电子邮件通常指的是采用电子手段传送信件、 单据、 资料等信息的通 信方法, 其通常由电子邮件地址和电子邮件主体组成。 其中, 电子邮件地 址表示为 "用户自定义的名称 + @ +信箱名称", 电子邮件主体包括标题和 正文内容。 电子邮件综合了电话通信和邮政信件的特点, 承担了从邮件进 入网络系统至邮件到达目的位置的全部处理过程, 它既可以像电话一样快 速地传送信息, 又可以像信件一样使收信者能接收到具体的文字记录。
利用电子邮件的特点, 本发明实施例提供一种获得未接电话信息的方 法, 如图 1 所示, 图 1是本发明一实施例的获得未接电话信息的方法流程 图, 该方法包括:
S102: 检测未接电话的信息, 该步骤包括检测所有来电信息, 筛选出 其中的未接电话;
S104: 判断检测到的未接电话是否满足预先设置的未接电话信息显示 条件, 如果是, 则将检测到的所述未接电话保存为未接电话信息;
S106: 判断所述检测到的未接电话是否满足预先设置的未接电话信息 转发条件, 如果是, 则执行 S108;
S108: 检测通讯终端的网络配置是否正确, 在通信终端的网络配置正 确的情况下 , 将已保存的未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体;
S110: 获取预先设置的电子邮件地址, 然后根据该电子邮件地址发送 该电子邮件主体。
至此, 用户可以通过查看电子邮件及时获得未接电话信息。
在 S110之后, 该方法还包括: 判断电子邮件是否发送成功, 如果是, 则将已发送的未接电话信息标识为已被读取; 否则, 根据预设的发送次数 或预设的时间范围内, 重新发送。
在 S102与 S104之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端是否设置有未接 电话信息通过电子邮件显示的功能, 如果是, 则执行 S104; 否则, 结束流 程。
对于 S104, 该方法还包括: 如果该未接电话不满足预先设置的未接电 话信息显示条件, 则结束流程。
对于 S106, 该方法还包括: 如果该未接电话不满足预先设置的未接电 话信息转发条件, 则结束流程。
在将已保存的未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 实时检测该未接电话是否被读取。 例如, 在 S 102与 S104之间和 /或 S 104 与 S106之间, 检测该未接电话是否被读取, 如果没有被读取, 则执行后续 的步骤(即 S104和 /或 S106 ); 如果被读取, 则结束流程。
在 S106与 S108之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端的网络配置是否 正确, 如果是, 则执行 S108; 否则, 自动激活默认的配置文件, 将默认的 配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网络配置内容中, 然后执行 S 108。
该方法还包括: 在上述检测网络配置是否正确之前, 检测通信终端是 否开启数据业务, 如果是, 则触发进行网络配置正确性的检测; 否则, 自 动激活默认的配置文件, 将默认的配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网 络配置内容中, 然后执行 S108。 默认的配置文件至少包括下述参数内容: 接入点名称 ( Access Point Name, APN ), 因特网协议 ( Internet Protocol, IP )地址和端口号等。
对于 S110, 该方法还包括: 可以预先设置一个或多个电子邮件地址, 当电子邮件地址为多个时, 发送电子邮件主体至所述多个电子邮件地址对 应的电子信箱。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 未接电话信息显示条件包括 下述一个或多个: 符合未接电话来电持续时间的预设要求, 符合未接电话 来电发生时间的预设要求, 符合未接电话来电发生日期的预设要求, 符合 未接电话所在电话号码群组的预设要求, 符合未接电话所对应来电者的预 设要求等。
具体地, (1) 关于未接电话来电持续时间的预设要求: 例如, 现在存在 一些不正常的拨打电话情况, 表现为电话响一声就立即挂断了, 这类型的 电话很可能属于验扰电话或误打电话, 如果用户通过电子邮件获得这类型 的未接电话信息, 可能会使用户浪费不必要的时间, 甚至添加不必要的麻 烦。 所以, 用户可以根据常规情况设置未接电话来电持续时间, 例如, 设 置持续时间不少于 4秒, 显然, 对于持续时间大于或等于 4秒的未接电话, 用户可以通过电子邮件获得该未接电话信息, 对于持续时间不足 4秒的未 接电话, 用户对此不会查看, 所以不保存该未接电话信息。
