目前, 现有技术提供的 LED路灯主要采用模组式的结构, 即由后部的尾 座及前部的框架组成的灯具本体, 该灯具本体上放置有 LED灯, 另外, 现有 技术还提供了一种非模组式(一个整体) 的 LED路灯。 不论是模组式的 LED 路灯或非模组式的 LED路灯, 均存在其造型与内部零部件通用的问题, 对灯 具本体进行造型受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种 LED路灯, 可在灯具 本体的造型不变的前提下, 生成不同造型的 LED路灯, 使灯具本体具有很好 的通用性, 满足不同造型的需求, 同时减少了产品零件的品种, 降低了企业 的生产和管理成本, 同时, 使得不同产品的零件可以互相通用, 解决由于零 件不通用带来维护困难的问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种 LED路灯, 包括用于放置 LED灯的灯具本体, 所述 LED路灯还包 括:
设置有第一装配部的灯罩, 所述灯具本体设置有与所述第一装配部相配 合以将所述灯具本体与所述灯罩安装在一起的第二装配部。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
通过提供一种 LED路灯, 包括用于放置 LED灯的灯具本体, 所述 LED 路灯还包括设置有第一装配部的灯罩, 所述灯具本体设置有与所述第一装配 部相配合以将所述灯具本体与所述灯罩安装在一起的第二装配部, 这样, 可 在灯具本体的造型不变的前提下, 以不同造型的灯罩配合灯具本体, 生成不 同造型的 LED路灯, 使灯具本体具有很好的通用性, 满足不同造型的需求, 同时减少了产品零件的品种, 降低了企业的生产和管理成本, 同时, 使得不 同产品的零件可以互相通用, 解决由于零件不通用带来维护困难的问题。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了一种 LED路灯, 主要包括用于放置 LED灯的灯具 本体, 所述 LED路灯还包括设置有第一装配部的灯罩, 所述灯具本体设置有 与所述第一装配部相配合以将所述灯具本体与所述灯罩安装在一起的第二装 配部, 其中:
第一装配部可以为第一螺孔, 第二装配部可以为第二螺孔, 这样, 螺钉 穿过第一螺孔、 第二螺孔可将灯具本体与灯罩安装在一起; 或者, 第一装配 部可以为卡件, 第二装配部可以为定位槽, 这样, 卡件卡入定位槽中可将灯 具本体与灯罩安装在一起, 当然, 第一装配部与第二装配部还可以采用其他 的形式, 不仅限于此;
灯具本体可以是整体注塑或铸造而成的一体式结构, 也可以是包括相连 的尾座和框架的组合结构等, 具体地, 可采用硬质塑料进行灯具本体的整体 注塑, 或采用铝、 镁、 锌、 铜或其他金属材料进行灯具本体的铸造, 但不仅 限于此;
为了不影响灯具本体的散热, 灯罩还可以采用镂空结构。
这样, 可在灯具本体的造型不变的前提下, 以不同造型的灯罩配合灯具 本体, 生成不同造型的 LED路灯, 使灯具本体具有很好的通用性, 满足不同 造型的需求, 同时减少了产品零件的品种, 降低了企业的生产和管理成本, 同时, 使得不同产品的零件可以互相通用, 解决由于零件不通用带来维护困 难的问题。
下面通过三个具体实施例对本发明的 LED路灯进行说明。
图 1至图 3是本发明实施例的 LED路灯中的灯具本体的结构示意图, 参 照该图, 该灯具本体包括相连的尾座 1 和框架 2, 该灯具本体设置有第二装 配部包括若干第二螺孔 3及若干定位槽 4, 其中:
第二螺孔 3分别设置于框架 2前端、 框架 2两侧以及尾座 1的两侧及后

定位槽 4分别设置于框架 2两侧 (大小可设置) 以及尾座 1的两侧。 图 4、 图 5是本发明第一实施例的 LED路灯的结构示意图, 参照该图, 该 LED路灯包括图 1至图 3所示的灯具本体, 另外, 还包括设置有第一装配 部的第一灯罩 5, 第一灯罩 5为设置于框架 2前端的头框, 第一装配部为设 置于头框后端的第一螺孔, 第一装配部中的第一螺孔与上述第二装配部中设 置于框架 2前端的第二螺孔 3相配合, 以将灯具本体与第一灯罩 5安装在一 起。
图 6、 图 7是本发明第二实施例的 LED路灯的结构示意图, 参照该图, 该 LED路灯包括图 1至图 3所示的灯具本体, 另外, 还包括设置有第三装配 部的第二灯罩 6, 第二灯罩 6包括设置于框架 2上方的外罩 7, 以及设置于框 架 2前端的端盖 8, 第三装配部为第一螺孔, 第三装配部中在外罩 7上的第 一螺孔与上述第二装配部中设置于尾座 1两侧的第二螺孔 3相配合, 第三装 配部中在端盖 8上的第一螺孔与设置于框架 2前端的第二螺孔 3相配合, 以 将灯具本体与第二灯罩 6安装在一起。
图 8、 图 9是本发明第三实施例的 LED路灯的结构示意图, 参照该图, 该 LED路灯包括图 1至图 3所示的灯具本体, 另外, 还包括设置有第四装配 部的第三灯罩 9, 第三灯罩 9包括设置于灯具本体下方的底盖 10, 以及设置 于灯具本体上方的顶盖 11, 第四装配部包括第一螺孔及卡件, 第四装配部中 在顶盖 11上的第一螺孔与上述第二装配部中设置于尾座 1两侧的第二螺孔 3 相配合,第四装配部中在底盖 10的卡件与上述第二装配部中设置于框架 2两 侧的第二螺孔 3及定位槽 4相配合, 以将灯具本体与第三灯罩 9安装在一起。
这样, 可在灯具本体的造型不变的前提下, 以不同造型的灯罩配合灯具 本体, 生成不同造型的 LED路灯, 使灯具本体具有很好的通用性, 满足不同 造型的需求, 同时减少了产品零件的品种, 降低了企业的生产和管理成本, 同时, 使得不同产品的零件可以互相通用, 解决由于零件不通用带来维护困 难的问题。 上述各灯罩本身可以做的非常轻薄, 灯罩与灯具本体可以做出固 定式结合方式, 为了操作方便, 便于安装与维护, 也可以做成如上述第三实 施例所述的掀盖式结构。
以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1、 一种 LED路灯, 包括用于放置 LED灯的灯具本体, 其特征在于, 所 述 LED路灯还包括:
设置有第一装配部的灯罩, 所述灯具本体设置有与所述第一装配部相配 合以将所述灯具本体与所述灯罩安装在一起的第二装配部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述第一装配部为第 一螺孔, 所述第二装配部为第二螺孔, 或者, 所述第一装配部为卡件, 所述 第二装配部为定位槽。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯具本体包 括相连的尾座和框架。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯罩为设置于所 述框架前端的头框。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯罩包括设置于 所述框架上方的外罩, 以及设置于所述框架前端的端盖。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯罩包括设置于 所述灯具本体下方的底盖, 以及设置于灯具本体上方的顶盖。
7、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述灯罩为镂空
