Abstract
Lageranordnung für einen Rotor und deren Verwendung Es wird eine Lageranordnung und deren Verwendung für einen Rotor (2) einer elektrischen Maschine in einem Hybridmodulgehäuse (1) eines Fahrzeuges mit einem den Rotor (2) haltenden Rotorträger (4) vorgeschlagen, der mit einer Hybrid-Antriebswelle (7) verbunden ist, die über zumindest ein Lager an dem Hybridmodul- gehäuse (1) gelagert ist, wobei als Lager eine mehrreihige Lagereinheit auf der Antriebswelle (7) angeordnet ist.
Description
Laqeranordnunq für einen Rotor und deren Verwendung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lageranordnung und deren Verwendung für einen Rotor einer elektrischen Maschine in einem Hybridmodulgehäuse eines Fahrzeuges gemäß der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 näher definierten Art.
Aus der Fahrzeugtechnik ist es bekannt, dass eine Lageranordnung für einen Rotor einer elektrischen Maschine zwei Lagerstellen umfasst, wobei ein gedichtetes Kugellager als Festlager in dem Hybridmodulgehäuse zwischen der Trennkupplung bzw. dem Verbrennungsmotor und der elektrischen Maschine angeordnet ist. Der zweite Lagersitz als Loslager ist über einen Passungssitz auf der Getriebeeingangswelle realisiert, wobei die Getriebeeingangswelle wiederum über das Getriebeein- gangswellenlager als Festlager und ein Pilotlager als Loslager gelagert ist. Dies hat jedoch unbedingt zur Folge, dass eine spezielle Getriebeeingangswelle erforderlich ist. Außerdem ist eine so genannte Einkupplungsvariante bei dem Hybridsystem erforderlich, da durch die starre Verbindung, welche durch den Passungssitz entsteht, keine Relativbewegung zwischen der Motorwelle der elektrischen Maschine und der Getriebeeingangswelle ausgeglichen werden kann.
Eine andere Möglichkeit für den zweiten Lagersitz kann über ein Pilotlager im Massenschwungrad antriebsseitige realisiert werden. Hierbei ergibt sich der Nachteil, dass ein spezielles Pilotlager und ein spezielles Schwungrad erforderlich sind.
Des Weiteren ergibt sich bei den bekannten Lageranordnungen der Nachteil, dass die vollständige Lagerung der elektrischen Maschine erst nach der Montage des Hybridmoduls an dem Getriebegehäuse und an dem Verbrennungsmotor realisiert wird. Dadurch ist im unmontierten Zustand ein Verkippen des Rotors zum Stator möglich, welches zur Beschädigung dieser Bauteile und zu einer erschwerten Montage führt.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Lageranordnung der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung und deren Verwendung vorzuschlagen, bei der ein Verkippen des Rotors zum Stator sicher vermieden wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1 bzw. 7 gelöst, wobei sich weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen aus den jeweiligen Unteransprüchen und der Zeichnung ergeben.
Demnach wird eine Lageranordnung für einen Rotor einer elektrischen Maschine in einem Hybridmodulgehäuse eines Fahrzeuges mit einem den Rotor tragenden bzw. haltenden Rotorträger vorgeschlagen, der mit einer Hybrid- Antriebswelle verbunden ist, die über zumindest ein Lager an dem Hybridmodulgehäuse gelagert ist, wobei als Lager eine zentrale mehrreihige Lagereinheit auf bzw. an der Antriebswelle angeordnet ist.
Mit der vorgesehenen mehrreihigen Lagereinheit wird eine Lagerung des mit der Antriebswelle verbundenen Rotors einerseits durch nur eine Lagerstelle und andererseits schon vor der Montage an einem Verbrennungsmotor oder einem Getriebe in dem Hybridmodul realisiert, so dass ein Verkippen des Rotors ausgeschlossen ist und somit eine Kollision zwischen dem Rotor dem Stator der elektrischen Maschine verhindert wird.
Vorzugsweise wird die mehrreihige Lagereinheit in axialer Richtung im Wesentlichen mittig zum Rotor an der Antriebswelle ausgerichtet. Auf diese Weise wird eine stabile Lagerung in dem Hybridmodul sichergestellt.
Im Rahmen einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass als Lagereinheit ein zweireihiges, gedichtetes Schrägkugellager oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist. Es sind auch andere Arten von Wälzlagern möglich. Jedoch wird durch das vorgeschlagene Schrägkugellager eine vorteilhaft einfache und sichere Lagerung realisiert.
Bei der erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen Lageranordnung kann vorzugsweise das Hybridmodulgehäuse den Lagersitz für den Außenring des Schrägkugellagers bilden. Dabei wird zur axialen Sicherung zumindest ein Segment oder dergleichen an einem Absatz des Hybridmodulgehäuses vorgesehen. Als Lagersitz für den Innenring des Schrägkugellagers beziehungsweise der Lagereinheit wird die Hybrid- Antriebswelle verwendet, wobei zur axialen Sicherung getriebeseitig ein Absatz an der Antriebswelle und motorseitige eine Stützscheibe mit einem Sicherungsring oder dergleichen vorgesehen sind. Es sind auch andere konstruktive Mittel einsetzbar, die eine axiale Verspannung der Lagersitze ermöglichen, um ein Festlager zu realisieren.
