The pressing force of the coiled spring (31) due to the pressing causes an end surface (38) of the fitting protrusion (21) and an end surface (44) of the bearing protrusion (15) to be in a state in which the end surface (38) and the end surface (44) are elastically pressed to each other.

Description

Repellent eyeglasses
The present invention relates to a repellent spectacle that can repel the front spectacles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a flip-up type spectacle that enables the front spectacles to be lifted up by pivotally attaching the front spectacles to the upper part of the spectacles or the frame as a main body via a biasing coupling device.
Depending on the needs of spectacle users, various types of repellent glasses are put to practical use for the purpose of obtaining a state in which light-shielding glasses, polarized glasses, etc. are put on or for the purpose of correcting the visual acuity of the wearing glasses.
Among these, the front spectacles can be repelled by pivotally attaching the front spectacles to the upper portion of the main body frame via a biasing coupling device, and the reclination angle of the front spectacles is steplessly increased. As a repellent type eyeglass configured to be set at an arbitrary angle, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3121730 has been proposed.
As an example of the repellent glasses, the one shown in FIG. 27 is disclosed. The repellent spectacles a includes a main body frame d formed by connecting left and right frame parts b and b with a first connecting part c, and a left and right side capable of covering the front surfaces of the left and right frame parts b and b from the front side. Front lens g formed by connecting the auxiliary lens portions e, e to each other by a second connecting portion f, and the second connecting portion f adds a biasing connecting device h to the first connecting portion c. The left and right auxiliary lens portions e and e cover the front surfaces of the left and right frame portions b and b from the front side, and the left and right auxiliary lens portions e. , E can be rotated in an angular range with respect to the state in which it is repelled.
The biasing coupling device h projects a fitting projection k on the first coupling part c, and has first and second bearings on both the left and right sides of the second coupling part f of the front glasses g. Protrusions m and n are provided so that the fitting protrusions k can be fitted into fitting recesses p formed between the bearing protrusions m and n. The bearing projections m and n are opened in the opposite direction so that the bottoms q and r exist on the fitting projection k side, and are provided with a first accommodation hole s and a second accommodation hole t. Yes. The fitting protrusion k is provided with a bottom u on the first bearing protrusion m side and an accommodation hole v opened on the second bearing protrusion n side.
A first screw hole w is provided at the center of the bottom u of the accommodation hole v, and an insertion hole concentrically with the first screw hole w is formed in the bottom q of the first bearing projection m. x is provided. In addition, a second screw hole y is provided concentrically with the accommodation hole v at the bottom r of the second bearing protrusion n.
In addition, the screw shaft portion a1 of the first screw z is inserted into the first accommodation hole s through the insertion hole x in a state where the first washer b1 and the first coil spring c1 are inserted. The first coil spring c1 is screwed into the screw hole w, and in this state, both ends d1 and e1 thereof are in pressure contact with the first washer b1 and the bottom q, and are in a compressed state. In the accommodation hole v, the second washer f1, the third washer g1, the second coil spring h1, and the fourth washer j1 are accommodated in this order, and are accommodated in the second accommodation hole t. As the screw shaft portion m1 of the second screw k1 is screwed into the second screw hole y, and the second screw k1 is tightened in this state, the pressing protrusion protruding at the tip of the screw shaft portion m1 The fourth washer j1 can be pressed by the tip p1 of n1, and the second coil spring h1 can be compressed as required by adjusting the tightening amount of the second screw k1. Yes.
The first to fourth washers b1, f1, g1, and j1 avoid contact between the first and second coil springs c1 and h1, the first and second screws z and k1, and the bottom u, The first and second screws z and k1 are provided to prevent the first and second screws z and k1 from rotating together with the rotation of the front glasses g. However, due to the biasing action of the first and second coil springs c1 and h1, the first and second screws z and k1 were easily loosened with the rotation of the front glasses g. That is, since one end e1 of the first coil spring c1 is in contact with the bottom q, the first coil spring c1 is likely to rotate together when the front glasses g are rotated. The other end d1 of the first coil spring c1 is in a state of pressing the first washer b1 toward the head s1 of the first screw z, and the first washer b1 and the first washer b1 The head s1 is in close contact. Therefore, even if a slight slip can be expected between the first washer b1 and the head s1 when the front glasses g are rotated, the first coil spring c1 rotates along with the first coil spring c1. The first screw z that is screwed into the first screw hole w was easy to loosen. For this reason, there has been a problem that the rotation of the front glasses g tends to be unstable.
