図1に示したように、第1実施形態に係る電子機器10は、筐体1を備える。筐体1は、直方体状に形成されている。筐体1は、密閉構造を有する。本例では、電子機器10は、携帯電話機である。筐体1は、基部2と、表面部3と、を含む。以下、X軸、Y軸及びZ軸からなる右手系の直交座標系を用いて説明を続ける。
振動板22dは、端部が筐体22aの内壁面により保持されている。振動板22dは、内部空間22cをZ軸方向において分割するように配置されている。なお、本明細書において、振動板22dのZ軸正方向側の表面は、前面とも呼ばれる。また、振動板22dのZ軸負方向側の表面は、背面とも呼ばれる。

第3の防水膜54は、液体を遮断し且つ気体の通過を許容する平板状の部材である。第3の防水膜54は、Z軸負方向に向かって電子機器10を見た正面視において、第3の開口部26よりも大径の円形状を有する。第3の防水膜54は、第3の開口部26を被覆するように基部2のZ軸正方向側の表面に固定されている。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る電子機器について説明する。第3実施形態に係る電子機器は、上記第1実施形態に係る電子機器に対して、筐体1の内部空間21が3つの空間に分割され、且つ、振動板22dの前面に連接する空間に連接する筐体1の開口部と、振動板22dの背面に連接する空間に連接する筐体1の開口部と、が互いに異なる点において相違している。従って、以下、かかる相違点を中心として説明する。
第3の防水膜55は、液体を遮断し且つ気体の通過を許容する平板状の部材である。第3の防水膜55は、Z軸負方向に向かって基部2を見た正面視において、第4の開口部28よりも大径の円形状を有する。第3の防水膜55は、第4の開口部28を被覆するように基部2の内壁面のうちのZ軸負方向側の内壁面に固定されている。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態に係る電子機器について図8を参照しながら説明する。
第4実施形態に係る電子機器100は、信号変換器110と、筐体120と、を備える。
