瓶体 1一端具有相对收窄的瓶颈 11 ,在所述瓶颈 11的外周面上设有螺紋或 多个环形卡块(图未标)。
固定支座 2大致呈一端开口, 另一端呈阶梯状的中空圆柱体, 其在开口端 21 一侧围成具有一定深度的腔体 22, 在与开口端 21相对的另一端开设用于将 注水管体 4伸入瓶体 1内部的通孔 23。 在固定支座 2外侧中部设置有呈环状的 卡持壁 24, 所述卡持壁 24沿固定支座 2的轴线方向延伸设置, 该卡持壁 24可 与瓶体 1瓶颈 11上的螺紋或多个环形卡块配合卡固, 使得固定支座 2设有通孔 23的一端置于瓶体 1的内部。在固定支座 2外侧, 靠近卡持壁 24设有呈环状用 于固定卡固管盖 5的外凸缘或者螺纹 25。在固定支座 2靠近开口端 21的内壁上 还设置有呈环状用于卡固固定所述压气装置 3的内凸缘 26,内凸缘 26下部所述 腔体 22的内壁上开设与固定支座 2外部相连通的通气槽 27,优选的, 所述通气 槽 27的一开口端位于固定支座 2腔体 22的内壁上, 另一端开设在所述固定支 座 2开口端 21侧壁的端部。

完成注墨的过程后拔出注水笔的笔杆, 注水笔的笔尾端脱离压气装置 3 的 尾管座 32, 弹性元件 36恢复原状, 弹性元件 36推动尾管座 32连同支撑座 34 沿固定支座 2的轴线方向相上移动, 瓶体 1 内气体空间体积变大, 气压变低, 当支撑座 34的底端再次离开固定支座 2通气槽 27时, 瓶体 1内外气体相连通, 空气从通过固定支座 2开设的导气孔以及通气槽 27逸出瓶体 1外直至瓶体 1内 外气压趋于一致; 在注液瓶不使用时, 扣上管盖 5, 注水管体 4的针管 42插入 到管盖 5的封水胶体 56中, 管盖 5抵了员壁 54抵顶挤压压气装置 3尾管腔 321 端部壁面使其发生沿固定支座 2的轴线方向的位移, 随着尾管座 32的推动, 支 撑座 34底端将固定支座 2的通气槽 27封闭, 瓶体 1内的墨水处于锁定状态。
本发明的其他实施方式中, 固定支座也可不设置内凸缘, 只要压气装置的 支撑座固定设置在固定支座腔体中上下移动即可; 压气装置的尾管座与支撑座 可一体成型设计, 支撑座的连接部也可不设置密封垫, 只要满足压气装置的支 撑座在固定支座腔体中移动时能够将其内壁上设置的通气槽封闭即可; 注水管 体也可不设置在固定支座腔体中, 例如固定支座的外部; 尾管座尾管腔的形状 可根据注水笔尾管的形状进行调整, 不限定为圆柱状, 也可以是方体。
