所述的前顶门组件 7包括铰接在机架壳体 1上的前顶门臂 701, 所述的前顶门臂 701上端固定连接有前顶门板 702, 所述的滑板前部 设有滑板 3向前滑动时推动前顶门臂 701向前摆动打开前顶门板 702 的第- -挡销 304和滑板 3向后滑动时推动前顶门臂 701向后摆动关闭 前顶门板 702的第二挡销 305。
所述的中后顶门第二连杆 5012和中前顶门第二连杆 5022分别 位于滑板 3 的两侧, 所述的 后门传动 条 302和中前门传动齿条 303分别对应位于滑板 3的两侧。
所述的滑板 3为两块分别设置在机架壳体 1两侧, 所述的滑板 3外侧分别设有侧门板 8, 所述的机架壳体 1上设有竖向条形孔 105, 所述的侧门板 8上设有穿过竖向条形孔 105并可在竖向条形孔 105内 竖向滑动的滑销 801, 所述的滑板 3上设有滑板 3前后滑动时带动滑 销 801上下滑动开关侧门板 8的斜槽 306。
所述的驱动机构 6包括固定在机架壳体 1上的驱动电机 601、 由驱动电机 601带动的传动齿轮组 602以及与所述的传动齿轮组 602 啮合的驱动齿轮 603, 所述的滑板 3上设有沿车身横向设置的横向条 形孔 307, 所述的驱动齿轮 603上设有可穿入横向条形孔 307内在驱 动齿轮转动时拨动滑板 3前后纵向滑动的拨销 6031。
所述的驱动齿轮 603为扇形齿轮。
所述的滑板 3顶部设有纵向滑槽 308, 所述的机架壳体 1上设有 可卡入纵向滑槽 308内的滑块 106。
所述的机架壳体 1前端设有 IPOD插座 9, 可以使用 IPOD或光 碟播放。
本发明工作过程:
打开过程:
所述的驱动电机 601带动传动齿轮组 602以及与所述的传动齿轮 组 602啮合的驱动齿轮 603转动, 所述的拨销 6031拨动滑板 3向前 纵向滑动;
所述的滑板 3通过后滑槽 301的前端下推后门滑销 4011, 后门 滑销 4011带动后门连杆 401下端向下转动而通过杠杆作用撬开后门 板 402, 所述的后门板 402打开; 所述的滑板 3继续向前 ^动, 所述的中后门传动齿条 302与中 后门传动齿轮 50121啮合并带动中后门传动齿轮 50121转动,中后门 传动齿轮 50121带动所述的中后顶门第二连杆 5012摆动, 所述的中 后顶门第一连杆 5011、 所述的中后顶门第二连杆 5012、 机架 1 以及 中后顶门板 5013构成四杆机构运动,中后顶门板 5013向后平动打开, 此过程后门滑销 4011在后门滑槽 301 的平直段内滑动, 后门板 402 无动作。
所述的滑板 3继续向前滑动,中前门传动齿条 303与中前门传 动齿轮 50121啮合并带动中前门传动齿轮 50221转动,中前门传动齿 轮 50221带动中前顶门第二连杆 5022摆动, 所述的中前顶门第-连 杆 5021、 中前顶门第二连杆 5022、机架 1以及中前顶门板 5023构成 四杆机构运动向后平动打开, 叠在所述的中后顶门板 5013上, 此过 程后门滑销 4011在后门滑槽 301的平直段内滑动, 后门板 402无动 作。
所述的滑板 3继续向前滑动, 第一挡销 304向前推动前顶门臂 701向前摆动打开前顶门板 702, 同时, 所述的滑销 4011在所述的后 门滑槽 301的后段斜槽内滑动, 上推后门滑销 4011, 后门滑销 4011 带动后门连杆 401下端向上转动而通过杠杆作用关闭后门板 402, 将 中后顶门板 5013和中前顶门板 5023盖住,使得整个碟机成跑车造型; 在打开顶门的同时,所述的侧门板 8上的滑销 801在斜槽 306的 推动下在竖向条形孔 105内向下滑动,带着侧门板 8向下滑动打开侧 门板, 露出光碟放置区。
关闭过程:
所述的驱动电机 601带动传动齿轮组 602以及与所述的传动齿 轮组 602啮合的驱动齿轮 603反向转动, 所述的拨销 6031拨动滑板 3向后纵向滑动;
所述的滑板 3通过后滑槽 301的后端下推后门滑销 4011, 后门 滑销 4011带动后门连杆 401下端向下转动而通过杠杆作用撬开后门 板 402, 所述的后门板 402打开; 同时, 所述的第二挡销 305向后 推动前顶门臂 701向后摆动关闭前顶门板 702;
所述的滑板 3继续向后滑动, 所述的中前门传动齿条 303与中 前门传动齿轮 50121啮合并带动中前门传动齿轮 50221转动,中前门 传动齿轮 50221带动中前顶门第二连杆 5022上端向前摆动, 所述的 中前顶门第一连杆 5021、 中前顶门第二连杆 5022、 机架 1以及中前 顶门板 5023构成四杆机构运动向前平动关闭, 此过程后门滑销 4011 在后门滑槽 301的平直段内滑动, 后门板 402无动作。
所述的滑板 3继续向后滑动, 所述的中后门传动齿条 302与中 后门传动齿轮 50121啮合并带动中后门传动齿轮 50121转动,中后门 传动齿轮 50121带动所述的中后顶门第二连杆 5012上端向前摆动, 所述的中后顶门第一连杆 5011、 所述的中后顶门第二连杆 5012、 机 架 1以及中后顶门板 5013构成四杆机构运动,中后顶门板 5013向前 平动关闭, 此过程后门滑销 4011在后门滑槽 301的平直段内滑动, 后门板 402无动作。
所述的滑板 3继续向后滑动, 所述的滑销 4011在所述的后门 滑槽 301的前段斜槽内滑动, 上推后门滑销 4011, 后门滑销 4011带 动后门连杆 401下端向上转动而通过杠杆作用关闭后门板 402;
