现有的大型计量装置, 如混凝土搅拌站中的骨料计量装置, 一般离地面较高, 当需 要校称时往往需要增加校称装置来用于放置计量砝码。 而在现有的校称装置中, 一般是 采用在称量斗内焊接支座来支撑和固定放置计量砝码的砝码放置件,采用这种方式的缺 点是由于称量斗离地面较高, 因此砝码放置件也离地面较高, 一般砝码放置件的安装位 置距地面高度为 2米以上, 校称时, 工作人员要从地面将计量砝码逐个放置于该砝码放 置件上, 而每个计量砝码重 25Kg, 每个计量斗一般需加载至 lOOOKg (40个砝码) , 这 样, 校称工作人员需要 3〜4人, 校称时间一般要花费 1天, 计量砝码放取费时费力, 操 作极不方便;而且由于要焊接支座来支撑砝码放置件,因此其需要占用相对固定的空间, 使其结构比较复杂, 安装也麻烦, 增加了制造成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单紧凑, 节 约成本, 使用时省时省力, 存储和运输都很方便的用于大型计量装置的校称装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提出的技术方案为: 一种用于大型计量装置的校 称装置, 包括砝码放置件, 所述砝码放置件上设有可悬挂于计量装置上的悬挂件。
作为对本实用新型的进一步改进, 所述悬挂件一端与所述砝码放置件铰接连接。 作为对本实用新型的进一步改进, 所述砝码放置件的两端各设有一个连接座, 所述 悬挂件为两件, 各悬挂件一端分别通过一旋转连接件与其中一连接座铰接。
作为对本实用新型的更进一步改进, 所述连接座由两块平行设置的连接板组成, 两 块连接板之间设有间隙, 所述连接板上设有通孔, 所述悬挂件一端也设有通孔, 悬挂件 设有通孔的一端插设于两块连接板间的间隙内, 所述旋转连接件穿设于所述通孔内。
所述砝码放置件为长方形框, 其底部中间位置设置有一块支撑板。
所述悬挂件的另一端设有悬挂孔。
相比现有技术, 本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 本实用新型的校称装置通过在砝码 放置件上设置可与计量装置连接的悬挂件, 降低了砝码放置件的高度, 使操作者取放砝 码方便, 省时省力。 悬挂件的长度可根据计量装置的高度以及放置砝码时的方便程度来 设置, 将砝码放置件的高度调节至合适位置。 悬挂件和砝码放置件通过一旋转连接件铰 接, 校称时, 将本实用新型的悬挂件悬挂于计量装置上即可, 不需校称时可将悬挂件从 计量装置上取下, 悬挂件折叠后或拆卸后收藏, 这样既不会占用固定的空间又便于储存 和运输, 降低了制造成本, 其结构简单紧凑, 存储和运输都很方便, 适应性广。

下面结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 本实用新型的用于大型计量装置的校称装置, 包括砝码放置件 1, 该砝码放置件 1上设有可悬挂于计量装置上的悬挂件 3。 该悬挂件 3的长度可根据计量装 置的高度以及放置砝码时的方便程度来设置, 将砝码放置件的高度降低至合适位置, 使 操作者取放砝码方便, 省时省力。
参见图 4和图 5, 本实施例中, 悬挂件 3—端与砝码放置件 1铰接。 砝码放置件 1为由 角钢焊接围成的长方形框, 其底部中间位置焊接一块支撑板 6, 砝码放置件 1的两端各设 有一个连接座 4,连接座 4由两块平行设置的连接板 41组成,两块连接板 41之间设有间隙, 连接板 41上设有通孔。 悬挂件 3为两件, 为板状结构, 也可为杆状结构, 悬挂件 3的一端 设有通孔, 该设有通孔的一端插设于两块连接板 41间的间隙内, 在连接板 41和悬挂件 3 的通孔内穿设有旋转连接件 2, 悬挂件 3与连接座 4通过旋转连接件 2铰接, 如图 3所示, 该旋转连接件 2为销轴 (也可采用紧固件等) , 该销轴通过装于其端部的垫圈 7和销 8定 位。 悬挂件 3可通过旋转连接件 2相对于砝码放置件 1转动折叠, 展开至与砝码放置件 1垂 直的状态或折叠至砝码放置件 1内并支撑于其底部焊接的支撑板 6上的状态 (如图 1中双 点划线所示位置) 。 悬挂件 3的另一端设有悬挂孔 5, 通过该悬挂孔 5, 将本实用新型挂 设于计量装置上, 也可用挂钩代替悬挂孔 5。
进行校称时, 将悬挂件 3展开, 悬挂于计量装置上用于校称, 降低了砝码放置件的 高度, 使操作者取放砝码方便, 省时省力。 不需校称时可将悬挂件从计量装置上取下, 悬挂件折叠后收藏, 这样既不会占用固定的空间又便于储存和运输, 降低了制造成本, 其结构简单紧凑, 存储和运输都很方便, 适应性广。
本实用新型的工作过程为: 当计量装置需要校称时, 将本实用新型校称装置中的悬 挂件悬挂于该计量装置上,然后在砝码放置件上放置砝码,校称完毕后或需运输储存时, 从计量装置上取下本实用新型, 将悬挂件折叠即可。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,本实用新型的保护范围并不仅局限于上 述实施例, 凡属于本实用新型思路下的技术方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 应当指 出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理前提下的若干改进 和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

4、 根据权利要求 3所述的用于大型计量装置的校称装置, 其特征在于: 所述连接 座 (4) 由两块平行设置的连接板 (41 ) 组成, 两块连接板 (41 ) 之间设有间隙, 所述 连接板 (41 ) 上设有通孔, 所述悬挂件 (3) —端也设有通孔, 悬挂件 (3) 设有通孔的 一端插设于两块连接板 (41 ) 间的间隙内, 所述旋转连接件 (2) 穿设于所述通孔内。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的用于大型计量装置的校称装置, 其特征在于: 所述砝码 放置件 (1 ) 为长方形框, 其底部中间位置设置有一块支撑板 (6) 。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的用于大型计量装置的校称装置, 其特征在 于: 所述悬挂件 (3) 的另一端设有悬挂孔 (5) 。