(2) 关于未接电话来电发生时间的预设要求: 用户可以预先设置一个时 间范围, 例如, 9:00-17:00, 用户可以通过电子邮件获得在这个时间范围内 的未接电话信息。
(3) 关于未接电话来电发生日期的预设要求: 用户可以预先设置一个日 期范围, 例如, 2009年 10月 1 日至 2009年 10月 10日, 然后用户可以通 过电子邮件获得在这个日期范围内的未接电话信息。
(4) 关于未接电话所在电话号码群组的预设要求: 用户可以预先将保存 在通信终端的电话簿中的电话号码进行群组划分, 例如, 按 "常用-非常用" 关系划分电话号码群组, 或者按 "第一重要- …… -第 N-1重要" (N为自 然数)关系划分电话号码群组, 或者按 "亲人-朋友-同事" 关系划分电话号 码群组, 或者按 "已知-未知" 关系划分电话号码群组等。 假设用户设置通 过电子邮件获得已知电话号码群组中的未接电话信息, 当判断未接电话号 码是已知号码时, 即该号码已被划分在 "已知电话号码群组" 中, 则保存 该未接电话信息。
(5) 关于未接电话所对应来电者的预设要求: 用户可以预先设置通过电 子邮件获得具体的一个或多个来电者的未接电话信息, 除了被设定的来电 者, 用户不会查看其他来电者的未接电话信息, 所以对此不进行保存。
上面描述的(1) - (5)的预设要求, 每个预设要求可以单独成为未接电话 信息显示条件, 也可以根据需要组合多个预设要求, 组合后的预设要求成 为未接电话信息显示条件。 未接电话信息显示条件还可以包括其它要求, 上述内容仅作为具体举例, 本发明对此不作任何限制。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 未接电话信息转发条件包括 下述一个或多个: 符合未接电话数目的预设要求, 符合未接电话在预设时 间内未读取的要求。 具体地, ( )关于未接电话数目的预设要求: 例如, 用户设置未接电话 数目是 5个, 即必须有 5个未接电话满足未接电话信息显示条件。 ( ) 关 于未接电话在预设时间内未读取的要求:例如,用户设置在 30分钟以内(包 括 30分钟)未读取未接电话的条件, 即当出现未接电话时, 该未接电话除 了满足未接电话信息显示条件之外, 还得满足用户在 30分钟以内没有借助 通信终端读取未接电话的条件。
上面描述的( ) - ( ;)的预设要求, 每个预设要求可以单独成为未接电 话信息显示条件, 也可以根据需要组合多个预设要求, 组合后的预设要求 成为未接电话信息显示条件。 未接电话信息显示条件还可以包括其它要求, 上述内容仅作为具体举例, 本发明对此不作任何限制。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 用户可以通过查看电子邮件 获得的未接电话信息至少包括: 电话号码, 来电数目。 另外, 未接电话信 息还可以包括: 来电日期、 来电时间及来电持续时间。
如果用户预先保存了与未接电话对应的来电者姓名、 未接电话所在电 话号码群组等信息, 则未接电话信息还可以包括: 来电者的姓名及所在的 电话号码群组等信息。
通常情况下, 邮件主体中的标题显示未接电话信息中的来电数目; 邮 件主体中的正文内容显示未接电话信息中的电话号码, 至少还可以显示来 电曰期、 来电时间、 来电持续时间、 来电者的姓名及所在的电话号码群组 等信息。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 若未接电话满足预先设置的 未接电话信息显示条件和未接电话信息转发条件, 则将已保存的未接电话 信息转换成电子邮件主体, 并通过预先设置的电子邮件地址进行发送, 从 而使用户在无法借助通信终端查看未接电话信息的情况下, 利用电子邮件 的快速传送信息及能传送具体文字记录的特点, 及时获得未接电话信息, 用户的使用变得更加方便、 快捷。
如图 2所示, 图 2为本发明另一实施例的获得未接电话信息的方法流 程图。 在该实施例中, 未接电话信息显示条件是: 未接电话来电持续时间 大于 3秒, 未接电话信息转发条件是: 5个未接电话。 具体的方法包括: S202: 当发生来电时, 启动来电持续时间定时器进行计时, 直至来电 结束, 关闭来电持续时间定时器;
S204: 检测所述来电是否已接听, 确定未接电话的来电;
S206: 根据来电持续时间定时器的计时结果, 判断该未接电话的来电 持续时间是否大于 3秒,如果是,则保存该未接电话的信息,然后执行 S208;
S208: 计算未接电话数目, 判断计算结果是否达到 5 个未接电话的要 求, 如果是, 则执行 S210;
S210: 在通信终端的网络配置正确的情况下, 将已保存的未接电话信 息转换成电子邮件主体;
S212: 获取预先设置的电子邮件地址, 然后根据该电子邮件地址发送 该电子邮件主体。
