[4] 园艺剪是一种修剪植物枝桠的剪切工具。 传统的园艺剪在剪切质地松软的枝 桠吋可以一次剪断, 然而剪切质地较硬的枝桠吋需要通过两次或多次剪切动作 才能剪断。 由于传统园艺剪自身结构的原因, 剪切不同质地的枝桠需要釆用不 同的园艺剪, 因而在进行园艺作业吋需要准备不同的园艺剪, 这样不仅造成园 艺作业的不便, 同吋也增加了园艺作业的设备成本, 因此有必要对传统园艺剪 进行改进, 以使其即可作为一次剪断质地松软枝桠的园艺剪使用, 又可转换成 剪切质地较硬的枝桠的园艺剪。

[6] 为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种新型园艺剪, 该园艺剪即可作为 一次剪断质地松软枝桠的园艺剪使用, 又可转换成剪切质地较硬枝桠的园艺剪
[7] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是:
[8] 一种新型园艺剪, 包括第一剪切部和第二剪切部, 以及分别对应于第一剪切 部和第二剪切部的第一手柄和第二手柄, 其特征在于所述第一手柄的端部与第 二剪切部的端部枢接, 第一手柄上设置有两个定位孔, 第一剪切部的一端设置 有至少两个剪切档位, 第一手柄与第一剪切部之间设置有一连杆, 连杆的一端 通过定位销与剪切档位连接, 其另一端通过活动定位销与其中一定位孔连接, 且连杆与第一手柄的连接部可在两定位孔之间转换, 在连杆的中间部位安装有 复位弹簧, 复位弹簧的一端与第二手柄连接。
[9] 作为本发明上述技术方案的改进, 所述第一手柄上设置有一条形通孔, 条形 通孔的两端分别与两定位孔连通, 且条形通孔的宽度小于定位孔的直径, 所述 活动定位销包括一可卡设在定位孔内的柱销, 柱销的两端连接有铆钉, 铆钉的
直径小于条形通孔的宽度, 柱销上套装有弹簧。
[10] 作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进, 所述第一手柄上枢设有连接扣, 连 接扣上设置有扣块, 第二手柄上设置有供连接扣的扣块插入的扣位。
[11] 作为本发明上述技术方案的更进一步改进, 所述第二剪切部是由第二手柄的 一端延伸而形成的剪切砧板。
[12] 上述剪切档位可以设置为三个。
[13] 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明在第一手柄上设置有两个定位孔, 第一剪切部 的一端设置有至少两个剪切档位, 第一手柄与第一剪切部之间设置有一连杆, 连杆的一端通过定位销与剪切档位连接, 其另一端通过活动定位销与其中一定 位孔连接, 且连杆与第一手柄的连接部可在两定位孔之间转换, 当剪切质地松 软的枝桠吋将连杆的一端置于其中一定位孔内, 另一端与第一档位配合即可一 次剪断该枝桠, 当剪切质地较硬的枝桠吋, 将连杆的一端转换至另一定位孔内 , 另一端与各档位配合, 经过两次或多次剪切动作即可将枝桠剪断, 由于每次 剪切动作完成后连杆的另一端便进至上一档位, 从而改变了园艺剪的力矩, 达 到省力的目的, 并且转换方便, 在剪切不同质地枝桠吋无须再额外配备专用的 园艺剪, 从而可降低园艺作业的设备成本。

[23] 参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3, 本发明公开的一种新型园艺剪, 包括第一剪切部 1和第 二剪切部 2, 以及分别对应于第一剪切部 1和第二剪切部 2的第一手柄 3和第二手 柄 4, 在如图所示实施方式中, 第二剪切部 2是由第二手柄 4的一端延伸而形成的
剪切砧板。 在第一手柄 3和第二手柄 4内设置有凹槽 5, 如图 6所示。
[24] 如图所示, 第一手柄 3的端部与第二剪切部 2的端部枢接, 第一手柄 3上设置 有两个定位孔 31、 32, 第一手柄 3上设置有一条形通孔 33, 条形通孔 33的两端分 别与两定位孔 31、 32连通, 且条形通孔 33的宽度小于定位孔 31、 32的直径。