Also, in paragraph 0024 of the above publication, a screw shaft portion a1 of the first screw z is formed long and screwed into a screw shaft end portion of the first screw z instead of the second screw k1. However, even in such repellent glasses, the first screw z is easy to loosen and the operation of the biasing coupling device h is likely to become unstable. In addition, since the first screw z is formed long and a nut is screwed into the end portion of the screw shaft and tightened, the long screw shaft portion of the first screw z can be obtained while the turning motion of the front glasses is repeated. There was also a problem that was easy to break.
Utility Model Registration No. 3121730

In another aspect of the flip-up type spectacles according to the present invention, the front side of the left and right frame portions and the front surface of the left and right frame portions can be covered with the front side thereof. It comprises front spectacles formed by connecting the left and right auxiliary lens portions with a second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is pivotally attached to the first connecting portion via an urging connecting device. At the same time, the front eyeglasses rotate in an angle range between a state in which the left and right auxiliary lens portions cover the front surfaces of the left and right frame portions on the front side and a state in which the left and right auxiliary lens portions are repelled. Made possible. The second connecting portion constituting the biasing connecting device is provided with bearing protrusions on both sides in the left-right direction, and is provided with a fitting recess between the bearing protrusions. A shaft insertion hole is provided in one bearing protrusion, and a screw hole is provided in the other bearing protrusion. Further, the first connecting portion constituting the biasing connecting device is provided with a fitting projection that is fitted into the fitting recess, and the fitting projection is fitted into the fitting recess. In this state, the shaft insertion hole and the screw hole are aligned with the hole center, and an accommodation hole is formed through the small insertion hole on the side of the shaft insertion hole. A diameter insertion hole is provided continuously. A shaft body is housed in the housing hole, and the shaft body is closely inserted into the shaft insertion hole and the small diameter insertion hole and extends along the axis of the housing hole on the screw hole side. A head is bulged at the end, a coil spring is interposed between the head and the stepped portion in a compressed state, and a screw shaft of a press support screw that shares the axis with the shaft body The coil spring is required by pressing the central part of the head end of the head facing the screw hole toward the small-diameter insertion hole. The end face on the one bearing protrusion side of the fitting protrusion and the end face on the fitting protrusion side of the one bearing protrusion are in an elastic pressure contact state by the biasing force of the coil spring. It is characterized by that.
In each of the repellent glasses, the central portion of the head end is formed as the central portion of the bottom surface of the circular recess, and the tip of the screw shaft portion is fitted into the circular recess, and the tip of the screw shaft portion is It is good to comprise so that the center part of this bottom face may be pressed toward the said small diameter insertion hole.
In each of the repellent spectacles, when the left and right frame portions constituting the spectacle body are left and right lens portions, the left and right bearing projections can be attached to and detached from the first connecting portion in a magnetically attracted state. In addition to being attached, the fitting protrusion may be detachably attached to the first connecting portion in a magnetically attracted state.
In each of the repellent spectacles, the left and right frame portions constituting the spectacle body may be left and right lens portions and may not include lenses.
The present invention has the following excellent effects.
(1) The repellent type spectacles according to the present invention adopts a configuration in which the front spectacles are pivotally attached to the spectacle body via the biasing coupling device, so that the front spectacles can be kept in a stable state over a long period of time. Can be repelled and rotated downward, and the repelled state can be set to any stepless angle. The front glasses can be held at the arbitrary angle.
