Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Solarzellenmodul (24), umfassend in Reihe verschaltete Untereinheiten (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38) von parallel verschalteten Solarzellen (40, 42). Um eine problemlose individuelle Anpassung an die auftreffende Lichtintensitätsverteilung derart zu ermöglichen, dass in jeder Untereinheit im Wesentlichen der gleiche Photostrom erzeugt wird, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Solarzellen zumindest erste und zweite Solarzellen (40, 42) mit jeweils voneinander abweichenden strahlungssensitiven Flächen umfassen und dass zumindest eine Untereinheit (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38) des Solarzellenmoduls eine erste und zumindest eine zweite Solarzelle aufweist.
