在推荐的实施例中,形成于所述分水盘下端的转轴间隔密封圈插接于第一插孔或第二插孔中。
在推荐的实施例中,为防止水流从第一面盖组件和第二面盖中间流出,第一面盖组件和第二面盖之间设置一密封圈,该密封圈设置在第三出水口和第四出水口外侧的位置。
需要说明的是,上述第一出水区和第二出水区设置的花洒出水孔和喷雾出水孔也可以用其他不同类别的出水孔代替,并给予使用者更为舒适的体验。
除非特别指名,这里所使用的所有技术和科学术语的含义与本发明所属技术领域一般技术人员通常所理解的含义相同。同样,所有在此提及的出版物、专利申请、专利及其他参考资料均可以引入本发明作为参考。
本发明中提及的“上”、“下”以花洒使用时的方向为准,即以花洒出水端为下端,花洒进水口为上端。
由上述描述可知,本发明创造性提供了提供一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,该花洒具有一分设在第一面盖组件和第二面盖上的第一出水单元和第二出水单元,并通过第一面盖组件偏心旋转的方式将第二出水单元或隐藏或暴露于花洒表面,依此来增大花洒的实际出水区域,扩大花洒上功能出水区域的面积,充分利用花洒空间,并提升出水效果和使用效果。
另外,本发明提供的花洒结构简单,立意新颖,操作方便。

具体实施方式
本发明一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,参考附图1、2,包括一手柄2和一中空本体1,手柄2内形成一进水通路,还包括:一带有第二出水区52的第二面盖5,一带有第一出水区的第一面盖组件8,该第二面盖5固定在中空本体1的下方,中空本体1内设有一用以将水流或连通第一出水区或连通第二出水区的分水体3;该第一面盖组件8与分水体3联动,并可相对第二面盖5偏心旋转;
第一面盖组件8与第二面盖5重叠时形成第一出水位置,第一面盖组件8与第二面盖5错位时形成第二出水位置。
第一面盖组件8是由第一面盖7和压盖6组成。
具体结构可参考以下实施例:
实施例1
为进一步说明本发明,现结合附图说明较佳实施例的具体实施方式:
一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,如图1、图2和图3中所示,旋转面盖切换的花洒,包括一手柄2和一中空本体1,手柄2内形成一进水通路。
中空本体1的下方设置一与本体1的中空腔体对应形状的分水体3,中空本体1下端形成一连通进水通路出水口的第一独立腔体(图中未示),分水体3上端则形成一第二独立腔体31,第一独立腔体的出水端密封连接第二独立腔体31的进水端,形成一密封腔体。第二独立腔体31的出水端上设置第一出水口311、第二出水口312及一位于第一出水口311和第二出水口312的对称中心位置的第一插孔313。
密封腔体内设置一分水盘4,分水盘4呈回转体形状,其上设置一用以切换该密封腔体与第一出水口311或第二出水口312连通的分水孔41,本发明中,第一出水口311和第二出水口312的四周则分别设置用以容纳密封圈的凹槽,并各自间隔一密封圈与分水盘4密封,分水孔41呈弧形,其以转轴为圆心、并覆盖分水盘4上大约2/5圆周。当然,分水孔41的大小可以在1/2圆周内自由调节,分水孔41变小,则水流进入第一出水口311或第二出水口312的几率变小,分水孔41变大,则水流进入第一出水口311或第二出水口312的几率变大。
分水盘4底面的中心位置则形成一转轴42。
分水体3的下方则固定焊接一与之对应形状的第二面盖5,该第二面盖5具有一连通第一出水口311的第三出水口51、一第二出水区52、及对应于第一插孔313的第二插孔53。
转轴42间隔一密封圈可旋转地插接于第一插孔313、第二插孔53中。
第二出水区52包括一形成于第二面盖上端面的第一凹腔521,和分水体3下端面形成的一向下开口的、并与该第一凹腔521配合的第二凹腔522,及该第一凹腔512和第二凹腔522构成的空间内设置的5个用以形成喷雾状水流的喷嘴55,第二出水口312经由一设置在第二面盖的上端面的导流槽54连通第二出水区52。
本体1的中空腔体、分水体3、第二面盖5均为圆形,且分水体3和第二面盖5均设置在本体1的中空腔体中,并与中空腔体的内壁焊接固定。转轴42的底部通过螺钉固定连接一与之对应形状的第一面盖组件,并通过该第一面盖组件8使分水盘4的底面紧密靠合在分水体3的上端面。
