本发明涉及金融自助设备中的连接器, 特别涉及钱箱与钱箱支架之间 的连接器。 背景技术
目前金融自助设备中需经常分离的接线装置大多采用连接器接插装 置。 连接器接插装置方便了因经常需要分离的接线装置的应用, 但因其自 身的结构特性存在以下缺陷:
( 1 )连接器的接插要求精确并稳定可靠,特别是对接插方向连接器公、 母连接头之间的间隙要求特别高, 稍有偏差就易引起接触不良;
( 2 )连接器的公、母连接头是分别固定于两个不同的可分离的装置上, 例如钱箱连接器, 其公连接头通常固定于钱箱里, 母连接头通常固定于钱 箱支架上, 这对于加工精度及装配误差要求较高, 这使加工成本增加且不 易保证精度。
另外, 公、 母连接头采用上、 下拔插的分离方式非常方便顺手, 但会 存在以下缺陷:
( 1 )公连接器头朝上固定时, 易使灰尘吸附于上面, 同时易使异物挂 在上面而引起故障发生;
( 2 )母连接器头朝上固定时, 易使异物掉落其中, 且不易清除, 导致 故障发生。
因此开发一种能克服上述缺陷的改进型钱箱连接器非常重要。 发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种钱箱连接器, 即金融自助设备的钱箱与钱箱 支架之间的连接器装置, 实现钱箱能顺利从钱箱支架在分离或置入时保持 信号连接的安全性、 稳定性和可靠性, 降低固定连接器零件的加工精度及 装配误差的要求, 从而降低加工成本, 并降低员工装配操作的复杂性。
本发明进一步的目的在于提供一种钱箱连接器, 可避免因灰尘或异物 掉落母连接头内引起的连接故障。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种钱箱连接器, 其包括位于钱箱上的 公连接头和位于钱箱支架上的母连接头, 其中, 该钱箱支架上设置有一弹 性元件, 该弹性元件给予该母连接头一与公连接头紧密配合的推动力。
优选的, 该钱箱支架上沿钱箱的装配方向延伸有至少一导柱, 该弹性 元件及该母连接头依次套接在该导柱上。
优选的, 该弹性元件连接有一浮动板, 该弹性元件给予该浮动板一沿 该钱箱的装配方向的支撑力, 该母连接头连接在该浮动板上, 可随该浮动 板沿该钱箱的装配方向来回移动。 更优选的, 该钱箱支架上沿钱箱的装配 方向延伸有至少一导柱, 该弹性元件以及该浮动板依次套接在该导柱上。
优选的, 该弹性元件为弹簧。
优选的, 该钱箱支架上还设有一保护盖装置, 该保护盖装置位于该母 连接头上方, 其包括保护盖支架、 复位扭簧和盖体, 该盖体通过一轴枢接 在该保护盖支架上, 该复位扭簧套接在该轴上, 位于该盖体及该保护盖支 架之间,给予该盖体一扭力,使得该盖体在无外力作用下覆盖该母连接头。
优选的, 该盖体具有一顶部, 该顶部区分为分别位于该轴两侧的第一 部分和第二部分, 该第一部分主要覆盖该母连接头, 该第二部分上表面设 有一凸起部位。 优选的, 该凸起部位为一对垂直于轴的凸棱。
由于钱箱支架上设置有弹性元件, 弹性元件给予母连接头一与公连接 头紧密配合的推动力, 因此钱箱插入时, 能确保公母连接头连接紧密, 接 触良好, 从而实现钱箱能顺利从钱箱支架在分离或置入时保持信号连接的 安全性、 稳定性和可靠性。 另外, 保护盖的设置, 可避免因灰尘或异物掉 落母连接器内引起的连接故障, 其中, 该盖体在钱箱置入时, 通过钱箱底 边触发盖体顶部的凸起部位实现保护盖自动开启,确保连接器能顺利接插; 同时, 在提出钱箱后, 复位扭簧使得保护盖自动关闭, 达到防护作用。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
参阅图 1 , 本实施例提供的钱箱连接器包括位于钱箱支架 1上的母连 接头 10以及位于钱箱 2上的公连接头 20, 该钱箱支架 1上设置有一弹性 元件 11 , 该弹性元件 11给予该母连接头 10—与公连接头 20紧密配合的 推动力。 当钱箱 2置入时, 公连接头 20插入母连接头 10中, 钱箱 1给予 该母连接头 10—定的压力, 该弹性元件 11产生一定的形变, 其形变回复 力推动该母连接头 10与该公连接头 20紧密配合。 图 1中所示弹性元件 11 是一弹片结构, 对称地支撑该母连接头 10, 但该弹性元件 11不限于该弹 片结构, 还可以是其他形状的弹片结构, 或者弹簧、 扭簧等, 只要能支撑 该母连接头 10并给予该母连接头 10均匀的推力即可。 如图 2所示, 当该弹性元件 11为弹簧 13时, 还可在该钱箱支架 1上 设置沿钱箱插入方向延伸的导柱 12, 该弹簧 13套接在该导柱上, 母连接 头 10也可套接在该导柱 12上, 弹簧 13支撑该母连接头 10, 母连接头 10 可沿该导柱 12来回移动, 也就是说该母连接头 10可以在该钱箱的插入方 向上来回移动。
