Preferably, the flange extends for from 20 to 250° around the inner surface of the seal or the outer surface of the chimney, more preferably from 90 to 200° and most preferable from 150 to 190°. Preferably, the flange extends along an arc which points towards the dispensing orifice of the lid.

  • the outer surface of the chimney comprises a groove for accommodating the flange when the lid is in an open configuration.
  • the seal comprises a groove for accommodating the flange when the lid is in an open configuration.
  • the groove prevents the lid and base from being prised apart by the flange.
  • the flange is comprised of a deformable material to allow it so compress between the seal and the chimney.
  • the groove extends for from 20 to 250° around the outer surface of the seal or chimney, more preferably from 90 to 200° and most preferable from 150 to 190° around the circumference of the seal or chimney.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture pour un emballage comportant un couvercle (2) qui est attaché de manière pivotante à une base (1), la base comportant un conduit (6) pour le passage du fluide contenu à l'intérieur de l'emballage, le conduit étant défini par une cheminée (3), le couvercle comportant un joint d'étanchéité (4) qui interagit avec une surface extérieure de la cheminée de façon à créer une étanchéité, ladite fermeture étant caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité comporte une bride (5) sur sa surface intérieure à des fins de mise en prise avec une surface extérieure de la cheminée ou en ce que la cheminée comporte une bride sur sa surface extérieure à des fins de mise en prise avec une surface intérieure du joint d'étanchéité.
