L'invention porte sur un dispositif pour améliorer un fluide, et sur un système et un procédé à cet effet. Le dispositif comprend : - un boîtier pour contenir le fluide ; - un compartiment d'anode comportant une anode, et un compartiment de cathode comportant une cathode ; et - un compartiment d'amélioration séparé du compartiment d'anode par une première membrane et séparé du compartiment de cathode par une deuxième membrane.
