背景技术
目前市场的花洒墙座大都通过机械方式固定在墙壁上,例如螺钉、内埋螺孔座等方式固定。所述机械方式固定存在有如下不足:1、需要破坏墙壁;2、装配连接不便,包括内埋螺孔座、将花洒墙座通过螺钉锁接在螺孔座;3、无法移动,无法根据用户需求改变花洒墙座之位置和角度,以改变花洒之位置和角度;4、无法应用类似玻璃的薄壁。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种花洒墙座,其克服了背景技术中采用机械方式固定花洒墙座所存在的无法根据用户需求改变花洒之位置和角度之不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
花洒墙座,它包括:
一内埋设有磁铁的吸座,其具有一能贴靠在薄壁背面的第一摩擦面;
一内埋设有磁铁的支座,其具有一能贴靠在薄壁正面的第二摩擦面;及
一墙座,其固接支座,并具有一能够供花洒撑插的插座;
其中,在磁铁相互吸引之作用下支座和吸座之间产生相互吸引之作用力,所述作用力结合第一摩擦面和第二摩擦面产生摩擦力,所述摩擦力使吸座和支座固定在薄壁。
一较佳实施例之中:所述墙座还具有一悬空板,所述悬空板之固定端固接支座,所述悬空板之悬空端固接插座。
一较佳实施例之中:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有凹凸条纹。
一较佳实施例之中:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有凹凸点。
一较佳实施例之中:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有交叉条纹。
一较佳实施例之中:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有防滑摩擦垫。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,本设计将磁铁相互吸引之特性应用至花洒墙座之固定,从而克服背景技术采用机械式固定所存在的不足,并具有如下优点:1、固定时无需破坏墙壁;2、固定方便快速;3、能够应用在玻璃类薄壁;4、用户拽拉手持花洒或直接移动花洒墙座即可调整花洒墙座之位置和角度,即可调整花洒之位置和角度,使用非常方便;5、由于磁铁埋设在支座或墙座之内,无外露,因此美观、能减少磁通量外泄、保存磁通量。由于悬空板固设在支座之后侧部和插座之后侧端部,因此花洒之重力或拉力作用在墙座能够产生扭矩,所述扭矩使得墙座具有一作用在薄壁上的正压力,所述正压力能增加摩擦力。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1和图2,它们分别绘示了花洒墙座的使用状态示意图和结构示意图。花洒墙座,它包括一吸座10、一支座20、一第一磁铁30、一第二磁铁40及一墙座50。
所述第一磁铁30埋设于吸座10之内,所述吸座10可采用吹塑或吸塑直接成型。所述吸座10具有一第一摩擦面。所述第一摩擦面带有凹凸条纹或凹凸点或交叉条纹或防滑摩擦垫,以增加摩擦力。
所述第二磁铁40埋设于支座20之内,所述支座20可采用吹塑或吸塑直接成型。所述吸座20具有一第二摩擦面。所述第二摩擦面带有凹凸条纹或凹凸点或交叉条纹或防滑摩擦垫,以增加摩擦力。
所述墙座50具有一悬空板51和一插座52,所述悬空板51之固定端固接在支座20之后侧部,所述悬空板51之悬空端固接插座52之后侧端部。所述插座52能够供花洒60撑插。
请查阅图1,吸座10之第一摩擦面贴靠在薄壁70背面,支座20之第二摩擦面贴靠在薄壁70正面,其中,第一磁铁30和第二磁铁40之磁性相吸。在第一磁铁30和第二磁铁40相互吸引之作用下支座20和吸座10之间产生相互吸引之作用力,所述作用力结合第一摩擦面和第二摩擦面产生摩擦力,所述摩擦力使吸座10和支座20固定在薄壁70。所述的花洒60为手持花洒,花洒60接于软管90,软管90一端接于出水接头80,软管90另一端接手持花洒,花洒60可撑插于墙座50的插座52。
一种花洒墙座的固定方法,主要用于各薄壁淋浴房,如附图1、2所示,是将带有第一磁铁30的吸座10设置在淋浴房100外,将内埋设有第二磁铁40的支座20设置在淋浴房100内;在磁铁相互吸引之作用下支座20和吸座10之间产生相互吸引之作用力,所述作用力结合第一摩擦面和第二摩擦面产生摩擦力,所述摩擦力使吸座10和支座20固定在淋浴房100的薄壁70上。通过拖拽支座20的悬空板51端固接的插座52,可以调整其高度和角度。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种花洒墙座,将磁铁相互吸引之特性应用至花洒墙座之固定,其构思巧妙、设计合理,应用效果 ,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (8)

  1. 花洒墙座,其特征在于:它包括:
    一内埋设有磁铁的吸座,其具有一能贴靠在薄壁背面的第一摩擦面;
    一内埋设有磁铁的支座,其具有一能贴靠在薄壁正面的第二摩擦面;及
    一墙座,其固接支座,并具有一能够供花洒撑插的插座;
    其中,在磁铁相互吸引之作用下支座和吸座之间产生相互吸引之作用力,所述作用力结合第一摩擦面和第二摩擦面产生摩擦力,所述摩擦力使吸座和支座固定在薄壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的花洒墙座,其特征在于:所述墙座还具有一悬空板,所述悬空板之固定端固接支座,所述悬空板之悬空端固接插座。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的花洒墙座,其特征在于:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有凹凸条纹。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的花洒墙座,其特征在于:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有凹凸点。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的花洒墙座,其特征在于:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有交叉条纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的花洒墙座,其特征在于:所述第一摩擦面、第二摩擦面都带有防滑摩擦垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述花洒墙座的固定方法,主要用于各薄壁淋浴房,其特征在于: 是将带有第一磁铁的吸座设置在淋浴房外,将内埋设有第二磁铁的支座设置在淋浴房内;
    在磁铁相互吸引之作用下支座和吸座之间产生相互吸引之作用力,所述作用力结合第一摩擦面和第二摩擦面产生摩擦力,所述摩擦力使吸座和支座固定在淋浴房的薄壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求7或2所述的花洒墙座的固定方法,其特征在于:通过拖拽支座的悬空板端固接插座,调整其高度和角度。