(2) The biasing coupling device according to the present invention employs a configuration in which the shaft body and the pressing support screw are arranged in series with a common axis, and the tip of the screw shaft portion of the pressing support screw is connected to the shaft body. The structure which presses the center part of a head end is employ | adopted. Therefore, according to the present invention, unlike the conventional repellent spectacles, the pressing support screw is not easily loosened by the rotation of the front spectacles. Further, there is no possibility that the screw shaft portion is broken.
In addition, the biasing coupling device employs a configuration in which a coil spring incorporated therein is brought into a required compressed state with a pressing support screw. Therefore, according to the present invention, not only can the rotation stiffness of the front glasses be adjusted by the compressed coil spring, but also the screw surface of the pressing support screw and the screw surface of the screw hole are brought into a pressure contact state. The press support screw is difficult to loosen due to an increase in the frictional force between the screw surfaces.
Thus, according to the present invention, the front spectacles can be smoothly rotated in a stable state over a long period of time.
(3) A central portion of the head end of the shaft body is formed as a central portion of the bottom surface of the circular recess, and a tip portion of the screw shaft portion is fitted into the circular recess, and the tip of the screw shaft portion is When the center portion of the bottom surface is configured to be pressed toward the small diameter insertion hole, the tip portion of the screw shaft portion is restrained by the circular recess portion, so that the tip end of the screw shaft portion is the head end of the circular recess portion. It is possible to reliably prevent displacement from the central portion of the. Also, when the accommodation hole is enlarged as shown in FIG. 4, for example, around the front side portion of the screw shaft portion, the center of the expansion hole and the axis of the screw shaft portion are kept concentric. Is done. For this reason, when the front glasses are turned, there is no possibility that the portion on the screw shaft portion side of the fitting protrusion is shaken in the fitting recess. Therefore, loosening of the pressing support screw due to the rotation of the front glasses can be prevented more reliably.
(4) When the eyeglass body is configured as eyeglasses, particularly when adopting a configuration in which the left and right bearing projections and the fitting projection are detachably attached to the first coupling portion in a magnetically attracted state, By removing the left and right bearing projections and the fitting projections from the first connecting portion, the front spectacles can be removed from the spectacles, and the spectacles can be used alone.

1 and 2, the repellent spectacles 1 according to the present invention includes a spectacle body 5 in which left and right frame portions 2, 2 facing each other are connected by a first connecting portion 3, and the left and right frame portions. 2 and 2 are provided with front eyeglasses 10 formed by connecting left and right auxiliary lens portions 7 and 7 that can cover the front surface 6 of the front surface 6 with a second connecting portion 9. Then, the second connecting portion 9 is pivotally attached to the first connecting portion 3 via a biasing connecting device 11, and the front spectacles 10 are mounted on the left and right sides as shown in FIGS. Auxiliary lens portions 7 and 7 can be rotated in an angular range between a state in which the front surfaces 6 of the left and right frame portions 2 and 2 are covered on the front side and a state in which the left and right auxiliary lens portions 7 and 7 are lifted up. It has been.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the spectacle body 5 includes the left and right frame portions 2, 2 as the left and right lens portions 2 a, 2 a configured by holding a lens 12 with a rim 13. The eyeglasses 5 a are connected by the first connecting part 3. The front glasses 10 are configured as light-shielding glasses in which the auxiliary lens portions 7 and 7 are light-shielding lenses, for example.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the first connecting portion 3 is provided with bearing projections 15 and 16 on both sides in the left-right direction, and a fitting recess 17 is provided between the bearing projections 15 and 16. ing. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the bearing protrusions 15 and 16 are provided with circular shaft insertion holes 19 in one of the bearing protrusions 15 so as to be aligned with each other. A screw hole 20 is provided in the bearing protrusion 16. Here, “match” means a matched state or a substantially matched state.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, the second connecting portion 9 is provided with a fitting projection 21 to be fitted into the fitting recess 17, and the fitting projection 21 is provided with the fitting recess 17. In this state, a circular accommodation hole 22 is formed through the shaft insertion hole 19 and the screw hole 20 so as to coincide with the hole center. Here, “match” includes a matched state or a substantially matched state. In the accommodation hole 22, a large-diameter insertion hole 26 is connected to a small-diameter insertion hole 23 on the shaft insertion hole 19 side through a step portion 25.
