PCMD数据相关和处理:
当传送 eNB PCMD时, PCMD版本、 eNB UE SIAP ID、 MME UE SIAP ID包含 于该 SIAP: PRIVATE MESSAGE中。 PCMD版本号用于标识确保 MME 203可以正 确地解析 eNB PCMD参数并将其结合(integrate)至主 PCMD记录中的版本。 eNB UE SIAP ID和 MME UE SIAP ID用于标识 eNB与 MME 103之间的 UE连接。

PCMD去激活:
当管理员想要停止 PCMD收集时, 向 MME 203发出停止 PCMD收集的指令以 停止 PCMD收集工作。在步骤 S313中, MME 203根据接收装置 2031接收到的指令, 通过发送装置 2032向所有能够收集 PCMD的 eNB 201发送包括 PCMD-收集停止的 S1AP: PRIVATE MESSAGE。
在步骤 S315中, 接收到 "PCMD-停止"的 eNB 201针对 MME 203所控制的所有 UE连接停止 PCMD收集, 并丢弃针对这些 UE的任何未发送的 PCMD数据。

PCMD可以为分析通信网络性能并对通信网络进行故障查找提供有价值的数据。 在本发明的示例性实施例中, 根据本发明的启用 /禁用 PCMD 收集的方法利用了 PCMD, 对 LTE网络性能进行分析并对 LTE网络进行故障査找。
根据本发明的方法可以用于多家厂商, 3GPP 36.413规定了用于实现厂商特定功 能的针对厂商的专用消息机制。 TS36.413中的专用消息 S1AP: PRIVATE MESSAGE 用于支持 MME 103与 eNB 101之间的 PCMD。
根据本发明的方法是取决于 eNB 101和 MME 103的基于网络的解决方案。 与现 有的测量计数器收集相比较,根据本发明的 PCMD收集方法提供了更加灵活和可扩容 升级的报告系统性能信息的方式, 并且可以用于分析单独的通信连接。

1、 一种用于收集每次呼叫测量数据 PCMD的方法, 包括:
当接收到激活 PCMD相关功能的指令时, 基站向移动管理实体 MME装置传送 包括基站是否能够收集 PCMD的指示的消息;
当接收到启动 PCMD收集的指令时, MME装置向一个或多个能够收集 PCMD 的基站传送包括开始收集 PCMD的指示的消息;
基站根据所接收的开始收集 PCMD 的指示, 收集针对一个或多个用户设备 UE 连接的 PCMD。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
基站向 MME装置发送包括所收集的 PCMD的消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
当接收到停止 PCMD 收集的指令时, MME 装置向所述一个或多个能够收集 PCMD的基站传送包括停止收集 PCMD的指示的消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 还包括:
基站根据所接收的停止收集 PCMD的指示, 停止针对所述一个或多个 UE连接 的 PCMD收集, 并丢弃针对所述一个或多个 UE连接的任何未发送的 PCMD数据。

8、 如权利要求 7所述的移动管理实体 MME装置, 其中所述接收装置还用于接 收包括基站是否能够收集 PCMD的指示的消息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的移动管理实体 MME装置, 其中所述接收装置还用于接 收基站所发送的包括所收集的 PCMD的消息。
10、 一种用于收集每次呼叫测量数据 PCMD的基站, 包括- 接收装置, 用于接收从移动管理实体 MME装置发送的包括开始收集 PCMD和 / 或停止收集 PCMD的指示的消息;
收集装置, 用于在接收到包括开始收集 PCMD的指示的消息时, 收集针对一个 或多个用户设备 UE连接的 PCMD; 以及
发送装置, 用于向 MME装置发送包括所收集的 PCMD的消息。
