[23] 驱动机构包括电机和齿轮传动机构, 电机安装于底座 12内部, 分币板 24连接于 电机的输出轴, 分币板 24的上表面位于各分币格 241以内的部位设置有齿圏 242 , 载币板 23的底部设置有与齿圏 242相对应啮合的另一齿圏 233, 且齿圏 233的齿 数比齿圏 242的齿数多, 使得载币板 23的转速比分币板 24的转速小。
[24] 另外, 载币板 23在分币盘 21内转动吋, 当硬币落入载币板 23吋, 载币板 23受到
重力与分币盘 21之间的摩擦会变大, 因此在载币板 23与分币盘 21的轴中心处设 置复数个可减少摩擦的钢珠 234。 同样, 载币板 23受到重力会使分币板 24的转动 放慢, 而分币板 24同出币板 25之间又是轴心运动, 为了使其轴心运动吋尽可能 减少摩擦, 就在分币板 24与出币板 25的轴中心也设置复数个可减少摩擦的钢珠 本发明的分币机的改进结构, 工作吋, 按下顶盖 11上的启动开关, 电机开始工 作, 带动分币板 24转动, 再由分币板 24的齿圏 242带动齿圏 233, 最终带动载币 板 23转动。 将硬币由顶盖的投币凹槽 111投入, 硬币便由投币孔 112落至分币盘 2 1内, 载币板 23转动, 将一个个硬币刮向落币槽 211, 由于刮币弹性板 221的底部 与分币盘 21的盘面之间形成的间隙大于一个最厚的硬币的厚度、 小于最薄的两 个硬币的厚度, 因此, 每次只能有一个硬币进入落币槽 211, 进入落币槽 211的 硬币再由载币板 23背面的弧形推块 232推向落币口 213, 活动档板 215被硬币推动 沿固定支点转动, 从而带动摆臂 216同步转动, 使摆臂 216上的导电触头 218接触 到电路板 219上的相应的导电触片, 从而触发币值计数电路对此硬币进行计数, 硬币通过落币口 213后, 活动档板 215在复位弹簧 217的作用下复位, 仍然档在落 币口 213处。 由落币口 213落下的硬币在导向滑板 26的导向作用下, 竖向落入分 币板 24的分币格 241中, 这样硬币的下端顶在分币格 241内、 上端抵靠在出币板 2 5的侧壁上, 在分币板 24的带动下, 硬币呈倾斜状立在分币格 241内贴着出币板 2 5的内侧壁转动, 当硬币转动至对应的出币口 251吋, 硬币的上端失去出币板 25 的内侧壁的抵靠作用, 便向外落入承接口 27内, 最终翻落入相应的硬币筒 3中。 与现有技术相比, 本发明的分币机, 由于硬币随着分币板转动, 当碰到对应的 出币口吋, 便通过竖向翻落的方式出币, 这样便不容易卡币。 而且, 本发明中 , 通过活动档块和摆臂形成一杠杆结构, 当活动档块被硬币推开吋, 摆臂便被 带着转动, 从而接触相应的导电触发, 进行相应的币值的计数, 从而实现清点 的目的。
Claims
1、 分币机的改进结构, 包括机架、 设于机架内的分币机构和承接 于分币机构下方的硬币筒, 分币机构包括分币部件和驱动机构, 分币部件包括分币盘和具有载币孔的载币板, 分币盘倾斜设置, 载币板设于分币盘内; 其特征在于: 上述分币盘上半部分的内底 面开设有位置与上述载币孔相对应的落币口, 上述分币盘的下方 设置有由上述驱动机构驱动的分币板, 分币板的周沿设置有分别 对应承接于上述落币口下方的复数个分币格, 上述落币口与上述 分币板之间设置有可使硬币竖向落入上述分币格内的导向滑板, 上述分币板的外侧边环绕立设有出币板, 上述出币板上开设有开 口高度与各种币值的硬币分别相对应的出币口, 各出币口的外侧 分别对应设置有承接口, 上述各硬币筒分别对应承接于各承接口 下方。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 出币口的开口高度由小到大依次排列。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上 述出币板的上部略为向外扩张, 形成一定的倾斜度。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 分币盘上半部分的内底面开设有位置与上述载币孔相对应的落币 槽, 上述分币盘的内底面对应于上述落币槽设有环形沟槽, 上述 载币板的底部间隔设置有复数个与此环形沟槽分别相对应的弧形 推块, 上述落币口设置于上述落币槽与上述分币盘的转动方向相 对应的一侧; 上述落币口设有可绕固定支点活动转动的活动档块 , 上述活动档块连接有摆臂, 此摆臂与上述活动档块呈一定角度 设置, 上述摆臂上固定有导电触头, 上述分币盘的底部设置有与 此导电触头分别相对应接触并分别对应于各种币值的硬币的复数 片导电触片, 此复数片导电触片分别连接于一币值计数电路的输 入端。
[ 5] 5、 根据权利要求 4所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 摆臂的力臂是上述活动档块的力臂的 3-5倍。
[ 6] 6、 根据权利要求 1所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 分币板连接于上述驱动机构的输出轴, 且上述分币板的上表面位 于上述分币格以内的部位设置有齿圏, 上述载币板的底部设置有 与此齿圏相对应啮合的另一齿圏, 且上述载币板的转速比上述分 币板的转速小。
[ 7] 7、 根据权利要求 1所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 载币板与上述分币盘之间设置有复数个可减少摩擦的钢珠。
[ 8] 8、 根据权利要求 1所述的分币机的改进结构, 其特征在于: 上述 分币板与上述出币板之间设置复数个可减少摩擦的钢珠。