Um eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Rotor einerseits und der Hybrid-Antriebswelle andererseits zu realisieren, kann der Rotorträger einerseits mit dem Rotor und andererseits mit der getriebeseitigen Nabe und der Antriebswelle zum Beispiel verschraubt werden. Es sind auch andere Verbindungsarten denkbar.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lageranordnung kann bei beliebig ausgestalteten Hy- brid-Fahrzeugen verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise kann die vorgeschlagene Lageranordnung jedoch bei einem Parallel-Hybrid-Antriebssystem verwendet werden, um den Rotor in dem Hybridmodul sicher zu lagern. Bei der Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Lageranordnung kann somit das Hybridmodul als fertige Baueinheit unabhängig von weiteren Komponenten des Antriebsstranges hergestellt werden und je nach Bedarf später an den Verbrennungsmotor und das Getriebe montiert werden.
Nachfolgend wird die vorliegende Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung weiter erläutert. Die einzige Figur der Erfindung zeigt eine geschnittene Teilansicht durch ein Hybridmodulgehäuse 1 mit einer möglichen Ausführungsvariante einer erfindungsgemäßen Lageanordnung für einen Rotor 2 einer elektrischen Maschine bei einem nicht weiter dargestellten Parallel-Hybrid-Antriebssystem eines Fahrzeuges.
Das dargestellte Hybridmodulgehäuses 1 stellt einen Teil des Hybrid- Fahrzeuges dar, welches z.B. in einem Parallel-Hybrid-Antriebsstrang eines Kraftfahrzeuges verbaut wird. Bei der hier dargestellten Ausführungsvariante ist der Sta-
tor 3 der elektrischen Maschine fest mit dem Hybridmodulgehäuse 1 verschraubt. Der Rotor 2 ist mit einem Rotorträger 4 verbunden, der wiederum über eine Ver- schraubung 5 kraftschlüssig mit einer getriebeseitigen Nabe 6 und einer Hybrid- Antriebswelle 7 verbunden ist.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der mit der Antriebswelle 7 verbundene Rotor 2 über ein zweireihiges, gedichtetes Schrägkugellager 8 in dem Hybridmodulgehäuses 1 gelagert ist. Auf diese Weise bildet das Hybridmodulgehäuses 1 eine fertige Baueinheit, bei der ein Verkippen des Rotors 2 und somit eine Kollision zwischen dem Rotor 2 und dem Stator 3 verhindert wird.
Das Hybridmodulgehäuse 1 bildet den Lagersitz für den Außenring 9 des zweireihigen Schrägkugellagers 8, wobei die Antriebswelle 7 den Lagersitz für den Innenring 10 des Schrägkugellagers 8 bildet. Zur axialen Sicherung des Außenringes 9 ist verbrennungsmotorseitig ein Absatz 12 im Hybridmodulgehäuse 1 und getriebe- seitig ein an dem Hybridmodulgehäuse 1 befestigtes Segment 1 1 oder dergleichen vorgesehen. Der Innenring 10 wird axial einerseits durch einen getriebeseitigen Absatz 13 an der Antriebswelle 7 und andererseits durch eine Stützscheibe 14 mit einem Sicherungsring 15 gesichert.
Die Hauptfunktion der Antriebswelle 7 besteht in der Weiterleitung des Momentes zum Getriebe. Das verbrennungsmotorische Moment kann über ein Keilwellenprofil 1 6 an der Antriebswelle 7 und das Moment der elektrischen Maschine kann über den Rotor 2 beziehungsweise den Rotorträger 4 über die Nabe 6 auf die nicht weiter dargestellte Getriebeeingangswelle übertragen werden.

1 . Lageranordnung für einen Rotor (2) einer elektrischen Maschine in einem Hybridmodulgehäuse (1 ) eines Fahrzeuges, mit einem den Rotor (2) haltenden Rotorträger (4), der mit einer Hybrid-Antriebswelle (7) verbunden ist, die über zumindest ein Lager an dem Hybridmodulgehäuse (1 ) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lager eine mehrreihige Lagereinheit auf der Antriebswelle (7) angeordnet ist.
2. Lageranordnung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagereinheit in axialer Richtung im Wesentlichen mittig zum Rotor (2) an der Antriebswelle (7) ausgerichtet ist.
3. Lageranordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Lagereinheit ein zweireihiges, gedichtetes Schrägkugellager (8) vorgesehen ist.
4. Lageranordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hybridmodulgehäuse (1 ) den Lagersitz für den Außenring (9) des Schrägkugellagers (8) bildet, wobei zur axialen Sicherung zumindest ein Segment (1 1 ) an einem Absatz (12) im Hybridmodulgehäuse (1 ) vorgesehen ist.

Lageranordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hybrid-Antriebswelle (7) den Lagersitz für den Innenring (10) des Schrägkugellagers (8) bildet, wobei zur axialen Sicherung getriebeseitig ein Absatz (13) an der Antriebswelle (7) vorgesehen ist und verbrennungsmotorseitig eine Stützscheibe (14) mit einem Sicherungsring (15) vorgesehen ist.
6. Lageranordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotorträger (4) mit einer getriebeseitigen Nabe (6) und der Antriebswelle (7) kraftschlüssig verbunden ist.
7. Verwendung der Lageranordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche bei einem Parallel-Hybrid-Antriebssystem eines Fahrzeuges.