3 to 4, the housing hole 22 houses a shaft body 27. The shaft body 27 is closely inserted into the shaft insertion hole 19 and the small diameter insertion hole 23. A head portion 30 is bulged at the end of the shaft portion 29 extending along the axis of the receiving hole 22 on the screw hole 20 side. The shaft body 27 is inserted from the open end 32 side of the large-diameter insertion hole 26 of the housing hole 22 toward the small-diameter insertion hole 23 side in a state where the coil spring 31 is inserted, and the front portion 33 of the shaft portion 29 is inserted. However, the shaft insertion hole 19 and the small diameter insertion hole 23 are closely inserted.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, a screw shaft portion 36 of a pressing support screw 35 having a common axis with the shaft body 27 is screwed into the screw hole 20, and a tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 is connected to the screw shaft portion 36. By pressing the central portion 40 of the head end 39 facing the screw hole 20 of the head 30 toward the small diameter insertion hole 23, the coil spring 31 is connected to the head 30 and the stepped portion 25. It is comprised so that it may become a required compression state between. Here, the “center portion of the head end 39” means the center of the head end 39 or its vicinity. In this embodiment, the central portion 40 of the head end 39 is formed as the central portion 43 of the bottom surface 34 of the circular recess 41, and the tip portion 42 of the screw shaft portion 36 is fitted into the circular recess 41. At the same time, the tip 37 of the screw shaft 36 is in contact with the central portion 43 of the bottom surface 34 or is in a state close thereto.
The biasing coupling device 11 includes bearing projections 15 and 16 of the first coupling part 3, a fitting projection 21 of the second coupling part 9, the shaft body 27, the coil spring 31, A pressing support screw 35 is included.
However, in the flip-up type spectacles 1 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the coil spring 31 is brought into a required compression state by screwing of the pressing support screw 35. Due to the urging force, the end surface 38 (FIGS. 3 to 4) of the fitting projection 21 on the bearing projection 15 side and the end surface 44 (FIGS. 3 to 4) of the bearing projection 15 on the fitting projection side are elastic to each other. It is in a pressure contact state.
The both end portions 45 and 46 of the coil spring 31 are in pressure contact with the stepped portion 25 and the head portion 30. Further, a protruding shaft portion 47 protruding from the fitting protrusion 21 of the shaft body 27 is inserted into the shaft insertion hole 19 of the bearing protrusion 15, and the screw provided in the other bearing protrusion 16. A tip end portion 42 of the screw shaft portion 36 of the pressing support screw 35 screwed into the hole 20 is fitted into the circular recess 41 of the head 30, and a tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 is inserted into the circular recess 41. The center portion 43 of the bottom surface 34 is point-contacted or close to it.
However, when the front spectacles 10 are lifted up or when the flipped up front spectacles 10 are lowered, the rotation of the front spectacles 10 is impossible about the axis of the shaft body 27 and the pressing support screw 35. Will be done without. The pressing support screw 35 has its screw shaft portion 36 screwed into the screw hole 20, and in this state, the screw shaft portion 36 is pressed in the direction opposite to the screwing direction by the biasing force of the coil spring 31. Therefore, the press support screw 35 is not easily loosened due to an increase in the frictional force between the screw surfaces accompanying the screw surface of the screw hole 20 and the screw surface of the screw shaft portion 36 being in pressure contact. However, the tip 37 of the screw shaft 36 (the tip of the screw shaft 36 in the axial direction) 37 is in point contact with or close to the central portion 43 (located on the axis of the shaft 27) of the bottom surface 34 of the circular recess 41. Therefore, the axis of the shaft body 27 and the axis of the pressing support screw 35 are in a straight line, and the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 exists on this straight line.
