Abstract

본 발명은 상/하수, 가스, 전력, 냉/난방 등의 유틸리티(Utility)를 지역 내에서 연계 및 관리하는 스마트 그리드(Smart Grid) 환경에서 '이용 후 요금 청구'라는 기존의 유틸리티 '공급' 방식을 '요금 고지 후 이용'이라는 유틸리티 '구매' 방식으로 변경하여 사용자의 수요를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해, 사용 데이터를 분석하여 고객기본부하(CBL)를 산출하고, 이 산출된 CBL을 고려하여 고객에게 유틸리티 이용에 대한 DR 요금제 정보를 스마트 포털을 이용해 제공함으로써, 고객 스스로 수요를 조절할 수 있도록 된, 스마트 포털을 이용한 수요응답 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 사용자 포털을 이용한 수요응답 시스템은, 각 수용가의 유틸리티 사용량을 검침하여 검침정보를 생성하는 검침(AMR) 장치 상기 검침정보를 근거로 수요응답(DR) 요금을 산출하기 위한 DR 요금 산출 정보를 제공하며, 유틸리티를 복합적으로 관리하는 다중 유틸리티 복합(MCU) 장치 상기 검침정보를 근거로 각 수용가의 특성에 맞는 환경지수(Eco Index)를 산출하는 환경지수(EI) 산출장치 상기 검침정보에 근거해 고객기본부하(CBL) 정보를 산출하고, 상기 산출된 CBL 정보와 상기 DR 정보 및 상기 환경지수를 이용해 수요응답(DR) 요금을 산출하여 출력하는 수요응답(DR) 장치 및 상기 산출된 수요응답(DR) 요금을 특정 형태로 사용자에게 제공하는 스마트 포털(SP) 장치를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, DR 시스템에서 기존의 경제적 정보 이외에 환경적 정보와 사회적 정보를 제공하고, 정보 축적의 단일화와 정보 전달 형태 및 방법의 다양화를 구현할 수 있다. 또한, DR 서비스에 있어서 실시간 수요를 만족시키는 안정적인 서비스 품질을 유지할 수 있으며, 전력 최대수요(PEAK) 감소로 설비 및 유지 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