至此, 用户可以通过查看电子邮件及时获得未接电话信息。
在 S212之后, 该方法还包括: 判断电子邮件是否发送成功, 如果是, 则将已发送的未接电话信息标识为已被读取; 否则, 根据预设的发送次数 或预设的时间范围内, 重新发送。
在 S204与 S206之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端是否设置有未接 电话信息通过电子邮件显示的功能, 如果是, 则执行 S206; 否则, 结束流 程。
对于 S206, 该方法还包括: 如果该未接电话的来电持续时间小于或等 于 3秒, 则结束流程。
对于 S208, 该方法还包括: 如果计算结果没有达到 5个未接电话的要 求, 则结束流程。
在将已保存的未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 实时检测该未接电话是否被读取。 例如, 在 S204与 S206之间和 /或 S206 与 S208之间, 检测该未接电话是否被读取, 如果没有被读取, 则执行后续 的步骤(即 S206和 /或 S208 ); 如果被读取, 则结束流程。
在 S208与 S210之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端的网络配置是否 正确, 如果是, 则执行 S210; 否则, 自动激活默认的配置文件, 将默认的 配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网络配置内容中, 然后执行 S210。
该方法还包括: 在检测网絡配置是否正确之前, 检测通信终端是否开 启数据业务, 如果是, 则触发进行网络配置正确性的检测; 否则, 自动激 活默认的配置文件, 将默认的配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网络配 置内容中, 然后执行 S210。 默认的配置文件至少包括下述参数内容: 接入 点名称 (Access Point Name, APN )、 因特网协议( Internet Protocol, IP ) 地址和端口号等。
对于 S212, 该方法还包括: 可以预先设置一个或多个电子邮件地址, 当电子邮件地址为多个时, 发送电子邮件主体至各个电子邮件地址对应的 电子信箱。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 若未接电话的来电持续时间 大于 3秒且达到 5个未接电话的数目, 则将已保存的未接电话信息转换成 电子邮件主体, 并通过预先设置的电子邮件地址进行发送, 从而使用户在 无法借助通信终端查看未接电话信息的情况下, 利用电子邮件的快速传送 信息及能传送具体文字记录的特点, 及时获得未接电话信息, 用户的使用 变得更加方便、 快捷。 另外, 由于预先设置未接电话来电持续时间大于 3 秒, 则过滤去除了一些不正常的未接电话, 避免了用户浪费不必要的时间 和添力 P不必要的麻烦。 如图 3所示, 图 3为本发明另一实施例的获得未接电话信息的方法流 程图。 在该实施例中, 未接电话信息显示条件是: 常用电话号码群组或未 知电话号码群组,未接电话信息转发条件是:超过 30分钟未读取未接电话。 具体的方法包括:
S302: 检测来电是否已接听, 确定未接电话的来电;
S304: 判断该未接电话是否已保存在通信终端的电话簿中, 如果是, 则执行 S306; 否则, 将该未接电话归属于未知电话号码群组中, 并保存该 未接电话的信息, 然后执行 S308;
S306: 判断该未接电话是否属于常用电话号码群组, 如果是, 则保存 该未接电话的信息, 然后执行 S308;
S308: 启动定时器, 确定超过 30 分钟还未读取该未接电话, 则执行 S310;
S310: 在通信终端的网络配置正确的情况下, 将已保存的未接电话信 息转换成电子邮件主体;
S312: 获取预先设置的电子邮件地址, 然后根据该电子邮件地址发送 该电子邮件主体。
至此, 用户可以通过查看电子邮件及时获得未接电话信息。
在 S312之后, 该方法还包括: 判断电子邮件是否发送成功, 如果是, 则将已发送的未接电话信息标识为已被读取; 否则, 根据预设的发送次数 或预设的时间范围内, 重新发送。
在 S302与 S304之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端是否设置有未接 电话信息通过电子邮件显示的功能, 如果是, 则执行 S304; 否则, 结束流 程。
对于 S306, 该方法还包括: 如果该未接电话不属于常用电话号码群组, 则结束流程。 对于 S308, 该方法还包括: 如果在 30分钟内 (包括 30分钟)读取了 该未接电话, 则结束流程。
