Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs d'échange de chaleur, notamment des barrières à chaînes pour fours rotatifs utilisés dans l'industrie des matériaux de construction. Les résultats techniques de l'invention sont les suivants: augmentation de la surface d'échange de chaleur et intensification du transfert de chaleur; réduction du poids du métal dans la chaîne, et, par conséquent, réduction du coût de celle-ci; réduction de la formation de poussières; réduction du poids de la partie rotative du four; réduction de la charge pesant sur les rouleaux, les courroies et les pignons des réducteurs et, par conséquent, réduction du poids du métal dans la structure globale du four; augmentation de la surface de contact entre les maillons de la chaîne qui entrent en contact et, par conséquent, réduction de l'usure de la surface interne du corps du maillon. Le résultat technique de l'invention est atteint grâce au fait que dans la chaîne formant une barrière à chaînes dans un four rotatif, constituée de maillons ayant n'importe quelle forme géométrique, la surface interne d'extrémité pour chaque maillon est curviligne, la surface externe de la section transversale de chaque maillon comporte des nervures, et la surface interne de la section transversale de chaque maillon présente un rayon égal à la moitié du pas de la chaîne ou au rayon de la partie curviligne de la chaîne.