第一面盖组件8包括一压盖6和焊接固定在其下端的第一面盖7;压盖6上设置有一对应分水孔41形状和位置的第四出水口61,用以使从分水孔41流入第一出水口311、第三出水口51的水流全部经第四出水口61流出。压盖6和第一面盖7之间形成一用以使从第四出水口61流入的水流分散均匀的空腔62,第一面盖7上则排列有用以形成花洒水流的出水孔(即第一出水区)。
第二出水区52设置在第二面盖5的一侧端部(圆心的一侧),第一插孔313和第二插孔53则设置在相对于第二出水区52的另一侧(圆心的另一侧),且转轴42(或第一插孔313或第二插孔53)至第二出水区52的距离大于转轴42(或第一插孔313或第二插孔53)至第二面盖5上相对于第二出水区52的另一侧端部的距离,本发明中,第一面盖组件对应于第二面盖2设置,且当第一面盖组件6(分水盘4)位于初始位置时,分水孔41的中心对应于第一出水孔311位置,因此,在第一面盖组件从初始位置旋转108°以后,分水孔41旋转至对应第二出水孔312的位置,此时,第二出水区52暴露于第一面盖组件的覆盖区域之外。
为防止水流从压盖6和第二面盖5从之间流出,压盖6和第二面盖5之间设置一密封圈,该密封圈设置在第三出水口51和第四出水口61外侧的位置。
第二出水区52设置在第二面盖5上靠近手柄2的一侧(后端)。
另外,第一面盖7和压盖6呈腰形,其左右两侧均形成内凹的弧形结构,用以防止第一面盖组件阻挡第二面盖的第二出水区52。
压盖6和第一面盖7设置在本体1的中空腔体外侧,以便于使用者旋转。
实施例2
一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,如附图4、5所示意,本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于分水盘4的结构,实施2的分水盘4为堵球切换式:第一面盖组件8处于初始位置时,分水盘4中的堵球43堵住右侧,处于第一种出水状态(如附图4所示),由第一面盖7上的第一出水区出水;第一面盖组件8偏心旋转180度后,分水盘4中的堵球43堵住左侧,处于第二种出水状态(如附图5所示),由第二面盖7上的第二出水区出水。
实施例3
一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,如附图6、7所示意,本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于分水盘4的结构,实施3的分水盘4为跷跷板切换式:第一面盖组件8处于初始位置时,分水盘4上的凸起45使得跷跷板44堵住右侧,处于第一种出水状态(如附图6所示),由第一面盖7上的第一出水区出水;第一面盖组件8偏心旋转180度后,分水盘4上的凸起45使得跷跷板44堵住左侧,处于第二种出水状态(如附图7所示),由第二面盖7上的第二出水区出水。
上述实施例为本发明几种较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,通过第一面盖组件偏心旋转的方式将第二出水单元或隐藏或暴露于花洒表面,依此来增大花洒的实际出水区域,扩大花洒上功能出水区域的面积,充分利用花洒空间,并提升出水效果和使用效果,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,包括一手柄和一中空本体,所述手柄内形成一进水通路,其特征在于:还包括:
    一带有第二出水区的第二面盖,
    一带有第一出水区的第一面盖组件,
    该第二面盖固定在中空本体的下方,中空本体内设有一用以将水流或连通第一出水区或连通第二出水区的分水体;
    该第一面盖组件与分水体联动,并可相对第二面盖偏心旋转;
    第一面盖与第二面盖重叠时形成第一出水位置,第一面盖与第二面盖错位时形成第二出水位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:
    该中空本体与设置在其下方的分水体共同形成一密封腔体,该密封腔体的进水端连通所述进水通路的出水端,其出水端则具有第一出水口、第二出水口及一位于该第一出水口和第二出水口的对称中心位置的第一插孔,该密封腔体内设置一分水盘,该分水盘上设置一用以切换该密封腔体与第一出水口或第二出水口连通的分水孔,其底面的中心位置则形成一转轴;
