本实用新型涉及电子技术领域,特别涉及一种具有通用串行总线 USB 的装置。 背景技术
随着存储设备的发展, 用户对具有 USB ( Universal Serial Bus, 通用 串行总线 )接口的移动装置例如数据卡(USB调制解调器)、 移动存储器等 的要求越来越高, 现有的 USB头通常釆用固定式结构, 不使用时为避免灰 尘等落入, 都设计了盖子或小封套将其 USB头盖住, 以起到保护作用。
在对现有技术进行分析后, 发明人发现现有技术至少具有如下缺点: 现有技术中 USB移动存储器的盖子或封套容易脱落、遗失, 以致不能 很好的保护 USB插头, 易损坏, 影响移动存储器的使用寿命。 实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供了一种具有通用串行总线 USB的装置。 所述技术 方案如下:
一种具有通用串行总线 USB的装置, 包括 USB头和本体,所述本体中设 有 USB头弹出结构, 所述 USB头弹出结构包括纵向滑块、 纵向弹簧、横向滑 块和横向弹簧, 所述 USB头与所述纵向滑块的一端相连, 所述纵向滑块上有 卡槽, 所述横向滑块上设有卡扣, 所述卡扣与所述卡槽固定所述纵向滑块和 所述横向滑块; 所述本体内壁设有凹槽 21 , 所述横向滑块容设于所述凹槽 21 中, 所述横向弹簧止挡于所述凹槽 21的内壁和所述横向滑块之间, 所述本体 内还设有挡板, 所述纵向弹簧止挡于所述挡板和所述纵向滑块之间。
本实用新型实施例通过在 USB设备中使用可用按钮控制的横向和纵向弹 簧, 使用户可以通过按钮实现 USB接口的弹出和缩回, 可以更好的保护 USB 头, 延长使用寿命, 增强用户的使用体验。 附图说明

为使本实用新型的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对 本实用新型作进一步地详细描述。
为了可以更好的保护 USB头, 延长使用寿命, 参见图 1至图 4 , 本实用 新型实施例提供了一种具有通用串行总线 USB的装置,该装置具体包括: USB 头 1、 本体 2和按钮 7 , 本体 2包括面壳 2a和底壳 2b, 且本体 2中设有 USB 头弹出结构, USB头弹出结构包括纵向滑块 3、 纵向弹簧 6、 横向滑块 4和横 向弹簧 5 , 纵向滑块 3上有卡槽 8, 横向滑块 4上有 IHJ槽 41和卡扣 42。
优选地,该 USB头 1与纵向滑块 3连接, 并配合无线终端内部的 PCB板 使用。
本体 2包括面壳 2a和底壳 2b, 按钮 7设于面壳 2a与底壳 2b的交接处。 本实用新型实施例中, 具有通用串行总线 USB的装置具体可以为便携式电子 设备, 如移动存储器、 MP3、 USB Modem (无线调制解调器)等。
底壳 2b内壁设有一凹槽 21 , 该凹槽 21内设有一限位突起 22 , 横向滑块 3具有一开口 43 , 该开口 43套设于限位突起 22表面并沿本体 2的横向限位 移动; 横向滑块 3靠近壳体纵向中线的侧面上有一孔 44, 横向弹簧 5容设于 孔 44内, 并挡止于孔 44的内壁上。 底壳 2b远离壳体纵向中线的边缘上设有 一按钮 7 , 该按钮 7和横向模块 4对接, 并挡止于横向模块 4。 当按压按钮 7 时, 横向弹簧 5提供的反弹力可使按钮 7复位。 横向滑块 4上还有凹槽 41 , 该凹槽 41为纵向滑块 3的滑动提供了空间。
纵向滑块 3包括一连接 USB头 1的连接部 31和用以容设纵向弹簧 6的 空心体 32, 该空心体 32上有一拱形开口 33 , 用以容设纵向弹簧 6; 壳体 2b的内壁上还设有一挡板 23 , 该挡板 23和纵向滑块 3的空心体 32 配合, 且挡板 23侧面有一纵向抵杆 24, 纵向弹簧 6套设于该纵向抵杆 24上, 容设于拱形开口 33中, 且挡止于该挡板 23上, 纵向弹簧 6为 USB头 1的弹 出运动提供推力。
参见图 3至图 5 ,横向滑块 4上还设有卡扣 42,纵向滑块 3上设有卡槽 8, 纵向滑块 3通过卡槽 8和卡扣 42配合, 通过凹槽 41 固定在横向滑块 4上, 卡扣 42阻止纵向滑块 3在纵向弹簧 6的弹力下弹出;

