Abstract

멀티-에너지 X선 시스템 및 멀티-에너지 X선 물질 분리 이미지 처리 장치와, 멀티-에너지 X선 시스템의 물질 분리 이미지 처리 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일측에 따른 멀티-에너지 X선 물질 분리 이미지 처리 장치는, 하나 이상의 물질에 대응하는 감쇄(attenuation) 정보 및 멀티-에너지 X선 스펙트럼 정보를 기록하는 테이블; 상기 멀티-에너지 X선 스펙트럼이 하나 이상의 물질로 구성된 피검물을 경유하여 발생되는 에너지 밴드 각각의 프로젝션(projection) 이미지에 대한 상기 물질 각각의 초기(initial) 이미지를 추정(guess)하는 초기 이미지 추정부; 및 상기 추정된 초기 이미지 및 상기 테이블에 기록된 상기 스펙트럼 정보와 상기 감쇄 정보를 이용하여, 상기 초기 이미지를 물질 분리(material discriminated) 이미지로 갱신(update)하는 이미지 갱신부를 포함한다.