在将已保存的未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 实时检测该未接电话是否被读取。 例如, 在 S302与 S304之间和 /或 S304 与 S306之间, 检测该未接电话是否被读取, 如果没有被读取, 则执行后续 的步骤(即 S304和 /或 S306 ); 如果被读取, 则结束流程。
在 S308与 S310之间, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端的网络配置是否 正确, 如果是, 则执行 S310; 否则, 自动激活默认的配置文件, 将默认的 配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网络配置内容中, 然后执行 S310。
该方法还包括: 在检测网络配置是否正确之前, 检测通信终端是否开 启数据业务, 如果是, 则触发进行网络配置正确性的检测; 否则, 自动激 活默认的配置文件, 将默认的配置文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网络配 置内容中, 然后执行 S310。 默认的配置文件至少包括下述参数内容: 接入 点名称 (Access Point Name, APN )、 因特网协议( Internet Protocol, IP ) 地址和端口号等。
对于 S312, 该方法还包括: 可以预先设置一个或多个电子邮件地址, 当电子邮件地址为多个时, 发送电子邮件主体至各个电子邮件地址对应的 电子信箱。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 若未接电话属于常用电话号 码群组或未知电话号码群组、 且超过 30分钟未被读取, 则将已保存的未接 电话信息转换成电子邮件主体, 并通过预先设置的电子邮件地址进行发送, 从而使用户在无法借助通信终端查看未接电话信息的情况下, 利用电子邮 件的快速传送信息及能传送具体文字记录的特点, 及时获得未接电话信息, 用户的使用变得更加方便、 快捷。 另外, 由于预先设置了需要查看属于常 用电话号码群组或未知电话号码群组中的未接电话, 这使用户更及时获得 其关注的信息, 避免浪费不必要的时间。
如图 4所示, 图 4为本发明一实施例的获得未接电话信息通信终端的 结构示意图。 本发明实施例的通信终端 400包括:
检测模块 401, 用于检测到未接来电的信息, 包括在从所有来电信息中 筛选出其中的未接电话;
第一判断模块 402 ,用于判断所述检测模块 401检测到的未接电话是否 满足预先设置的未接电话信息显示条件, 保存满足未接电话信息显示条件 的未接电话信息;
第二判断模块 403 ,用于在所述第一判断模块 402所判断的未接来电满 足所述未接电话信息显示条件时, 判断所述检测模块 401 确定的未接电话 是否满足预先设置的未接电话信息转发条件, 将满足未接电话信息转发条 件的所述未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体;
发送模块 404 , 用于获取预先设置的电子邮件地址, 将所述电子邮件主 体通过所述电子邮件地址进行发送。
所述未接电话信息显示条件包括下述一个或多个: 符合未接电话来电 持续时间的预设要求, 符合未接电话来电发生时间的预设要求, 符合未接 电话来电发生日期的预设要求, 符合未接电话所在电话号码群组的预设要 求, 符合未接电话所对应来电者的预设要求。
所述未接电话信息转发条件包括: 符合未接电话数目的预设要求和 /或 符合未接电话在预设时间内未读取的要求。
上述设备内的各模块之间的信息交互、 执行过程等内容, 由于与本发 明方法实施例基于同一构思, 具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述, 此处不再赘述。
在上述本发明实施例描述的技术方案中, 若未接电话满足预先设置的 未接电话信息显示条件和未接电话信息转发条件, 则将已保存的未接电话 信息转换成电子邮件主体, 并通过预先设置的电子邮件地址进行发送, 从 而使用户在无法借助通信终端查看未接电话信息的情况下, 利用电子邮件 的快速传送信息及能传送具体文字记录的特点, 及时获得未接电话信息, 用户的使用变得更加方便、 快捷。