当 USB头 1处于弹出状态,且按钮 7处于弹出状态,卡扣 42脱离卡槽 8, 顶住纵向滑块 3 , 使纵向滑块 3保持弹出状态, 不会受压缩回, 固定横向滑块 4和纵向滑块 3。
参见图 6 , 图 6是本实用新型实施例提供的 USB头弹出时的示意图, 当 USB头 1处于隐藏状态时, 按钮 7受压力缩进本体 2, 推动横向滑块 4做横 向运动, 横向滑块 4带动横向弹簧 5受力压缩, 卡扣 42脱离纵向滑块 3上的 卡槽 8, 即卡扣 42松开, 纵向滑块 3的纵向运动不再受阻, 则纵向弹簧 6伸 展, 将纵向滑块 3沿凹槽 41推出, 推动 USB头 1弹出本体 2。 此时纵向弹簧 6处于伸展状态, 横向弹簧 5处于压缩状态。
参见图 7 , 图 7是本实用新型实施例提供的按钮复位时的示意图, 当 USB 头 1处于已伸出状态, 撤去按钮 7上压力后, 横向滑块 4在横向弹簧 5的回 弹力作用下横向运动, 回复到按下按钮 7之前的状态。 这时卡扣 42复位, 顶 住纵向滑块 3 , 阻止纵向滑块 3沿凹槽 41做纵向运动, 防止 USB头 1在插入 USB接口时受力回缩。 这时按钮 7处于顶出状态, 纵向弹簧 6处于伸展状态, 横向弹簧 5处于伸展状态。
参见图 8 , 图 8是本实用新型实施例提供的 USB头缩回时的示意图, 在
USB头 1伸出状态下, 压下按钮 7 , 按钮 7推动横向滑块 4横向运动, 卡扣 42松开。 压下 USB头 1 , 纵向滑块 3沿凹槽 41缩回本体 2。 松开按钮 7 , 横 向弹簧 5伸展, 推动横向滑块 4做横向运动, 使卡扣 42复位, 阻止纵向滑块 3带动 USB头 1再弹出本体 2 , USB头 1恢复到隐藏状态。 此时纵向弹簧 6 处于压缩状态, 横向弹簧 5处于伸展状态。
参见图 9, 图 9是本实用新型实施例提供另一种具有通用串行总线 USB 的装置的结构剖面图, 本实用新型实施例提供了另一种具有通用串行总线 USB头的装置,该装置具体包括: USB头 11、本体 12,且本体 12中设有 USB 头弹出结构, USB头弹出结构包括纵向滑块 13、 纵向弹簧 14、 横向按钮 15 和横向弹簧 16。 该装置与第一种装置的不同之处在于本实用新型实施例中的 横向按钮 15位于装置的正面 (这种结构中横向滑块和按钮是一体的, 组合成 为横向按钮) , 而本体 12中的 USB弹出结构以纵向为轴心旋转了 90度, 与 USB头 11呈正交状态连接, 其实现原理与第一种装置的实现原理类似, 都是 通过横向的限位和纵向弹簧提供推力实现 USB头的弹出。
本实用新型通过在 USB装置中使用可用按钮控制的横向和纵向弹簧, 使 用户可以通过按钮实现 USB接口的弹出和缩回,可以更好的保护 USB头,延 长使用寿命, 增强用户的体验。 具体地, 在本实用新型实施例中, USB 装置 可以是数据卡, 或者移动存储设备等。 当然, 在本实用新型实施例中, 包括 但不限于上述设备。

1、 一种具有通用串行总线 USB的装置, 包括 USB头和本体, 其特征在 于, 所述本体中设有 USB头弹出结构, 所述 USB头弹出结构包括纵向滑块、 纵向弹簧、 横向滑块和横向弹簧, 所述 USB头与所述纵向滑块的一端相连, 所述纵向滑块上有卡槽, 所述横向滑块上设有卡扣, 所述卡扣与所述卡槽固 定所述纵向滑块和所述横向滑块;
所述本体内壁设有凹槽(21 ) , 所述横向滑块容设于所述凹槽(21 ) 中, 所述横向弹簧止挡于所述凹槽 (21 ) 的内壁和所述横向滑块之间, 所述本体 内还设有挡板, 所述纵向弹簧止挡于所述挡板和所述纵向滑块之间。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽(21 ) 中设有限位 突起, 所述横向滑块中设有开口 (43 ) , 所述开口套设于所述限位突起表面。
3、如权利要求 1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述横向滑块上有凹槽(41 )。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述横向滑块靠近所述装置 纵向中线的侧面上有孔, 所述横向弹簧容设于所述孔内, 并挡止于所述孔的 内壁和所述凹槽 ( 21 ) 的内壁之间。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括远离所述装 置纵向中线的本体边缘上的按钮, 所述按钮和所述横向模块对接, 并挡止于 所述横向模块。