[25] 如图 2、 图 5所示, 第一剪切部 1的一端设置有三个剪切档位 11, 第一手柄 3与 第一剪切部 1之间设置有一连杆 6, 连杆 6的一端通过定位销 7与剪切档位 11连接 , 其另一端通过活动定位销 8与其中一定位孔连接, 且连杆 6与第一手柄 3的连接 部可在两定位孔 31、 32之间转换, 在连杆 6的中间部位安装有复位弹簧 9, 复位 弹簧 9的一端与第二手柄 4连接。
[26] 如图 4所示, 本实施方式釆用的活动定位销 8包括一可卡设在定位孔内的柱销
81, 柱销 81的两端连接有铆钉 82, 铆钉 82的直径小于条形通孔 33的宽度, 柱销 8 1上套装有弹簧 83, 当需要转换连杆与第一手柄之间的连接位置吋, 只须按压铆 钉, 使柱销从定位孔内脱离, 再将铆钉沿条形通孔移动至另一定位孔处, 松开 铆钉, 柱销在弹簧的作用下复位, 卡设在该定位孔内, 从而实现所述连杆的一 端从一定位孔到另一定位孔之间的转换。
[27] 在第一手柄 3上枢设有连接扣 10, 连接扣 10上设置有扣块 101, 第二手柄 4上 设置有供连接扣 10的扣块 101插入的扣位 41, 通过连接扣 10与扣位 41之间的配合 可将园艺剪的剪切部收合在一起, 以防止园艺剪切在闲置吋因剪切部张开而划 破其它物件。
[28] 当剪切质地松软的枝桠吋将连杆的一端置于其中一定位孔内, 另一端与第一 档位配合即可一次剪断该枝桠, 当剪切质地较硬的枝桠吋, 将连杆的一端转换 至另一定位孔内, 另一端与各档位配合, 经过两次或多次剪切动作即可将枝桠 剪断, 由于每次剪切动作完成后连杆的另一端便进至上一档位, 从而改变了园 艺剪的力矩, 达到省力的目的, 并且转换方便, 在剪切不同质地枝桠吋无须再 额外配备专用的园艺剪, 从而可降低园艺作业的设备成本。
[29] 当然, 本发明并不局限于上述实施方式, 本发明还可有其它的结构变化, 如 本发明的档位可设置两个或更多, 活动定位销也可釆用其它的结构等等, 只要 其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果, 都应属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
一种新型园艺剪, 包括第一剪切部和第二剪切部, 以及分别对应 于第一剪切部和第二剪切部的第一手柄和第二手柄, 其特征在于 所述第一手柄的端部与第二剪切部的端部枢接, 第一手柄上设置 有两个定位孔, 第一剪切部的一端设置有至少两个剪切档位, 第 一手柄与第一剪切部之间设置有一连杆, 连杆的一端通过定位销 与剪切档位连接, 其另一端通过活动定位销与其中一定位孔连接 , 且连杆与第一手柄的连接部可在两定位孔之间转换, 在连杆的 中间部位安装有复位弹簧, 复位弹簧的一端与第二手柄连接。 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型园艺剪, 其特征在于所述第一手柄 上设置有一条形通孔, 条形通孔的两端分别与两定位孔连通, 且 条形通孔的宽度小于定位孔的直径, 所述活动定位销包括一可卡 设在定位孔内的柱销, 柱销的两端连接有铆钉, 铆钉的直径小于 条形通孔的宽度, 柱销上套装有弹簧。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型园艺剪, 其特征在于所述第一手柄 上枢设有连接扣, 连接扣上设置有扣块, 第二手柄上设置有供连 接扣的扣块插入的扣位。
根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型园艺剪, 其特征在于所述第二剪切 部是由第二手柄的一端延伸而形成的剪切砧板。
根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的一种新型园艺剪, 其特征在于所 述剪切档位设置有三个。
