浪涌保护器一般包括一个基座和一个保护模块, 保护模块与基座插拔连接, 当保护模块失 效后, 可以只更换保护模块即可。
中国发明专利 03150798. 0公开了一种 "电涌保护器可插拔模块及基座", 它通过合理地 设计模块与基座的尺寸, 使得一个基座上可安装一个或多个可插拔模块, 增加了对各种尺寸 的适应性。 但是, 这种结构与现有的其它浪涌保护器一样, 都要通过直接拉拔的方式才能将 模块从基座上拆下来, 操作很费力, 拆卸不够方便。
中国实用新型专利 200720182417. X公开了一种浪涌保护器的新型插接装置, 它主要由插 接头、 插孔等组成, 插孔与插接头采用插接的方式安装, 插接头或插孔任一侧或两侧为鼓状 结构或球状结构, 保证良好的电气连接和机械连接。 该专利为了保证插孔与插接头的可靠接 触提出了解决方案, 但也没有涉及如何插拔省力的问题。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种更加方便省力的浪涌保护器的插拔结构。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种浪涌保护器的插拔结构, 包括保 护模块和基座, 保护模块与基座插拔连接, 所述保护模块上可转动地连接一个连动杆, 所述 连动杆包括一个反推部、 一个转轴部和一个手柄部, 所述反推部与基座相接触, 所述转轴部 与保护模块的底部相接触, 所述手柄部延伸到保护模块的顶部。
优选地, 所述基座上设有一凸台与连动杆的反推部相接触。
优选地, 所述保护模块包括一壳体, 壳体的底部设有一凹槽与所述转轴部相配合, 手柄部 位于所述壳体的外侧, 反推部位于壳体的内部。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 浪涌保护器的插拔结构包括基座 1和保护模块 3, 保护模块 3与基座 1插拔 连接, 以使保护模块 3的电极插脚与基座 1 内的接线端子电连接。 保护模块 3上设有一个连 动杆 2, 转动连动杆 2, 可以使保护模块 3从基座 1内弹出。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 连动杆 2包括一个手柄部 21、 一个转轴部 22和一个反推部 23, 其中 手柄部 21呈薄板状, 转轴部 22的轴线垂直于手柄部 21的平面水平延伸, 反推部 23沿转轴 部 22的径向大致水平地延伸。 手柄部 21处设有一个开口向下的卡槽 24。
如图 4所示, 保护模块包括一壳体 31, 壳体 31的底部设有一凹槽 33与连动杆的转轴部 22相配合, 手柄部 21贴着壳体 31的外壁并延伸到保护模块的顶部。 反推部 23则位于壳体 31的内部, 基座 1上设有一凸台 11, 凸台 11正好与连动杆反推部 23的末端相接触。 保护模 块壳体 31的顶部设有一凸缘 32, 凸缘 32卡在连动杆的卡槽 24中, 从而, 当连动杆相对于壳 体 31转动时, 凸缘 32与卡槽 24之间也发生相对滑动, 可以起到导轨的作用。 当需要将保护模块从基座中取出来时, 只要用手轻轻扳一下连动杆顶端的手柄部 21, 连 动杆的转轴部 22就会作用在保护模块上一个很大的上推力, 将保护模块从基座中撬出来。 如 图 5所示, 当连动杆转动时, 形成以反推部 23的末端为支点的杠杆, 如果在手柄部施加一个 力 A, 则在转轴部会产生一个作用于保护模块壳体上的上推力 B, 由于力 A的力臂远大于力 B 的力臂, 根据杠杆原理, 力 A可以远小于力 B, 因此, 本发明可以达到省力的效果。