    该分水体的下方则固定焊接一第二面盖,该第二面盖具有一连通第一出水口的第三出水口、一连通第二出水口的第二出水区、及对应于所述第一插孔的第二插孔,所述的转轴可旋转地水密插接于所述的第一插孔和该第二插孔中,所述转轴的底部固定连接一对应第二面盖形状的第一面盖组件,所述第二出水区设置在第二面盖的一侧端部,所述第一插孔和第二插孔则分别偏心设置在第一面盖组件和第二面盖上相对于第二出水区的另一侧,用以控制在所述分水孔对应于第二出水孔时,第二面盖的第二出水区暴露于第一面盖组件的覆盖区域之外;
    所述第一面盖组件上设置有一对应于所述分水孔的第四出水口,该第四出水口连通第一出水区。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:第二插孔至第二出水区的距离大于第二插孔至第二面盖上相对于第二出水区的另一侧端部的距离。
  4. 一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,包括一手柄和一中空本体,所述手柄内形成一进水通路,其特征在于:该中空本体与固定在其下方的分水体盖共同形成一密封腔体,该密封腔体的进水端连通所述进水通路的出水端,其出水端则具有第一出水口、第二出水口及一位于该第一出水口和第二出水口的对称中心位置的第一插孔,该密封腔体内设置一分水盘,该分水盘上设置一用以切换该密封腔体与第一出水口或第二出水口连通的分水孔,其底面的中心位置则形成一转轴;
    该分水体的下方则固定焊接一第二面盖,该第二面盖具有一连通第一出水口的第三出水口、一连通第二出水口的第二出水区、及对应于所述第一插孔的第二插孔,所述的转轴可旋转地水密插接于所述的第一插孔和该第二插孔中,所述转轴的底部固定连接一对应第二面盖形状的第一面盖组件,所述第二出水区设置在第二面盖的一侧端部,所述第一插孔和第二插孔则分别偏心设置在第一面盖组件和第二面盖上相对于第二出水区的另一侧,用以控制在所述分水孔对应于第二出水孔时,第二面盖的第二出水区暴露于第一面盖组件的覆盖区域之外;
    所述第一面盖组件上设置有一对应于所述分水孔的第四出水口,该第四出水口连通第一出水区。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:第二插孔至第二出水区的距离大于第二插孔至第二面盖上相对于第二出水区的另一侧端部的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:第一出水口和第二出水口的四周则分别设置用以容纳密封圈的凹槽,并各自间隔一密封圈与所述分水盘密封,该分水盘上设置以转轴为圆心、并覆盖其至多1/2圆周的所述弧形分水孔,且位于初始状态的分水孔中心对应于第一插孔位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:所述密封腔体包括形成于所述中空本体下端的一连通所述进水通路出水口的第一独立腔体和所述分水体上端形成的第二独立腔体,所述第一独立腔体的出水端密封连接第二独立腔体的进水端,所述第一出水口、第二出水口及第一插孔均设置在第二独立腔体的出水端上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:第二出水区包括一形成于第二面盖上端面的第一凹腔,和分水体下端面形成的一向下开口的、并与该第一凹腔配合的第二凹腔,及该第一凹腔和第二凹腔构成的空间内设置的至少一个的用以形成喷雾状水流的喷嘴,所述第二面盖的上端面上设置连通第二出水口和第二出水区的导流槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:所述第一面盖组件包括焊接固定的一位于上端的压盖和一位于下端的第一面盖,所述第四出水口设置在所述压盖上,所述压盖和第一面盖之间形成一用以使从第四出水口流入的水流分散均匀的空腔,第一面盖上则排列有用以形成花洒水流的出水孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:形成于所述分水盘下端的转轴间隔密封圈插接于第一插孔或第二插孔中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种旋转面盖切换的花洒,其特征在于:所述本体的中空腔体、分水体、第二面盖和第一面盖组件设置成圆形或椭圆形。
