Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de fusion d'aluminium pour la production de lingots pour la fonderie, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est complètement modulaire, dans laquelle chaque module, four de fusion, bassin d'attente, raccord pour la distribution de métal liquide, chacun des systèmes de chargement de ferraille et de récupération de scories, chacune des conduites de fumée, lingotières, échelles et chacun des ponts sont empilables les uns sur les autres ou détachables et transportables grâce à un moyen de transport standard, et caractérisée en ce que le positionnement du four de fusion est relevé depuis le niveau du sol et positionné sur des corps parallélépipédiques, métalliques et modulaires présentant une base rectangulaire, afin de former un sol d'atelier auquel des ponts sont associés pour agrandir l'espace de travail, auquel il est possible d'accéder au moyen d'échelles ou de monte-charge, et sur lequel et dans lequel il est possible de positionner le matériel accessoire pour le chargement de la ferraille et la récupération de scories, les conduites de fumée et les canalisations d'eau, le système électrique et le système d'alimentation.