请参阅图 1和图 3 , 本发明第二实施例提供的钱箱连接器与上述图 1 中钱箱连接器相比,其支撑母连接头 10的结构较为复杂,其包括从钱箱支 架 1上沿钱箱 2置入方向延伸的两根导柱 12,导柱 12上套接有弹簧 13和 浮动板 14, 该母连接头 10设置在该浮动板 14上。 该浮动板 14可沿该导 柱 12来回移动, 从而带动该母连接头 10沿该导柱 12来回移动。 该弹簧 13则支撑该浮动板 14, 给予该浮动板 14一沿导柱 12延伸方向的支撑力。 当钱箱 2置入时, 公连接头 20插入母连接头 10中, 钱箱 1给予该母连接 头 10—定的压力, 该弹簧 12产生一定的形变, 其形变回复力推动该浮动 板 14, 使得浮动板 14上的母连接头 10与该公连接头 20紧密配合。 该实 施例中, 该浮动板 14主要起到紧固母连接头 10以及导向作用, 该母连接 头 10通过螺釘 15紧固在该浮动板 14上, 该母连接头 10上下紧固, 前后 左右方向则可有小幅度的移动, 使公连接头 20与母连接头 10更容易实现 对接。
为了防止母连接头 10被灰尘污染, 在母连接头 10的上方还可设置一 保护盖装置 30,其在关闭状态下覆盖该母连接头 10。 图 3中该保护盖装置 30处于关闭状态, 而图 4中该保护盖装置 30处于打开状态。 该保护盖装 置 30包括保护盖支架 31 , 盖体 32以及复位扭簧 33 , 其中该盖体 32通过 轴 34枢接在该保护盖支架 31上, 该复位扭簧 33套接在该轴 34上, 位于 该盖体 32与该保护盖支架 31之间, 给予该盖体 32—扭力, 使得盖体 32 在没有外力的作用下时覆盖在该母连接头 10上或者使得该盖体 32由打开 状态恢复至关闭状态。 请参阅图 3 , 该盖体 32的顶部以轴 34为界可以分 为两部分, 第一部分 321主要覆盖该母连接头 10, 第二部分 322上设有一 对凸棱 323。
如图 3、 图 4和 5所示, 当钱箱 2置入时, 其底边 21首先接触到该凸 棱 323 , 并随着钱箱 2的置入, 底边 21给予该凸棱 323—个向下的压力, 使得盖体 32绕轴 34转动, 即第二部分 322下移, 第一部分 321翘起, 从 而盖体 32被打开, 如图 6所示, 直至母连接头 10完全暴露出来时, 刚好 钱箱 2上的公连接头 20可插入该母连接头 10中, 如图 7所示, 是公连接 头 20与母连接头 10配合后的示意图, 此时钱箱 2已置入钱箱支架 1 , 并 完成公母连接头的轻松对接。
当钱箱 2拔出时, 盖体 32在复位扭簧 33的作用下复位, 恢复覆盖母 连接头 10的状态, 起到保护作用。
该保护盖结构同样适应于图 1和图 2中所示的其他形式的母连接头结 构。
由于钱箱支架上设置有弹性元件, 包括弹片或弹簧等, 该弹性元件给 予母连接头一与公连接头紧密配合的推动力, 因此钱箱插入时, 能确保公 母连接头连接紧密, 接触良好, 从而实现钱箱能顺利从钱箱支架在分离或 置入时保持信号连接的安全性、 稳定性和可靠性。
另外, 保护盖的设置, 可避免因灰尘或异物掉落母连接器内引起的连 接故障, 其中, 该盖体在钱箱置入时, 通过钱箱底边触发盖体顶部的凸起 部位实现保护盖自动开启, 确保连接器能顺利接插; 同时, 在提出钱箱后, 复位扭簧使得保护盖自动关闭, 达到防护作用。
惟以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 非意欲局限本发明的专利保护 范围, 故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的等效变化, 均同理皆包 含于本发明的权利保护范围内, 合予陈明。

权 利 要 求
1、一种钱箱连接器, 包括位于钱箱上的公连接头和位于钱箱支架上的 母连接头, 其特征在于, 该钱箱支架上设置有一弹性元件, 该弹性元件给 予该母连接头一与公连接头紧密配合的推动力。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的钱箱连接器, 其特征在于, 该钱箱支架上沿钱 箱的装配方向延伸有至少一导柱, 该弹性元件及该母连接头依次套接在该 导柱上。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的钱箱连接器, 其特征在于, 该弹性元件连接有 一浮动板, 该弹性元件给予该浮动板一沿该钱箱的装配方向的支撑力, 该 母连接头连接在该浮动板上,可随该浮动板沿该钱箱的装配方向来回移动。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的钱箱连接器, 其特征在于, 该钱箱支架上沿钱 箱的装配方向延伸有至少一导柱, 该弹性元件以及该浮动板依次套接在该 导柱上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的钱箱连接器, 该弹性元件为弹簧。
6、如权利要求 1~5中任意一项所述的钱箱连接器, 其特征在于, 该钱 箱支架上还设有一保护盖装置, 该保护盖装置位于该母连接头上方, 其包 括保护盖支架、复位扭簧和盖体,该盖体通过一轴枢接在该保护盖支架上, 该复位扭簧套接在该轴上, 位于该盖体及该保护盖支架之间, 给予该盖体 一扭力, 使得该盖体在无外力作用下覆盖该母连接头。
7、如权利要求 6所述的钱箱连接器,其特征在于,该盖体具有一顶部, 该顶部区分为分别位于该轴两侧的第一部分和第二部分, 该第一部分主要 覆盖该母连接头, 该第二部分上表面设有一凸起部位。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的钱箱连接器, 其特征在于, 该凸起部位包括一 对垂直于轴的凸棱。
