依次参照图8、图7和图6并同时参考图2、图3和图5,当本发明的一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构处于缩短状态时,此时限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321卡入止动槽13上,并且限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321抵靠在第一滑动筋条221上端的第一接触面2211上,其伸长动作如下:按压伸缩杆20的按压部21,克服弹簧40的作用力,使第一滑动筋条221上端的第一接触面2211压迫限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321使其向上运动脱离止动槽13以越过第二导向面121的最高点,并使限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321滑入第二导向面121,此时在弹簧40压力的作用下旋转杆30旋转并且向下滑动使限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321滑入第二滑道14,并使限位筋条32底端的倾斜接触面321抵靠在第二滑动筋条222上端的第一接触面2221,在弹簧40压力的作用下,旋转杆30与伸缩杆20同时沿着第二滑道14向下运动,当第二滑动筋条222的下端抵靠在第二滑道14末端的挡墙141上时,旋转杆30与伸缩杆20停止运动,完成伸长动作。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构,藉由其腔体、伸缩杆、旋转杆和弹簧的配合轻松实现伸长和缩短运动,实现烤盘的角度可调,从而使得烤盘可具有多种烹饪方式,也使得烤盘具有泄油功能。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构,其特征在于:它包括:
    一腔体,该腔体内壁上设有至少一第一凸柱和至少一第二凸柱,该第一凸柱和该第二凸柱相临近,并且该第一凸柱和该第二凸柱的上端分别形成一倾斜的第一导向面和一倾斜的第二导向面,且该第一导向面和该第二导向面的倾斜方向相同,并在该第一导向面的最低端与该第二导向面的最高端之间形成一止动槽;该第二导向面的最低端旁形成一上下方向的第二滑道,该第二滑道的末端封闭形成一挡墙;
    一伸缩杆,该伸缩杆具有一头部和一按压部,该头部外周凸出设有限位于所述第二滑道内并沿该第二滑道上下滑动的第二滑动筋条;
    一旋转杆,该旋转杆抵靠于所述伸缩杆的头部,该旋转杆外周设有至少一限位筋条,该限位筋条的底端在所述止动槽和所述第二滑道之间运动;
    一弹簧,抵靠在所述旋转杆的顶端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构,其特征在于:所述腔体的上、下两端均开口,该上端开口藉由一盖体封闭,所述弹簧抵靠于该盖体和所述旋转杆的顶端之间;所述伸缩杆的按压部伸出该下端开口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构,其特征在于:在所述第一凸柱上、所述止动槽的下方开设有一上下方向的第一滑道,所述伸缩杆的头部外周凸出设有限位于该第一滑道内并沿该第一滑道上下滑动的第一滑动筋条;该第一滑道的深度小于所述第二滑道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种用于烤盘的自动升降脚机构,其特征在于:所述第一滑动筋条和所述第二滑动筋条的上端分別向上凸起形成第一接触面和第二接触面,所述限位筋条的底端形成一倾斜接触面,该倾斜接触面在该第一滑动筋条的第一接触面和该第二滑动筋条的第二接触面之间往复运动;该倾斜接触面的倾斜方向与所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面的倾斜方向相同。
  5. 一种烤盘,包括烤盘本体、一对后支脚,其特征在于:后支脚处均装有自动升降脚机构,所述升降脚机构包括:
    一腔体,该腔体内壁上设有至少一第一凸柱和至少一第二凸柱,该第一凸柱和该第二凸柱相临近,并且该第一凸柱和该第二凸柱的上端分别形成一倾斜的第一导向面和一倾斜的第二导向面,且该第一导向面和该第二导向面的倾斜方向相同,并在该第一导向面的最低端与该第二导向面的最高端之间形成一止动槽;该第二导向面的最低端旁形成一上下方向的第二滑道,该第二滑道的末端封闭形成一挡墙;
    一伸缩杆,该伸缩杆具有一头部和一按压部,该头部外周凸出设有限位于所述第二滑道内并沿该第二滑道上下滑动的第二滑动筋条;
    一旋转杆,该旋转杆抵靠于所述伸缩杆的头部,该旋转杆外周设有至少一限位筋条,该限位筋条的底端在所述止动槽和所述第二滑道之间运动;
    一弹簧,抵靠在所述旋转杆的顶端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种烤盘,其特征在于:所述腔体的上、下两端均开口,该上端开口藉由一盖体封闭,所述弹簧抵靠于该盖体和所述旋转杆的顶端之间;所述伸缩杆的按压部伸出该下端开口。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种烤盘,其特征在于:在所述第一凸柱上、所述止动槽的下方开设有一上下方向的第一滑道,所述伸缩杆的头部外周凸出设有限位于该第一滑道内并沿该第一滑道上下滑动的第一滑动筋条;该第一滑道的深度小于所述第二滑道。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种烤盘,其特征在于:所述第一滑动筋条和所述第二滑动筋条的上端分別向上凸起形成第一接触面和第二接触面,所述限位筋条的底端形成一倾斜接触面,该倾斜接触面在该第一滑动筋条的第一接触面和该第二滑动筋条的第二接触面之间往复运动;该倾斜接触面的倾斜方向与所述第一导向面和所述第二导向面的倾斜方向相同。