在关闭顶门的同时,所述的侧门板 8上的滑销 801在斜槽 306的 推动下在竖向条形孔 105内向上滑动,带着侧门板 8向上滑动关闭侧 门板 8, 使得整个碟机成轿车造型。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种轿车造型的碟机, 包括机架壳体 (1), 在所述的机架 壳体(1)上设有光碟播放组件(2), 其特征在于所述的机架壳体(1) 上铰设有在车身顶面开合的后顶门组件(4)和中顶门组件(5) 以及 可相对机架壳体(1)沿车身纵向前后滑动推动后顶门组件(4)和中 顶门组件(5) 顺次开关的滑板(3), 所述的中顶门组件(5)打开后 可收纳入后顶门组件 (4) 与机架壳体(1) 内, 所述的机架壳体(1) 上设有可带动滑板前后滑动的驱动机构 (6)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的中顶门组件(5)包括分别铰接在机架壳体(1)上顺次开关的中后 顶门组件 (501) 和中前顶门组件 (502)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的中前顶门组件 (502) 前方设有前顶门组件 (7), 所述的前顶门组 件 (7) 由滑板 (3) 推动向前打开。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的后顶门组件 (4) 包括铰接在机架壳体 (1) 上的后门连杆 (401), 所述的滑板(3)后部上设有中间平直两端倾斜上扬的后滑槽(301), 所述的后门连杆(401)前端设有可在后滑槽(301) 内滑动的后门滑 销 (4011), 所述的后门连杆 (401)后端连接有后门板 (402), 所述 的后门连杆 (401) 后端设有上滑销 (4012), 所述的后门板 (402) 上设有所述的上滑销 (4012) 可在其内滑动的条形孔 (4021), 所述 的后门板 (402) 后端铰接在所述的机架壳体 (1) 上;
所述的中后顶门组件 (501) 包括铰接在所述的机架壳体 (1) 上的中后顶门第一连杆 (5011) 和中后顶门第二连杆 (5012), 所述 的中后顶门第一连杆 (50Π) .上端铰接有中后顶门板 (5013), 所述 的中后顶门板(5013)前端与所述的中后顶门第二连杆(5012)上端 铰接, 所述的中后顶门第二连杆(5012)下铰接点下侧设有中后门传 动齿轮(50121), 所述的滑板(3)上设有与中后门传动齿轮(50121) 啮合并带动中后门传动齿轮(50121)转动的中后门传动齿条(302); 所述的中前顶门组件 (502) 包括铰接在所述的机架壳体 (1) 上的中前顶门第一连杆 (5021) 和中前顶门第二连杆 (5022), 所述 的中前顶门第一连杆 (5021) 上端铰接有中前顶门板 (5023), 所述 的中前顶门板(5023)前端与所述的中前顶门第二连杆(5022)上端 铰接, 所述的中前顶门第二连杆(5022)下铰接点下侧设有中前门传 动齿轮(50221), 所述的滑板(3)上设有与中前门传动齿轮(50221) 啮合并带动中前门传动齿轮(50221)转动的中前门传动齿条(303)。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的前顶门组件 (7) 包括铰接在机架壳体 (1) 上的前顶门臂 (701), 所述的前顶门臂 (701) 上端固定连接有前顶门板 (702), 所述的滑 板 (3) 前部设有滑板 (3) 向前滑动时推动前顶门臂 (701) 向前摆 动打开前顶门板 (702) 的第一挡销 (304) 和滑板 (3) 向后滑动时 推动前顶门臂(701)向后摆动关闭前顶门板(702)的第二挡销(305)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的中后顶门第二连杆(5012)和中前顶门第二连杆(5022)分别位于 滑板(3) 的两侧, 所述的中后门传动齿条(302)和中前门传动齿条
(303) 分别对应位于滑板 (3) 的两侧。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的滑板(3)为两块分别设置在机架壳体(1)两内侧,所述的滑板(3) 外侧分别设有侧门板 (8), 所述的机架壳体 (1) 上设有竖向条形孔 (105), 所述的侧门板 (8)上设有穿过竖向条形孔(105) 并可在竖 向条形孔(105) 内竖向滑动的滑销 (801), 所述的滑板(3)上设有 滑板 (3) 前后滑动时带动滑销 (801) 上下滑动开关侧门板 (8) 的 斜槽 (306)。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的驱动机构 (6)包括固定在机架壳体(1)上的驱动电机(601)、 由 驱动电机(601)带动的传动齿轮组(602) 以及与所述的传动齿轮组
(602) 啮合的驱动齿轮(603), 所述的滑板(3)上设有沿车身横向 设置的横向条形孔 (307), 所述的驱动齿轮 (603) 上设有可穿入横 向条形孔 (307) 内在驱动齿轮 (603) 转动时拨动滑板 (3) 前后纵 向滑动的拨销 (6031)。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的滑板(3) 顶部设有纵向滑槽(308), 所述的机架壳体(1)上设有 可卡入纵向滑槽 (308) 内的滑块 (106)。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的轿车造型的碟机, 其特征在于所述 的机架壳体 (1) 前端设有 IPOD插座 (9)。