Therefore, the pressing support screw 35 that is screwed into the screw hole 20 and integrated with the other bearing projection 16 is easily integrated with the fitting projection 21 via the coil spring 31. Even if it rotates around the axis of the shaft 27, it is difficult to loosen. Therefore, the rotation of the front spectacles 10 is stably ensured over a long period of time.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the shaft body 27 and the pressing support can be obtained by simply pressing the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 of the pressing support screw 35 against the central portion 40 of the head end 39. Since the axis L with the screw 35 is in a straight line and the center portion 50a of the contact portion 50 of the tip 37 with respect to the head end 39 exists on or near the axis, the rotation of the front glasses 10 The looseness of the pressing support screw 35 accompanying the movement can be prevented. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, if the center portion 50 a of the contact portion 50 of the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 with respect to the head end 39 is deviated from the axis L, the pressing is accompanied by the rotation. The support screw 35 is easily loosened. However, such a mode also corresponds to a configuration in which the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 presses the central portion (the center or the vicinity thereof) of the head end 39 toward the small diameter insertion hole 23.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when a circular concave portion 41 is provided in the central portion of the head end 39 and the tip portion 42 of the screw shaft portion 36 is fitted into the circular concave portion 41, the screw shaft portion Since the tip portion 42 of the 36 is constrained by the circular recess 41, it is possible to reliably prevent the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 from being displaced from the central portion of the head end 39 of the circular recess 41. Further, when the accommodation hole 22 is enlarged around the front side portion 36a of the screw shaft portion 36 as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the center of the expansion hole 22 and the axis line of the screw shaft portion 36 Are kept concentric. For this reason, when the front spectacles 10 are rotated, the screw shaft side portion 21 a of the insertion protrusion 21 does not move in the insertion recess 17. Therefore, loosening of the pressing support screw 35 due to the rotation of the front glasses 10 can be prevented more reliably.
In particular, as described above, when the tip 37 of the screw shaft portion 36 is brought into point contact with or close to the central portion 43 of the bottom surface 34 of the circular recess 41, the pressing support screw 35 accompanying the rotation of the front glasses 10 is used. Can be more effectively prevented.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the maximum repelling angle of the front spectacles 10 is such that the upper surface 51 of the second connecting portion 9 is an inclined surface 52 on the front surface of the first connecting portion 3 (FIG. 7B 8B), the front eyeglasses 10 are rotated downward so as to cover the front surfaces 6 and 6 of the left and right lens portions 2a and 2a with their front sides. As shown in FIG. 8, the front side 53 of the portion between the left and right bearing projections 15 and 16 of the insertion projection 21 is the rear surface 55 of the insertion projection 21 (FIG. 7B). 8 (B)), the contact is restricted.
When the repellent eyeglasses 1 having such a biasing coupling device 11 are used, the front eyeglasses 10 can be repelled smoothly, and can be smoothly rotated downward to move the left and right auxiliary lens portions 7, 7 can cover the front surfaces 6 and 6 of the left and right lens portions 2a and 2a. The repelling angle can be set to any stepless angle. The required repelling state is determined by the biasing force of the coil spring 31 and the end surface 38 (FIGS. 1 and 3 to 4) and the end surface 44 (FIG. 1). 3 to 4) are held by the frictional force accompanying the elastic pressure contact with each other.
Therefore, the repellent spectacles 1 according to the needs of the user can be configured by configuring the front spectacles 10 with the auxiliary lens portions 7 and 7 having a light shielding function, a polarization function, a vision correction function, and the like. become. When the front glasses 10 are used in the lowered state, the repellent glasses 1 can be used as light-shielding glasses, polarized glasses, or vision correction glasses such as close-up glasses and reading glasses. When the front glasses 10 are lifted up, they can be seen through the lenses 12 and 12 of the glasses 5a. The front glasses 10 can be repelled at a large angle of, for example, about 100 to 120 degrees so that the repelled front spectacles hardly enter the field of view. When reading a small character in a different posture, it may be slightly lifted up. As described above, the angle at which the front eyeglasses 10 are repelled can be freely set according to the needs of the user.
FIGS. 9 to 10 show another embodiment of the flip-up type spectacles 1 according to the present invention, and show an example in which the spectacle body 5 is a frame body 5b having no lens.
