背景技术
在现有技术中,建筑施工大的墙体工程都是釆用钢筋混凝土一次 性固化成型, 属于刚硬型结构, 一旦拆除或崩塌便碎裂变成垃圾, 用 途单一不可重复利用,而且形成大量不能降解的建筑垃圾,污染环境; 小型建材标准件或实心质重浪费材料或空心却达不到足够的强度,都 不能符合环保节能高效的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单可任意组合, 轻质抗震可重复循环利 用, 成本低廉的通用型建筑模块。
本发明的建筑模块的技术方案是这样的:其设置为等腰直角三角 形,其三个边上设置燕尾榫眼,中间设置上下或者左右贯穿的安装孔。
安装孔包括横向安装孔和纵向安装孔。 安装孔包括大管道孔、小 管道孔, 其轴径和标配的管道配合, 安装孔还包括螺栓孔, 螺栓孔的 轴径和标配的螺栓配合。
建筑模块的三个边中的一个或者一个以上边设置和燕尾榫眼配 合的榫头。
纵向安装孔可以用绳索连接起来。建筑模块可填充钢丝绳形成预 应力使刚性建筑面具有柔性, 可承受更强的压力。 安装孔内可填充保温材料。
本发明的建筑模块, 由于中间设置许多安装孔, 非常轻便, 可灵 活组装成任意形状, 并且本发明的建筑模块采用榫接组合方式, 故可 拆除重复循环使用, 达到节约能源的目的, 可以在建筑领域内广泛使 用。

实施例 1 :
如图 1所示, 本发明的建筑模块其设置为等腰直角三角形, 其三 个边上设置燕尾榫眼 1 , 中间设置上下或者左右贯穿的安装孔。 安装 孔包括横向安装孔 3和纵向安装孔 2。 安装孔包括大管道孔、 小管道 孔, 其轴径和标配的管道配合, 安装孔还包括螺栓孔, 螺栓孔的轴径 和标配的螺栓配合。 由于建筑模块的边上设置燕尾榫眼, 所以用户只 要按照要求组合好建筑模块,然后在边上的燕尾榫眼 1组成的孔中放 入和燕尾榫眼 1配合的连接键就可以将各个建筑模块组合在一起,形 成一个大的建筑模块, 这时候, 各个分建筑模块中间的安装孔 2也对 齐形成上下或者左右贯穿的孔洞,用户可以把暖气管道或者上下水管 等从中间的这些标配的安装孔中穿过,而中间的小的螺丝孔可以用来 让钢筋等建材穿过。 这种结构的建筑模块组合简便, 形状可以根据用 户的需要任意组合, 用户在建筑的过程中, 可以先将各个小建筑模块 组合成一块大的墙体, 进行整体安装。 由于安装孔形成了墙体的中空 结构, 可以使墙体的保温效果比较好, 并且安装孔剩下的空隙和没有 用的安装孔可以填充上保温材料, 这样保温性能会更好, 建筑模块中 间的安装孔可以根据用户的需要进行设置。 本发明的建筑模块, 还可 以根据建筑需求填充钢丝绳形成预应力使刚性建筑面具有一定得柔 性,刚柔相济可承受更强的外力;也可按设计规范和安装图集选定水、 暖、 电器安装位置和管线电气路径, 沿孔道暗敷设管线; 还可预埋预 留好建筑电气安全接地、 设备紧固件、 机具固定件、 阀、 箱、 盒等, 将各系统、 回路调试达到要求后, 使系统独立固定、 填充封堵、 密封 材料。
实施例 2:
本实施例和实施例 1的区别在于,本实施例的建筑模块的边上设 置和燕尾榫头配合的榫眼,这样建筑模块在使用时就不需要单独的连 接件来对建筑模块进行固定,直接对相邻的建筑模块进行插接安装即 可。
本发明的建筑模块既可以作为小建筑模块使用,也可以组合成整 体建材使用, 用途广泛, 安装方便, 可以在建筑领域内广泛应用。

1. 一种建筑模块, 其特征在于, 其设置为等腰直角三角形, 其 三个边上设置燕尾榫眼, 中间设置上下或者左右贯穿的安装孔。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的建筑模块, 其特征在于: 安装孔包括 横向安装孔和纵向安装孔。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的建筑模块, 其特征在于: 安装孔包括 大管道孔、 小管道孔, 其轴径和标配的管道配合, 安装孔还包括螺栓 孔, 螺栓孔的轴径和标配的螺栓配合。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的建筑模块, 其特征在于: 建筑模块的 三个边中的一个或者一个以上边设置和燕尾榫眼配合的榫头。
