 每相邻 两个所述支承部件(3)之间通过至少一个该连接块(5)连接起来, 在该受 力部件(4)与该支承部件(3)之间均设置有圆形金属管状部件。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 通过螺钉(6)将 所述受力部件(4)和连接块(5) 固定在所述支承部件(3) 上。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述支承部件(3) 为金属连接件。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4任一所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 设在所述 支撑脊装置上的所述受力部件(4)两端的高低不完全相同。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑脊装置包 括主视为梯形的并开有两孔的受力部件 (7) 、 开有两孔的连接块(8) , 该 受力部件(7) 两端开有与该连接块(8) 的一半相吻合的凹槽, 相邻两个该 受力部件(7)之间通过螺钉与该连接块(8) 活动连接起来。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 在所述的受力部件 (7 )侧面还开有一通孔, 一绳通过该通孔将该受力部件(7) 串起来, 该绳 的两端固定在所述两个金属条部件(2)端上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的折叠 式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述支承部件(3)为金属或有弹性的连接件, 并与所 述受力部件(7 )连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述有弹性的连接 件为橡皮筋或弹簧。
10、 根据权利要求 2或 6所述的折叠式躺椅, 其特征在于: 所述支撑脊装 置 (1 ) 下设置有一弧形的分散受力装置 (9) 。
