Abstract

본 발명은 지노타이핑 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 지노타입별로 부여되는 ID 시퀀스 및 상기 ID 시퀀스를 이용한 다중지노타이핑 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 ID 시퀀스를 이용하여, 파이로시퀀싱을 수행할 경우 유전형마다 독특하면서도 간결한 파이로그램을 수득할 수 있어, 바이러스 유전자, 질병 유전자, 세균유전자 및 개인식별용 유전자들을 간단하면서도 효율적으로 지노타이핑할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 지노타이핑용 프라이머는 분배형식을 사용하는 모든 시퀀싱을 이용한 지노타이핑 방법에 다양하게 응용가능하다.