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以全部通过硬 件来实施, 但艮多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发 明的技术方案对背景技术做出贡献的全部或者部分可以以软件产品的形式 体现出来, 该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁 碟、 光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网絡设备等)执行本发明各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分 所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在 本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含 在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种获得未接电话信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 检测未接电话, 根据检测到的未接电话保存未接电话信息;
将已保存的所述未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主体, 获取预先设置的 电子邮件地址, 才艮据所述电子邮件地址发送所述电子邮件主体。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 保存所述未接电话信息 之前, 该方法还包括: 判断所述未接电话是否满足未接电话信息显示条件, 如果是, 则执行保存所述未接电话信息的步骤。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述未接电话信 息转换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 判断所述未接电话是否满足 未接电话信息转发条件, 如果是, 则执行将所述已保存的未接电话信息转 换成电子邮件主体的步骤。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述未接电话信 息转换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端的网络配置是 否正确, 如果是, 则执行所述将已保存的未接电话信息转换成电子邮件主 体的步骤。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在检测所述网络配置是 否正确之前, 该方法还包括: 检测通信终端是否开启数据业务, 如果开启, 则触发网络配置正确性的检测。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述未接电话信息转 换成电子邮件主体之前, 该方法还包括: 若所述通信终端没有开启数据业 务或者网络配置不正确, 则自动激活默认的配置文件, 将所述默认的配置 文件中的参数设置到通信终端的网絡配置内容中。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述未接电话信息显示 条件包括下述一个或多个: 符合未接电话来电持续时间的预设要求;
符合未接电话来电发生时间的预设要求;
符合未接电话来电发生日期的预设要求;
符合未接电话所在电话号码群组的预设要求;
符合未接电话所对应来电者的预设要求。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述未接电话信息转发 条件包括符合未接电话数目的预设要求和 /或符合未接电话在预设时间内未 读取的要求。
9、 一种获得未接电话信息的通信终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 检测模块, 用于检测未接电话;
第一判断模块, 用于判断所述检测模块检测到的未接电话是否满足未 接电话信息显示条件, 保存满足未接电话信息显示条件的未接电话信息; 第二判断模块, 用于在所述第一判断模块所判断的未接来电满足所述 未接电话信息显示条件时, 判断所述检测模块确定的未接电话是否满足未 接电话信息转发条件, 将满足未接电话信息转发条件的所述未接电话信息 转换成电子邮件主体;
发送模块, 用于获取预先设置的电子邮件地址, 将所述电子邮件主体 通过所述电子邮件地址进行发送。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述未接电话信 息显示条件包括下述一个或多个:
符合未接电话来电持续时间的预设要求;
符合未接电话来电发生时间的预设要求;
符合未接电话来电发生日期的预设要求;
符合未接电话所在电话号码群组的预设要求;
符合未接电话所对应来电者的预设要求。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述未接电 话信息转发条件包括符合未接电话数目的预设要求和 /或符合未接电话在预 设时间内未读取的要求。
