Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble (10) de cuisson pour contenant comestible (50), ledit ensemble (10) comprenant un moule creux (11) comportant une paroi inférieure (12) et une paroi latérale (13) se prolongeant vers le haut à partir de ladite paroi inférieure, le moule creux (11) et la paroi latérale (13) délimitant un espace intérieur (20) en leur sein ; et un noyau de moule (21) comportant une paroi inférieure (22) et une paroi latérale (23) se prolongeant vers le haut à partir de ladite paroi inférieure, ladite paroi latérale (23) comportant un bord supérieur (24), une collerette (47) se prolongeant depuis le voisinage dudit bord supérieur (24) et ladite collerette comprenant une partie se prolongeant vers l'extérieur (25) et vers le bas (26) par rapport à la paroi latérale dudit noyau de moule (23), ledit noyau de moule (21) comprenant au moins une ouverture (31) adjacente au bord supérieur (24) et ledit noyau de moule (21) étant d'une taille telle à pouvoir être introduit dans l'espace intérieur (20) du moule creux, la collerette (47) venant alors s'appliquer sur la surface intérieure (14) de la paroi latérale du moule creux (12) et maintenant la paroi inférieure (22) et la paroi latérale (23) du noyau du moule (21) à une certaine distance de la paroi inférieure (12) et de la paroi latérale (13) du moule creux (11), de façon à former un espace de cuisson (30) essentiellement fermé entre le moule creux (11) et le noyau du moule (21) et ladite ou lesdites ouvertures (31) formant un évent d'aération pour ledit espace de cuisson (30).
